Anthony was a great help while we were looking for a new car last weekend! He had answers to all of our questions and helped us confidently make a decision. The rest of the staff was gracious enough to help us keep our VERY tired 2 year old busy while we signed papers and negotiated. We will be Hyundai customers for life!! We LOVE our new palisade! It s a beautiful car and has so many safety features and warranties, we know we re in the best place possible!

My vehicle had an issue with the transmission which was covered under warranty. They immediately got me in, ordered the parts and replaced it all within 2 weeks. Great service and I was always able to reach out and get a response quick about the status of my vehicle. All around quality service! Thanks again from, The Ebertowski Family!

Very friendly, efficient crew. Had the car done in a timely manner. Shuttle driver was great took us to a nearby trailhead where we went on a little hike, he picked us up when we were done!

Very good customer service. My only critique would be, we had called the day before to inquire about a courtesy car while ours was being serviced. We live 3 hours away and I just had surgery. We were told that someone would call us back to let us know, we never received a call back. We ended up having to take 2 cars down, which I was not supposed to be driving that far yet but had no choice. I think if you are driving that far to service your vehicle, it would be nice if you could reserve their courtesy car.Other than that, I would highly recommend their services. Great follow up.

Got some service done (24 point inspection, oil change, brake flush, security system recall) on a used Hyundai I just acquired. Dawson was great and overall not terrible prices as far as dealerships are concerned. Total time was about 3 hours and they provided a shuttle to bring you and pick you up wherever you want. Good stuff.

Very pleasant experience. My husband went in prior to me going in, and let Sarah know at the time we were considering a new vehicle for myself. Sarah was very helpful in keeping in touch on vehicles I might be interested in. I had my likes and dislikes about different vehicles & features. I wasn't going to just settle in order to have a new car. We are going in to retirement and I wanted this to be my last vehicle that we purchased. She sent me descriptions & videos of a few different vehicles, and was never pushy or overbearing about the things she sent. In fact was very kind and understanding, when I kind of felt she may think I'm too picky to please?! (which I'm sure I sounded like?!) Nope, she kept right on trying to find just the right car! And, although it wasn't the car I thought I had in mind. The 2023 Sante Fe Hybrid was the car that fit most all of my wants & needs. We went in to take a look at it & after my husband and I drove it, it was the car of our choice. Thank you Sarah for finding me (us) the perfect fit. I really do love it!And for making our experience an enjoyable one! It was a joy working with you. : )

Fantastic service department! Service advisor Brittney was fast efficient and friendly! A free ride to a nearby shopping area and 2 hours later my Hyundai was repaired! I had expected that repairs would take much longer and that an appointment weeks into the future would be necessary . I felt like it was my lucky day, drove right in, fixed quickly, and back on the road. Thank You!!

Took my car in 2 weeks ago because it was leaking transmission fluid and oil just got my car back 2 days ago I drive it for two day work and back that s it and what do you know it s started leaking oil everywhere once again. I had some choice words with staff at the time because throughout these two weeks I didn t get one call from them. They lied to me about not speaking with the warranty people. I found this out because I called them. And they told me they let red rock service center know 2 days ago that the warranty wasn t going to cover the problems. This has been a nightmare ever since I bought the car. I think it s a coincidence that they also told me I was going to have to wait a week before the new parts got in and all of a sudden the car was fixed the next day. I think they got vindictive because I wasn t happy with their professionalism and how they were handling the situation and slapped my car back together charged me full price and sent me on my way knowing the job wasn t done correctly

I brought my Elantra in because of a check engine light. The car was diagnosed right away and the part was ordered. The part arrived the next day and my car was repaired the same day after I got off work. Very professional employees who kept me updated with text messages. Brittney was great.

During a road trip from Colorado Springs to San Diego we heard a loud, unsettling noise. We pulled over and had our car towed to Red Rock Hyundai in Grand Junction. The Grand Junction staff fixed our car in one day. They also provided courtesy shuttles to and from our hotel. Very thankful.Thank you RR Hyundai!

SNAKES!!!!**** Should ve listened to the reviews. All around very unprofessional and EXTREMELY pushy. They wouldn t even let us TEST drive the car without filling out abunch of paperwork-acting like they already had a deal. The young new kid (Caden) absolutely does NOT belong in sales as he was VERY unprofessional and didn t know anything about literally anything. (This lead to us dealing with 5 different guys.) They test drove our trade as we finally got to test drive the car we wanted to LOOK at. (The odometer read over 9k miles and online it says 8k and so did the paperwork they were trying to make us sign). We got back and said we d like it but need to talk to our bank to run some numbers-instead they wrote us up an offer with 5 EXTRA WARRANTIES when we already would ve had the warranty it would ve came with. (These tacked on nearly $8k EXTRA making our payment nearly $900 on a 22 for $36k!!) We decided to put a hold deposit down, take the offer home and think on it..said we d talk to the bank on Monday (it was Friday night) to see what we could get with them and NOT to run our credit..they then texted me a day later (Saturday) saying they have a new offer and ran our credit HARD-several times!! (Dropping 50 points off our credit!) Needless to say-we pulled our deposit and will absolutely NEVER deal with these people again. The more pressure=the more turn off. Please learn that.

Check your paperwork and car when you leave the service department. I told them I didn t want my tires rotated during oil change due to having plug in a back tire. I even marked it denied on the extra service thing they send you. I pick it up and it makes a humming noise when driving now which I thought was wierd well it s because they put the one plugged tire on my front along with the only tire that had tread totally rotated my tires. A couple of days ago my plugged tire blew and I went of the road . Just be careful. Be safe

Anthony was the most patient salesperson. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss which vehicle would be the most suitable. My neighbor purchased a blue hyundai elantra after much deliberation, and it seems to be a great value. So modern and comfortable. It's a gorgeous color.

I bought a total of 3 vehicles from them. Due to their "Forever Warranty", I thought I had to have my vehicles serviced at their dealership. I had one vehicle serviced in October 2021, where they were supposed to do a tire rotation. They wrote down that it was completed, but I noticed a mark on a tire in the same spot. Service Advisor admitted they did not do the tire rotation, and to take it to another shop 5hat could fit my vehicle. I had prepaid for 3 services on this vehicle, and so was ripped off. A couple weeks later, I took my truck in to be serviced. They were informed to do a tire rotation as well. This time, they informed me it was in fact completed. After a few weeks af driving about 2-5 miles a day in town, I made a trip over a mountain pass, and my entire tire fell off while I was driving, causing damage to my truck. The tire studs had been over torqued, and 2 studs were actually missing, one was broken off, and the other 3 were damaged. A few lug nuts from other tires were missing as well. I had the vehicle towed to the dealer, due to the negligent tire rotation, and was informed I would not be reimbursed for the tow, and they would only cover half the repair costs. I informed them that they would be covering the entire claim, as it was their faulty work that caused it. I was called back and told they would only cover the wheel and tire, that my rotor was still good and usable (refer to pictures), and they would still not be covering anything else. Due to the dealership trying to claim a rotor that had slammed to the ground while driving and could have fractures, as well as the layers peeling off like an onion, I did not trust them to do any repairs, as I believed they would cover it up. I had my truck picked up and taken to a trustworthy shop and informed my insurance of the issues.

Everyone was so kind and professional! Gaylene (sales lady) was so easy to work with and made the whole process easy, I previously purchased a Kia from her at Red Rock Kia so when I found out she was now at Hyundai I decided to see what she could do for me. Isaac is very nice young man he made sure to explain everything that I was signing and was transparent about all forms. Mark the sales manager was so kind and gave me a heck of a deal. Horrible service department. Constantly being lied to about wait times. Got told an hour and a half, waited 3 hours for a simple basic oil change. Then they lied to me about my breaks. My last service appointment my breaks were quoted at 3s and 4s. Then my last appointment I was told they were 5 and 6 , upon questioning this I was told " I finally told my staff to stop eyeballing the breaks and to use a tool to check them". By far this is the most unsafe and unsettling comment I've heard at a service department in a dealership, I had to pay extra for a second opinion to ensure my breaks were where they were supposed to be, and Hyundai was LYING! MY breaks were 2 and 3 and required immediate replacement. Nearly lost my life due to the negligence of the service department. Please please be cautious if you cherish your life.

Making an appointment online was easy, and the service department was ready for me when I arrived. They listened to my concerns and explained their findings, and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with their service. My only complaint is that, for those of us who have to wait for several hours, the waiting area leaves much to be desired. I had brought work with me that I was hoping to complete, but had to choose between sitting next to a loud TV with an irritating news talk show, or a speaker with even louder music that wasn't my musical preference. Waiting is part of the overall experience, and four hours of annoying noise was not enjoyable. A quieter area for those who want (need) to work or read while waiting, or simply don't prefer the music or TV options, would be appreciated.

Horrible communication. I inquired about a car and had been messaging back and forth with the internet director named Stephanie. I had scheduled a call to discuss details and then checked online and the car said unavailable. I asked Stephanie if the car was bought and she did not know. Hours went by emailing back and forth and she could not give me an answer. The morning of our call came and she never called. I called the dealership and found out from a salesperson the car was sold days before. No notice or communication. Waste of time.

I ve been looking for a used 1st gen tundra for some time now, and saw Red Rock Hyundai recently got one in on trade-in. I was able to put a refundable deposit down to hold the truck until I arrived. I was greeted at the door by there manager, Dylan, whom ensured I felt right at home. Friendly staff and exceptionally reasonable to get me in my used truck that day. My salesman, Giovanni, made the process easy and was great to work with. Overall, great experience and would recommend their business to anyone. After some persistent haggling, we finally negotiated out a fair price for the truck out the door. Excited with my purchase and a happy new owner of a 2004 Tundra! Thanks guys, you rock!

They had the exact car we wanted that we could not find near us. We had to do the purchase over the phone and internet and have it delivered to their sister dealership near us. It was a seamless, excellent process. Would do it all over again with the same circumstances.

I had my first (free) oil change and it was a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and great to work with. They offered my daughter and I ride right away if we did not wish to wait. The process was so easy with being able to make the appointment online. Thank you for the great experience!

My engine had to be replaced. After many interactions, I went to the Front End Manager and the Service Department Manager, Randy. Randy told me he would correct any shortcomings in communication and told me to go straight to him if I ever have any issues, ever again. They are in the process of refunding the car rental I had to get for a week. Replaced the car rental with a loaner vehicle, brand new with only 400 miles on it, stickers still on the window. Replaced my engine and recalibrated my rear lift gate, all at no cost to me. I have to also mention that Randy placed me into the hands of Shane in the Service Department. Shane was with me every step of the way, to inform me of how the process was progressing, encourage me, and, also told me to go ask for him for any future assistance I needed and he would be there for me. They really turned a very bad, stressful situation into a better situation, given the circumstances. They took my stress level from very high intensity, to finally being able to breath again and having peace that everything was going to be ok. Thank you Randy and Shane!!
