Work has always completed in a timely matter. The work is impeccable. Never had any problems once repairs have been made. Prices well work going to Scotty's. And the crew members are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of every type of care and trucks we bring in. Found this place when we moved here 8 years ago. Will never take our vehicles anywhere else.

I know these guys have good reviews, but I didn't feel as though my truck was handled well at all. I was very clear to the rep what I was looking for in an exhaust for my Tundra. I felt the salesman felt annoyed with having to work or something. He didn't seem interested at all in discussing details or my options. What I ended up with welded into my truck is nothing I explained. Instead I have an annoying reverberation in the cab for $550. Not the deep, throaty, but soft(rapless) growl I asked for.I know these things happen, no business is 100%, but I'm not exactly thrilled with my truck.

I got my car seats shampooed here just a couple days ago and it was done extremely well. Staff were extremely polite and upfront on costs. I hope I don't have to get my seats cleaned again anytime soon, but I know where I'm going if I do.

I called Jake and he was very professional and gave me an estimate on having a WeBoost system installed. The tech was very careful and professional. They had to custom make a piece, they called to get permission to do so. The truck was finished on time and under budget. I highly recommend Scotty s!

They were very slow in getting vehicles through the process. Often just letting vehicles sit over the pit with nothing happening. We waited an absurd amount of time just to get in. Not pleased.
