I have a 2017 Nissan Leaf. There are e-bikes with longer ranges. Otherwise it is a good vehicle besides having to freeze in the winter. It is not for cod climates.Well, I called Nissan customer service because my range is a lot less than the advertised 100 miles. I scheduled an appointment to have the battery checked. After I was on my way and after charging twice to go about 70 miles, I called this dealership to let them know that I would be late. Then they told me the battery check would cost $90. I canceled the appointment. They should have informed me of the cost when I made the appointment.

Aaron and his staff were very friendly and were the sugar to the medicine surely as pricing for repairs is steep, definitely only use if you have no other option. One of the codes I brought the vehicle in for wasn't able to be fixed as it didn't show for them, but popped as soon as I drove the 2 hours home.

I do love this place but service today was a bit slow. Yet on a positivite note they got me into my first dealership car and have always been really good to me. I vote yes!

We have had nothing but trouble with the service department. It is a JOKE and their worry free Maintenance package is a joke because you only get 3 free Oil changes and you have to do surveys to get more and we've done the survey every time and haven't gotten any free oil changes from it
