Highly recommend!!! Herb and his team were absolutely amazing. We were 3 hours into our road trip when the engine light came on and we needed assistance asap. We called Sparkie s and Herb spent 10 min on the phone with us ensuring he would be able to assist before squeezing us in right before the shop was closing. He was incredibly thorough and was able to diagnose and fix our issue within 1 hour. We continued on our 2 week road trip with no further issues. We cannot thank Herb and his team enough!!

Called for a quote and said they would call me back. Never got a returned phone call so left me waiting stranded for over an hour before going some where else

Think I found my new mechanic! Used them to install a leveling kit in my truck and they did a very good job. Their prices were fair and the owners were AWESOME, very NICE people! I will be back.

My car broke down about 90 miles west on the I-70 highway. I called Sparkie's and they called someone to help tow my car to the shop and they fixed my car at a reasonable price (especially in that situation)

What a great shop! Thankful for these guys and their professionalism. Had a simple headlight wiring problem and they were able to fix it in a few hours. Kept in touch with me on the issue, work to be done, and price. Definitely making them my go to guys for my automotive needs!

Jeff was absolutely wonderful! Normally in my experience as a woman, I have found most repair men to be rude and very condescending. Jeff was very polite and patient while he listened to me ramble on about my problem. At first he told me he was booked solid for a week, but if I could get it to the shop he would take a look when he could. Before the first day was out he was able to diagnose my car and order parts. The next day he had my car fixed. He kept me in the loop the whole time and was very professional and kind. If I need any future repairs he will most definitely be my first choice.

They are super helpful and honest, and didn't charge me a dime for inspecting my check engine light (misfire). I am from Denver and was just visiting Grand Junction when my check engine light went on for a misfire code. I called more than a dozen of auto shops in town but very few of them can look at my car immediately. I decided to bring my car to Sparkie's and asked them to change the spark plugs (usually that is why there is a misfire and I thought that must be the cause). At the beginning I was nervous about how much it would cost me because the ignition coils might need to be replaced too. After around one hour of diagnostics, they told me that it might be a software problem rather than spark plug issues, and recommended me to take it to Jeep dealers who have the authority to access the programs of the software. And for one hour of labor and clearing the check engine light, they didn't charge me anything!!! I was super happy about their honesty, because we all have experience that other shops replace a lot of parts while still not solving the problem. The front desk gentleman (might be the owner) is very honest, helpful and nice to customers. Definitely a 5-star business based on my experience

Herb and his whole family stayed late on a Friday trying to help our family get our Vandura camper back on the road while we were traveling back to Nevada.They were so kind, went above and beyond the whole way and pricing was so reasonable! Worst shop I've ever run into. Took almost 3 months to repair my vehicle (work they actually accomplished) should have booked at about 8 hours), as they chased their tails. I felt like they were following the "blind squirrel will occasionally find a nut theory of trouble shooting. Example? They took my truck to dodge to have the computer tested (even though I had asked them when I first called THEY stated they could test it); left it almost 2 weeks. Then after they had finally repaired the no start condition (after replacing parts they swore would fix the problem; then finding the next "sure fix") they wanted to take it back to Dodge to have the computer tested (why didn't they do that when it was down there the first time). To top it off they damaged my truck. Oh they tried knocking out some of the dent; but it is still damaged. They then said they didn't know how to handle it. Well I did. I contacted my insurance company; they will pay for the repair then go after the shop.

I took my car in and specifically asked for a repair. After Herb and the guys checked my car they informed me that I didnt need everything that I asked for. This is a sign of an honest shop. They could have done the extra work I asked for and I'd have never known. Herb saved me several hundred dollars and my car runs better then ever.

I owe Sparkies a huge thank you. I was on a cross country trip with a friend when we ran into trouble with our vehicle. They helped us right away and were incredibly friendly. The vehicle had a lot of problems. They did extensive repairs and got us back on the road quickly. It was fast, affordable, and friendly.

Herb has worked on several of my cars with each repair meeting my expectations: Workmanship, competitive pricing and second to non customer service. This is the only facility I will take my automobiles for repair...integrity!

I stopped in when a strange light started flashing on my dashboard and I didn't know what it was. They dropped everything, helped me, and wouldn't take any money. If you want an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly place to have your vehicle worked on, and want to support local business, THIS IS YOUR PLACE :)

Best shop in town, as a business owner I take my entire fleet to this shop solely, and have for years. You won t find a more honest and dependable shop. I could share success story after success story in my dealings with these guys. Don t bother going anywhere else, this is the only shop you ll ever need.

Blessings and a Special Thanks to the Staff at Sparkie's for getting us fixed up on such short notice. We were back on the road the same day the work was started. And there sure was a lot of work to do. Thank You for going way out of your way to get us on the road. My Best Friend and I where on a cross country drive from Wisconsin to Washington state, in a 78' GMC Vandura Campervan. We wouldn't have made it home with-out Your hard work. Blessings <3 ~Trina

I was traveling and had a tire almost blow. The gentleman on the phone helped me with directions and called another shop to get my vehicle the tire it needed so I could get home. Terrible shop for diagnosis of vehicle problems. This shop spend $900 chasing a check engine light, just adding parts and clearing the light. Another shop fixed his original mistake. Spent $1300 on a front end job on a truck, idiot left out $48 in parts that will cost $900 to fix. Too much ego, not enough experience.
