Ben's customer service and communication was top notch. Dropped my vehicle off at 10 am for full customized cat back exhaust. Work completed by 1pm. Great quality job! Scotty's team was great, and nice waiting room!

Normally I would give them a 5 star rating. Been going there for years but this time my front passenger wheel fender got scratched and they can't find anything on their "cameras" how it happened.

Took my car in for an exhaust repair and discovered my lower engine bay cover was removed and never reinstalled. When I called to ask about the cover Scotty's denied removing it and wouldn't even replace the part they lost/stole from my car. Will never use Scotty's again.

Just wow! What a great staff! I had an issue with my motorhome exhaust while traveling across country. they had me in and out in minutes, all fixed perfectly. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Having made an appointment 10 days in advance, getting on the rack before 1230 would have been better for my schedule that day. But the guys were professional and installed a rather difficult system very well, and still got finished in one day. I'd go back if needed.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

First off, let me say they did a great job. I took my vehicle into one of the dealerships, and they were supposed to do a bunch of work on it. I was not pleased with their work at all whatsoever. I then took it here to get some other stuff done and found out. They are a complete auto repair shop. I should ve went to them originally in the first place. They went above and beyond to make my vehicle run, how it s supposed to! Do you not go to any of the dealership auto repair shops?Service: Exhaust

Scotty's always takes excellent care of my truck, and stands by their work. They get me in and out efficiently and communicate with me if there are delays. I took my daughters car in for brakes, the brakes are ok, but her serpentine belt was about to go, so they fixed that, about 3 lights were out, and they cleaned up the brakes system. They had it all done same day, very polite and professional as usual.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
