Nice friendly people here. They helped make accommodations so I could get photos of my truck off hours. I feel they went above and beyond what I would have expected from a towing company. Thank you, and if I ever need a tow, I know who I'll call!

I was in an accident 4 days ago. They were on within, Hooked and Gone within minutes.They tried hustling me out of an extra $90 then what was originally agreed upon.After the scam was settled I still ended up paying the original price we agreed on.The tow yard is roughly three blocks away from my house. I gave them cash so they could get it over right away.I was told the truck driver will be on his way and to meet him at my house.It took them 3 hours to get it there.

My name is Terry it's approximately 10:41 a.m. I am here to pick up my company truck and trailer there's no staff here doors locked Gates locked no notes on the door business hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towing hours are 24/7 including holidays and weekends I called the company's number lady is very rude I asked her for a discount for the inconvenience she said they do not do discounts I was told to wait 30 minutes and she would be here my time is very important invaluable as well I do not recommend you using this company if you have business or you need your vehicle immediately I came yesterday evening and was told I cannot get my vehicle due to the temp tag being expired by 2 days I asked if they could tow it to my property and I was told that there is no one available to do tow for my vehicle I feel they wanted to charge me an extra day this this company I do not recommend this tow company to use I'm here waiting for my company truck and trailer I have appoints to be at but am gonna have to reschedule do to this company not being professional thanks.its now 10:48 I'm still waiting no one here I wish I can leave a photo.poor poor services

I had actually called another place and they referred me to these guys. I called and was told they could make it in 45 minutes, and they were spot on. Got my car hooked up and on the flatbed in less than 5 minutes, and brought it straight to my house. They even backed it into the garage for me. Total time from call to delivery was one hour. The driver was professional, courteous and quick. The price was very reasonable, I was expecting it to be $150 and it turned out to be half that. I would highly recommend Auto Collision Towing to everyone. 5 stars!

Needed my truck towed auto collision was recommended. Dispatch lady was very rude after hanging up I almost called another company. I m glad I didn t. The driver showed up surprisingly fast. Was very respectful and helpful. I am glad I didn t call. Another company turned out to be the best Towing experience I ve ever had. I would highly recommend this company to be with first choice. A great and reliable company. Unfortunately for me, I have had to have my vehicle towed 3 times now. They were there to help each time. They get the job done in a timely manner. Their pricing isn't ridiculous like some other companies. Hopefully, I won't need a tow anytime soon but if I do they will be the ones I call. Thanks for your help guys!

What an amazingly professional group of people that work here! The wonderful lady that answered the phone helped us (when no one else could) and the tow driver, Paul, was quite knowledgeable in the towing of our classic car. I ve used this company many times over the years. Been a good company til recent the past couple times I ve used they have been bad experiences due to the owner/driver Paul being intoxicated. He couldn t seem to focus on what he was doing partially rippied off my front bumper and completely stunk like alcohol. Love these guys! My son's car has had some issues lately and broke down. The sweet lady I spoke with to set up service, was so helpful, upfront with cost, and made the process so easy! The tow driver Matt, was just as awesome. He called once he arrived for placement of vehicle. Very cool guy. Was helpful in trying to maybe figure out the cars issue. Please teach your drivers common courtesy while driving on a canyon road. If there is a line of cars behind their truck. Use the pull offs to let cars by. Not doing so, paints a bad picture of the company name on the truck. Poor branding. Very disappointing. Thank you.

Twice now I have locked my keys out of my car and these people were so kind both times. The lady I talked to on the phone was very sweet and told me that they would have someone to help me in 15-20 minutes. In about 10 minutes someone was at my car to help and was able to get my keys out in less than 5 minutes. Every person at this company is nice, prompt, and care for the people they are helping. I wish I had gotten names, but I'm sure anybody that were to help you would be as kind as this gentleman was!

I needed a 5th wheel moved into a VERY tricky spot and we were very picky with making sure it was lined up with buildings next to it. Matt was super helpful and got it absolutely perfect for us! A friend tried for 40 minutes to jump my car. Finally called and thought I would just get it towed. He was very quick to arrive and he told explained why my battery wasn't charging. Also gave me some other helpful tips which was very appreciative! Very professional and reassured me that prices do not change based on time called, which some tow companies do. Matt was amazing! He towed my car twice in one day, first to the repair shop then to the dealership when the shop wasn t equipped to do the repairs. He even gave me the name of his contact at the dealership to help me with my car. He was super nice and professional. I appreciated all of his help. This service saved me big time. My drive shaft coupler took a dump on me in the middle of nowhere. I called these awesome folks on a Friday at 530 pm and had my car from east Greeley back in my garage in west Loveland by 7. I don t t even know what to say I m utterly shocked in how amazing these guys are and how they saved my GTO from being stranded on a dirt side-road. That is what service is all about right there, I was cared for in first class fashion. The price was more than fair, I m truly grateful for Auto Collision. After my boyfriend's truck slid off the road and into a ditch, I called multiple tow truck companies before settling on this one as they seemed to be the most affordable and quickest. Well, I am so glad I did. We almost spend 2x more with another company. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and so professional and the man who towed the truck was quick, nice, and also helpful. I will definitely use this company again and I certainly recommend it.

What great service! It was frigid outside but our technician still had a super positive and personable attitude. The battery charge/tow was quick and efficient and a really easy fix. Thanks for making car trouble such a positive experience!
