Friendly cashier. Used my perks plus so basically got half off the item I purchased. I did end up leaving my phone there and didn't notice until about an hour later and they had put it in safe so I was thankful. I always use this auto parts store and specific location due to the availability of parts and prices also I live near by.

Incredibly helpful and affordable service for what I needed, a huge shout out to Austin for helping me out! I am super grateful, I usually pop in here for wipers and small stuff but they really came through for me today on a battery. Thanks Austin and the whole team for turning my week around!

Amazing as always I went into have them do a reading on my car and to clear the codes we ended up doing a load test and everything came out great it was fast it was friendly the guy was absolutely amazing and we will be back thank you so much

Sold me the wrong battery. Then, when Cameron did the exchange; I had also brought my old battery to get the money for them recycling it. He told me it was refunded, I told him I paid cash so I would like my money back. He argued with me and told me it HAD been refunded. I asked where the money was seeing as how I had paid in cash. He finally told me to leave or call corporate. Will not be back.

Love the perks reward and knowing they had the part I needed. When all the other places in town said they either didn't have it or couldn't get it. Even the dealership said it was a part they could not get. Staff was professional and friendly and prompt. My new auto parts store for sure.

I was greeted at the door. Friendly service. After looking for the part I needed, a staff helped me find what I needed. Good, friendly service and competitive prices. The store was clean and organized, and the parking area was also clean, and free of trash. Recommended.

There guys always go out of thier way for me and I love them for it. The cashier smashed his finger changing my rear washer blade but he got it done for me because I was leaving town and it was frozen on and I couldn't get it myself. That is service excellence in my book!!! This is one of the reason I keep coming back to this store. The people are always friendly and get to the customers as fast as they can.

Jordan the manager was extremely rude. She hung up on us. We were asking for which universal cargo mat in stock would fit best for our vehicle. She was difficult hung up and acted in appropriately she is the manager and provided no escalation point. I said she was acting stupid and rude and that was her reason to hang up. If an employee is going to be so rude To a Customer over the phone they shouldn t be working there, they should especially not be a manager!Update: still never contacted, guess I ll forward a formal complaint to advanced auto HQ.

Well I've been there a few times with good experience. I must say the last time I went there the staff was more than helpful. Both a young man and woman willing to come outside with me when it was very cold and windy. Without me even asking for help. Don't want to say there names and embarrass them but it was Friday night. 4-15-22. Thanks you two

To the last 2 false reviews, JB never came into the store, ever. His boyfriend Anthony Russo could not understand they only sell UNIVERSAL FLOORMATS. He began insulting the manager and would not stop so he was let go. This store is great and always willing to go out of the way for customers. Over 30 years I've use this store. Dont insult retail workers. Be better.

Had a great experience, thanks to Scott. I drove from Fort Collins to pick up some parts that ended up not being transferred to my local store. The new parts still weren't right, but Scott went above and beyond to resolve the situation and make things right. Well worth the trip.

Placed an order online, website quoted me incorrect parts. I did a VIN specific check to ensure correct vehicle options. Took the parts back, was not able just to switch them out since it was online. Carlos was very helpful in getting me the correct parts and matching the price since the online order was a little cheaper. For now 4 stars, we'll see how long it takes to get the money back on my card.*Edit*Only took a couple days to get the refund, up to five stars

Advanced auto parts are the best for price by far. The key is to set account with Mr Rebates or similar sight. Log on to Advanced through rebate app. Be sure to call your store to confirm part numbers are correct on any part on web sight as they can be wrong which will cause do over. Then when checking out be sure to use Retail Me Not discount code and any speed perk coupon. The total savings is 30% on average. Be careful to price check big items. Some items are priced higher on Web. Goodluck and be safe.

I had searched everywhere in town for a rear tail light socket and, while most places said they couldn't help me because my car was foreign and not domestic, Jed and Susan did what they could to find a solution even though they didn't have the exact part I needed and gave me advice if it didn't end up working like we planned. Lo' and behold, it worked like a charm and I am really grateful for the experience. Thanks again, Jed and Susan!

People are friendly. They have most stuff in stock, which is to be expected during this time. Little scary with the recommendations they give. Try to see if the customer really wants your feed back on the job they are doing. If they come asking for help that's different. When someone comes in and already knows the part number why all the questions we already know what we want. Just mho.

This used to be a superb parts store better thenAuto Zone or O'Reilly but those other two have stepped up their game while Advance Auto has declined in customer service and inventory.

I dunno who helped me yesterday but some nice old man. I just want 2 tell him thank u because this isnt the 1st time I've been in to buy something and ask how to put it in and it was that same guy that helped me. He even went outside w a screwdriver in the cold to look at my car and stayed till I knew the part fit. He went above and beyond and i want everyone to know about this nice guy. Thank u

Customer service is good no doubt there. What is disconcerting is the person I delt with treated me like I was stupid (because I am a girl .. ???) when I knew what I was after. I was quizzed on the "are you sure that is what you want?" .. like I don't know power steering fluid goes in the power steering pump.

The commercial guy Pete Jones was amazing help me with everything that I've Ever Needed he's so knowledgeable and nice and if he didn't know something she would just tell you I'll have to look into that he wouldn't try and feed you a bunch of BS only place I'll never go for now on Napa everywhere else can just go to hell
