Good service has always had or been able to get the parts I need. Bought a grill guard through them the other day and they helped me load it . The reason for the four star review is that the full price with tax on pickup was slightly higher than I was told the day before. Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your truck and trailer needs.

Purchased a trailer in 2023 without issue. I attempted to become a repeat customer today to purchase a second trailer but the salesperson, whose name I won t mention here but they can figure it out, doesn t seem to want my business. One word email responses inquiring about trailer options available, especially to return customers, are not how you sell $15,000+ pieces of equipment. Called back to speak with the owner but apparently he s out for the next couple of weeks .

Fixed my trailer fast. I bumped a rock and did some cosmetic damage. They had the trim and fixed it right up at a reasonable cost. Nice folks who want to help with even the minor issues. I plan to buy a utility trailer and will go see them first.

We were on the road and needed emergency axle and wheel work on our travel trailer. Jeff said service was tied up for days but bring it in. He took a look at it and had it fixed within 3 hours. Great place and the price was very reasonable.

What can I say about this place? We have a 44 triple axle toy hauler and were traveling through the area on our way to Arizona. Well after a slightly bumpy detour I noticed out rig was slightly off track. A quick stop and I found a busted spring hanger on the rear axel. A quick call to this amazing business and they said to come on in. A quick look at what was wrong and the trailer was brought right into the shop and we were back on the road in a few hours. So not only did they take the time to do an amazing repair they went ahead and re enforced this hanger and the one on the opposite sides. If you are anywhere in this area and need a trailer, repairs or accessories, you d be making a huge mistake not coming here.

Prices are steep, inventory is so so. Trailers plus has a better option, they wanted 400 for 2 spares and wheels. That s crazy. That s not inflation, I know I ve done Business with them before. I called and asked for a white tailgate for a ram and they said ya come on down and when we get there the sales guy said , oh we can t separate the bed and tailgate but as you look around they do it all the time. That s scamming people , they are not repeat customer loyal at all and that s a huge problem especially if your an LLC. I won t buy my next trailer there.

Really good service. And a big thanks to Joe for helping us. Sorry for misspelling. Joe had really good patience with us. He had a birthday dinner to go to. That to me KS really good coustmer service and I will definitely be using this place again. And if anyone needs help come here.

We are so thankful to Pine County for getting us back on the road. We were traveling cross-country passing Grand Junction, CO when our teardrop trailer s tire popped off on a BLM dirt road. They were so amazing to squeeze us in on a busy work day and fixed our bearings and put on a new tire. They re customer service was top notch and they gave us helpful tips to keep something like this from happening again. We could then safe continue on our way to Yosemite.

We found a car they were selling that someone else was interested in but Henry found a way to get us into it. He made the whole process fast and easy for us to drive away in it. By far best experience in buying a car. Keith taking the time to check on service we want done on our other truck making sure we get what we want and at a god price has been a pleasure also. The whole staff has been great and we will definitely be back and recommend pine country to anyone.

I was in the market for a truck stopped by to see what they had. Clara made the purchase so easy and fast. The absolute best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They worked out all the details over the phone and had the paper work ready to go. They were not pushy and made the deal happen.

Great service, Maggie and Josh really went out of their way to help me out. I was traveling from Oregon to Colorado and had a last minute cancellation in Oregon and they couldn't get the hitch I needed in time. I called Pine Country and they were able to track down a hitch for me and have a special drop off so I could have it installed. They fit me in the schedule so when I was driving through GJ it could be installed. I would definitely recommend them, thanks again!

The price is good the trailer rental was good. And service when I picked it up also good my issue was after the fact. I made a call to them to let them know the trailer brakes didn't work. Not asking for anything just to let them know. This is the day after I dropped it off because I forgot to mention it. And the lady was rude defensive and basically told my I didn't know what I was talking about. And maybe I didnt. All I could say was that they didn't work. I'd rate her transaction with me a -1 . I hung up because I was so mad.

Decently priced, be sure to have your insurance info on hand. They didn't help us hook up to the trailer, which wasn't an issue for us but it definitely could be an issue for some.My husband mentioned something about you have to pay extra to drop off the trailer after hours, but you can return it the next morning as soon as they open.We really needed a little bit bigger trailer. I'm not sure if they didn't have any bigger or if they did and it had already been rented.

Got a b&w hitch installed faster and cheaper than anyone else in town. Then went back and got all the accessories we needed to tow our fifth wheel (wiring harness, chains, lense covers). Exceptionally knowledgeable staff.

Wow! Epic service. Nice people. Big shout out to Maggie, Jeff & the rest of the team. Really went out of their way to make things happen on a tight schedule for us. Quality work. They did an emergency hitch repair. Thank you guys for recommending the Bulldog Coupler - Loving it.

I needed shackles fixed on my trailer in a hurry as I was going on a trip the next day. They got me in and out in a few hours despite being fully booked, and price was fair. I would recommend to anyone who needs trailer repairs done in the GJ area!

The Pine Country team is top notch! I purchased an enclosed trailer and needed help loading a heavy truck bed into it and my salesmen didn't hesitate for a second and went into the shop and brought out 3 big guy's and it was loaded instantly. Amazing! I've had to have equipment replaced based on manufacturer warranty and Adam was more than helpful. Adam will do whatever he can to make sure the customer is always taken care of. I highly recommend pine country!

Bought a brand new trailer from them that ended up having issues. I let Nick know about it and he went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were fixed and that we were happy. They have great customer service and I would definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience buying a trailer here. The salesman Joe was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure to purchase. Quick and easy. Recommend to everyone to buy from them. Plus they are locally owned!!!

Every experience in life is a learning opportunity. Buying a used car from Pine Country, I have learned the following:1. Don t2. Just because they say their mechanics checked it over doesn t mean it really happened, or that their mechanics are even qualified to call themselves that.3. A master cylinder is a part on a vehicle that allows you to stop- handy right? Pine country sold me a vehicle with a broken one (jimmy rigged for long enough to get me home of course) and put my life and the lives of others at risk.4. Oil goes in vehicles. It s one of the requirements to it you know, running. If their mechanics checked it over, wouldn t you think they would see if there s any oil in it? Nope. See #2.I hope my learning opportunity can benefit you (reader of reviews) in the following ways:1. You don t make a mistake and buy a lemon from this lemonade stand. Go somewhere else.You re welcome

Friendly staff, easy to work with, we didn't have to give them pick up and return time which was surprising and had no problem adding a day. Needed some more cargo straps and they had little selection beyond single straps for $20+.

Disappointed! We purchased a used Dodge Caravan from Pine Country and then 3 weeks later the transmission completely went out. We bought the van As Is, No Warranty however it had just over 105,000 miles at time of purchase and ran great when we test-drove it. It was a huge surprise to suddenly experience such a big mechanical issue and it made us wonder how well Pine Country examined the van before putting it on their lot. Pine Country was fair in paying for half of the fix ($2400 total) but they made it very clear they were not happy about doing so and ultimately, we paid $1200 for a broken transmission on a newly purchased van. They were not nice about it and made us feel like we were the ones who did something wrong.To add insult to injury, they didn t get their paperwork to the bank on time which left us no choice but to give Pine Country our first payment .while our van was on its 10th day in the shop getting fixed.Buyer Beware! Pine Country sells lemons! And their customer service isn t the best. Ron (President), Nick (Sales Manager), Jeff (Manager), Ross (Business Office) and Henry (Sales) didn t seem to care that a van they had just sold us 3 weeks earlier had a broken transmission. You d think in such a small town Pine Country would hold customer service and reputation as its highest values. Think again. Good news we have a new transmission in our van. Bad news we re out $1200.Do yourself a favor. Save your time and money and go to a reputable dealer who values its reputation. Pine Country does not. A lemon is a lemon is a lemon.

Called for brake magnets for my trailer. Put on hold for 11 minutes, passed around to different people and finally after explaining what I needed three times, I was told they didn t have the right parts but the ones they had should probably work!!!! Brake parts are nothing to guess at. Inept parts workers and a lack of knowledgeable people working the parts counter.Went to spring works. They had exactly what I needed.I would avoid this place for parts or expert opinion.
