I bought a 1975 import truck for a project that only had 1 key to it. Everywhere I went to see about getting duplicates pointed me to Simmons. They had to do some searching through old inventory but found a couple. The thing is, they were as happy as I was that they found them!

I just had the pleasure of doing business with Floyd Miller at Simmons lock!!! My Mom and I left at 2pm for her doctor's appointment in Montrose at 2:45 but unfortunately as soon as the doors closed behinds us we both had the sinking realization that we had just locked ourselves out of the house AND out of the car! I called Simmons lock at 2:14 and not 10 minutes later 2 gentleman arrived. The older gentleman, (which I'm assuming was Floyd Miller,) made quick work of BOTH doors as my Mom had also locked the security door... It is now 2:42pm and I have been typing this review for at least 5 minutes, so "quick," is an understatment! I recently moved here from Denver so I was expecting him to say we owed $200- $300 easily but his charges were a fraction of that cost! I've found that I adore living here in Delta and I don't miss the big city at all! However, my favorite thing about living here isn't the quite or not having to sit in traffic for an hour, (I love those things too lol,) but my favorite is the people, so thank you again for another great experience here in Delta!!!

I need a few keys copied, including one that I thought would be difficult. The fellow who made the copies was very kind and polite. The key I thought would be difficult was not at all so for him. The price for all of my keys was about half what I thought it would be. All key copies work perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

I stopped in to get extra keys for my Harley, but not many make barrel keys quickly. They were able to cut the keys in a matter of minutes. Another person was having a lock opened on his motorcycle, and they had it opened before I left! Now that they are in their new location, I will be returning for all of my needs.

Set the secruity alarm off on my car and couldn't get if turned off w/o disconnecting the battery. Called Jared who gave me some ideas while on the phone and was able to get the alarm off and start my car. Jared you are a god!!! Thank you so much. I have always used Simmons lock and key for emergencies and just to get keys made. I see no reason to switch.

I was visiting home in December for Christmas and I had left my car carrier keys back at Texas. After a long 17 hour plus drive these guys went above & beyond making us keys to get into our car carrier. I appreciate their customer service, knowledge and overall friendliness. No wonder this business has been a staple in the grand valley for so many years, they are amazing! HIGHLY recommend! Thanks again guys!

They weren't going to be available for more than a week because they were moving locations. And they wanted to charge way more than the person I found to do the job. Gave three stars because was never actually able to do business with them.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are very fair priced. One time my son broke his key off in the door of his car and they said if he got the other half of the key out and brought it down they would make him another key. They only charged us $3 !! Thank you Simmons!!

One word "rude". I was referred here by a local mobile locksmith. I had a recently purchased handbag that didn't come with a key for the decorative padlock on the leather tab. I needed it taken off so the leather tab didn't get torn.The mobile locksmith told me my padlock was one Simmons would have a key for and it would be very inexpensive as in maybe $4.When I walked in and explained my situation the two employees didn't even look at the padlock on my bag and informed me it would cost $40-$50 for them to make a key and no they didn't have a key. They didn't even look at the padlock!So I then went to DC locksmith and the owner opened the padlock for me at no charge!Don't bother ever going to Simmons.

Been going there for years they are reliable and polite. I've yet to use them at my home..... I have had them rekey locks never had a problem always worked fine.. 75% of the time they have the replacement key I need..I will stay a loyal steady customer to them. Convenient as they are downtown.

Sam was so much help!, his customer service was refreshing compared to most businesses and his attentiveness to my Motorcycle ignition was surprising. This gentleman was so annoyed that we called for his assistance! Even though we explained that we had a two year old, in his car seat, locked in a running truck! He was very quick to let me know he was not gonna get in any hurry to help us... I'll never call or recommend this business to anyone!

People were nice but the prices weren t. Tried charging $110 for cutting a car key, no programming just the hard key. Ridiculous for something that took them a minute to make.

They are okay. Not their fault they couldn't get my key to program the young man that helped me the second trip was pleasant. Everyone else did not have very good customer service skills.

Great service and its possible they can just about duplicate any key. I've taken in a few unique keys as well as an antique lock, had to leave it overnight but they had a key for the lock.

This company is horrid. They hung up on me multiple times because the conversation was not going the way they wanted. Stubborn and refuses to cooperate. This company should not run this way because hanging up on someone is rude and disrespectful, so they will be rude to Whomever they want to.

Best place in Junction for keys/locks. I always go to Simmons, easy and affordable, conveniently located, friendly, helpful & keys made the right way too: high quality- low price. Strongly recommend!

I bought a replacement key for my 2004 Honda accord. The new key needed to be cut and programmed for the car. They said they could do it but the buttons won't work and I would have to go somewhere else to fix it. They sent me to Battery Plus who fixed my key and Programmed it so the buttons would work. The place I should have gone to in the first place.

Seemed very annoyed and too prideful to hear ideas on how to unlock the car he ended up not just not doing it but told me he had somewhere to be and pretty much just drove off.other than the rude and not remorseful goodbye he acted like I wasn't even there.Allreds Mobil locksmith came and unlocked it within 3 trys ,less than 5 mins, charged less and shook my hand treating me with respect the whole time.
