They don't deserve even one star , I bought a crate engine from them and because the new employee didn't know how to handle the situation , we could not bring in core, manager is not very nice or even ready to help anyone . I will never return to the north ave store , after the way we were treated . spent a lot of money to purchase engine and to be treated like that , never again , don't waste your time on oriellys north ave store . a man that works at autozone in clifton , stopped what he was doing and came to my house and helped me take engine core to oriellys . that is a good man and good employee, thanks autozone .!Andrew.

Autozone next door was my place for decades but they absolutely suck these days. Glad to have moved over here and found the helpful young fellows at O'Reilly. Good prices, always have what I need and the counter guys are super helpful and friendly. Thanks guys

Ann or Anna, the manager, was very rude and condescending. l was looking for an air filter, but unfortunately, Ford lists three displacements as a generic sticker in the engine bay. She told me that they made filters for a Ford Escape turbo diesel that were cylindrical at this point I knew she had no idea what she was talking about, because the filters are a rectangle accordion style, but proceeded to sell me an air filter that was for the v6 turbo gas engine which was twice the size I needed. So I got a refund and went next door to Autozone, who not only sold me the right part but was very pleasant in doing so...

Great group of people that are very knowledgeable. They had some of the things that I needed but the part that they didn't have. They checked the other stores and verified that they had it. Then called that store and put it on hold for me so I could run over there and get it.

Thanks to David and team helping to diagnose a failed MAF sensor in my truck, having the part in stock, lending me the tools to fix it, and getting me back on the road in no time! Another great O'Reilly shop!

Meghan was so helpful! I came in with what I thought was a battery problem. As I have limited knowledge in cars, she was super helpful in explaining concepts in terms I could understand. Even though the problem was not the battery, she went out of her way to help me set up next steps.

The lady up front was really nice and they had good prices for the parts I needed, but there was a manager in back cussing and swearing about how lazy his employees are, and they also had no tools to borrow so I could install the parts I'd just bought from them.

I went in for brake pads and the lady behind the counter was so extremely rude to me. Last I remember it was part of the job to help figure out what brake pads that I need. She told me to go somewhere else and have them see if my brakes were double piston or single. I went right next door to Auto Zone and Kelly helped me out and she got a $140 sale. I have always been an Oreillys customer but I will never step foot into this oreillys again. I would advise finding someone that wants to do their job.

Needed a new battery for my truck. Issac and the other employee (who's name I didn't catch) were courteous, helpful and fast.I was even able to borrow some tools to swap out the batteries.

Terrific service! Dominic was great as he helped switch out a battery to my dodge and gave solid advice on what battery would work best for my situation. Totally recommend this place.

Worst experience ever, Customer service was utterly horrible. Store employees locked the front door before the establishment was considered closed at 9:00pm. The doors were locked 8:54pm. I personally watched 2 employees walk away when I was knocking on the front doors knowingly there was a customer outside waiting. Just wondering if that's the way o'reillys conducts business these days. Hopefully upper management can explain Rules and Regulations again to these dodo birds.

Love this place it's open an hour later then any other auto parts store. Plus the gentlemen who ring me up also help install my wipes. Thank you this store rocks

Great service, huge selection. The other auto parts stores get some of their products from O'Reilly. Definitely the first place to check if you want the part today.

They were very helpful and they had my radiator there in stock and I got my veterans discount also. Would go back when I need another part for my truck when it breaks down.

Worst service I have ever had at a parts store. They called to inform me that my parts had arrived .I went to the store to pick them up but the employee couldn't find them. He then got upset with me, so I told him I wouldn't be bringing my business there anymore. He proceeded to chase me out the door all the way to my car. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store and I do not recommend buying parts from them

I have written a complaint to the Corporate office because of terrible customer service and a very dirty store and haven't gotten anything back as to whether the issue was taken care of. I would recommend going somewhere else, anywhere else, or buy your parts online.

While on vacation in Grand Junction our A/C quit blowing up front, we knew it was a blower motor resistor that went out. We went to Auto zone 1st. To make a long story short we were shuffled between 3 different auto zones for the right part, 4 parts exchanged, numerous employees telling us their part wasn't bad we needed a new climate control panel or a blend door actuator and a full refund later; we went to O'Reilly's on North ave. Not only did O'Reilly's have the part it was cheaper than Auto Zone and it worked the 1st time. If you want a part that will work go to O'Reilly's, the staff was professional and the part was quality. We have A/C for our drive back to Arizona.

Waited for 15 minutes with one other customer in the building, to do an oil dump, then was told they couldn't do because it looked like it had water in it... and then all of the employees walked away with out saying a word, and pretended I wasn't there..
