I went to Napa to get a blinker/hazard relay for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The first sales person looked up the part, he went to the back, pulled the relay. I went home. Attempted to plug it in. The relay did not fit my Jeep. I returned it and another associate told me it was the wrong relay. He got me the right part (or so he thought). I returned home. It was the incorrect part again. I went to Scotty's Auto repair. I got the correct part and now my blinkers are working. I will never go to Napa again and suggest you don't either!!

This is the only auto parts shop I go to in town. The manager bill is great and runs a tight ship. They have a massive amount of parts in stock. They also turn rotors, make hydraulic hoses and electrical cables. Only time I go anywhere else is to drop off used oil and leave.

I recently stopped by Bookcliff Auto Parts to pickup a new battery for my Outback and had a great experience - they went above and beyond by helping me with the installation and were very friendly to boot. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back myself.

Napa auto parts always takes really good care of me every time I walk through the door and I would recommend them to anyone needing parts for their vehicle. They are definitely more knowledgeable than anyone I've ever met at autozone.

Have a NAPA "The Legend" car battery number 7565. The battery has a January 2023 (1/23) manufacture date...was installed in January and it's now June 28, 2023 and the battery is dead and is bad per an analyzer. NAPA store says that without proof of purchase they won't replace...I guess that is how they think"LEGENDS" are made....NOT the kind of legend to be NAPA...I'll go back to Autozone, Advanced or O'Reilly from now on. They verify a customer's purchases with something as simple as a PHONE NUMBER.

Napa is okay. AutoZone in checker definitely have better customer service. The lady's at checkout are super sweet at Napa, but the rest of you guys could use a little polishing. Heard lots on how they treat their staff. Not impressed.

The gentlemen that run the paint store are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Their products and turn around time are first rate. Also, Jessica went above and beyond trying to get me something from there on a Saturday. I appreciate her high-energy, courteous and helpful nature. A+ customer service!

I m new to the area and was looking to find a reliable, knowledgeable parts store....this ain t it!Admittedly they were able to locate a part number but never followed up with me to let me know if they ordered it even though they took all my contact info. Consequently I found another part store who was very happy to make sure I had what I needed. I think Napa may be too big and my few hundred dollars worth of parts was inconsequential to them so they kind of forgot about my needs.I will likely not be bothering them in the future.Sorry to say it appears like they are designed for larger volume customers and not the couple thousand dollars per year spenders.Moving on!

I would put zero stars if I had the option. Rude front Dess lady. Unexperienced people in the shop that do not know how to handle equipment nor the parts. The only thing was well enough was the owner. And even he had a very rude attitude. Total is 20 minutes took 2 1/2 hours first time and The second time they lied about the parts of fixing it. Been sitting here the 2nd time for three hrs this time. Very very rude people. They lye about doing the work.

I really like this place! I tend to send my kids here to get parts for their vehicles mainly because they tend to keep a decent inventory of stuff for your car, and the service people are helpful and kind to newbies. Then it was my turn to shop. I needed a number of bulbs. I already knew my part numbers, so I was in and almost out, when the very young lady at the counter proceeded to offer some excellent advice regarding my light bulb purchase. I am pleased with good service when solicited. I am overboard impressed when good service is delivered when unsolicited. NAPA used to be kind of clique-ish in my mind, but that image has really changed. They are there to help and make your experience enjoyable, even if you're not a car jock, or whatever they call someone who only speaks car.

I stopped by on my way to work to purchase some oil one morning. I would say customer service is not a priority here. I arrived 11 minutes prior to the posted store hours. I could see people in the store at their stations. I had to wait until exactly 0730 cell phone time for the door to unlock in order to enter the building. Once in, no one said a word to me and the service desk employees were already all on the phone -- none acknowledged my existence. I found my fluid on my own and checked out and left. I don't think I'll come in again -- online ordering is far more convenient; there was no "hometown" service or expertise aspect of this store to make it worth my time.

Front lady Glasses and curly hair. ABSOLUTELY rude! I watched her treat customers like trash. Like it was too much of a bother to do her job! Only one counter person greeted me when I came in. This used to be the best in town and lately grown to be the worst. Walking in you can tell the employees are either mad or lazy, not sure which. However, I will no longer suggest them to people who ask me where to go for parts. You would think with all the new auto stores popping up in town that they would up their customer service, not here though. Zero stars if possible!

This is the best napa store I have ever been in. Parking wasn't the best but it more then made up for it by customer service and store selection. I have been in several auto parts store but this one was hands down the best. I had gone to another stores and bought a starter and didnt have the receipt. The other store found the transaction and faxed it over and they honored the warranty no problems. Awesome store and great service. Ps I want one of those giant inflatable race cars they had hanging on the wall. Great place

I have bought from this Napa location numerous times and they are always helpful. But some employees are more helpful and knowledgeable than others. I ll update when I remember his name, but have the older man who wears a hat, Cecil perhaps help you if he can. He knows a lot and has helped me before. I did order a shock in the past in which the bushings were not in the box, but we supposed to be. I returned the part and got my money back no questions asked. Thanks Napa. Best batteries out there too btw! They last 5 years past the date sometimes.

If it weren't for the grumpy know it all workers this would be a great place. The crew needs to listen more than talk. But with all the other parts stores having cheaply made products NAPA is the only quality stuff left.

Overall they have a good amount in stock, the staff is pretty knowledgeable if they don t know/unsure they quickly grab someone else for an opinion, they are quick and to the point, make suggestions about your purchase to see if there is anything else you might need that you didn t think about and quickly have you on your way.

Hours on here are wrong first off, they close earlier than listed. Secondly I called in earlier today and asked for prices to have the bearings in my cars steering knuckle repressed, was told $40 if I had my own bearings and $45 if I didn't. Get down to the store at just after 5, on my way home from work, and they tell me that the shop is closed so no work done till tomorrow. Which I believe is wrong to an extent. How is a customer supposed to work and get off at 5 come down for service to be done and the shop not be open? Now I have a vehicle that out of commission for two days now because you close your shop at the same time as most of your customers are able to require services, but to digress once arriving at the store I was informed that i was incorrectly quoted on the phone. Grand total of my repress services was $83 double what I was told on the phone.

Almost always have what I go in for. They have their share of know-it-all old timers that hate life, but in general its what you expect from a part store with availability of some odd ball parts no one else has.
