Amazing. The owner Dean is incredible to work with and easy going. I was referred by another well respected business in Utah believe it or not. And am Moore! Than happy. Dean worked overtime on my truck. And had it ready on a weekend! His guys stayed late to help him get work done and even had some stay back to give my truck a quick wash. Dean and the team at Moore s are the real deal and really hold a high standard. These are the guys you want!

Amazing people to work with! Super nice and very accommodating. They were super busy so I couldn t get in for a few months, but in the mean time they got my car in to fix it just enough for it to be safe to drive (free of charge) and once they were able to get me in for a full fix, they did amazing. I hope I never have to go to a repair shop again, but if I do I ll choose Moore s.

We had a good experience here after a poor experience elsewhere. A little old school in the office with paper files, etc. But old school customer service was present as well, so no complaints at all. Transparent with time estimates and dealings with insurance reimbursement. Would recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went in for an estimate on my husbands truck and the gentleman doing the estimate. He really took his time and looked it over really well! The other places I had been to that day were really fast and didn't look very closely. We will most likely be taking our business here!!

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with the undercarriage protector on our suv. We drove into Moore s and they immediately took care of it and for a minimal charge. I hate doing this but people need to know. We recently had some hail damage to our new car and were recommended to use Moore's for the repairs by our insurance agency. Since there isn't much of a choice out here in GJ, I went with it. I drove down and had them look at the damage. The whole time the guy was coughing, sniffing and seemed like he had a cold. So that sucks but whatever, need my car fixed. So after that he said it would be a few weeks before he gets back to me cause they had a list of cars to fix and depending on when the dent repair guy got back to them. No big deal, everyone is short staffed and busy. I get it. 2-3 weeks go by...nothing from them. Call and they say we are now a month out... a little frustrated but again no worries. 2-3 weeks go by and call back. This time they say we are another month out from even being able to look at the car.... thought we did that? he also says there are new customers now in front of us in the "que" that pushed us back. So now we get pushed back even more. At this point we tell them never mind we will find another place to do business with. We cant keep getting pushed around. Thanks for your time we will find another shop to use. Fast forward a week and they call back to try and schedule us for another 2 weeks out. I explain to the guy on the phone that we cancelled our business with them cause the guy last time was rude and just kept moving us further and further away. All he did was laugh and say "ya well that's how it goes". Like really, that's not how this works. That's not how you earn peoples business and get referrals from customers. And please understand that I get it that business' are short handed and trying to get by day to day. But to treat potential customers like that is not acceptable. Not to me anyway. We are a one car family and trying to get this scheduled for repair is important to us for obvious reasons.

Super friendly super quick estimate. Have not had work done there yet as we are waiting for the insurance. Once insurance gives the OK, we will be utilizing Moore's services

Cannot recommend Moore's enough. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. They were all super friendly and incredibly easy to work with and always available when I had questions. My car had some pretty extensive damage and Moore's took care of it perfectly from start to finish including working with my insurance.

These guys are great. Polite and helpful, and the car is fixed to a point where you can't tell anything ever happened. We even had to bring it back because of a concern with the hood rattling, and they looked at it free of charge on the same day. (It only needed a minor adjustment of some supports in the engine area. Nothing wrong at all.)Great service! Awesome staff!

Dean and his crew went above and beyond to get our son's truck back on the road after a fender bender. Its a nearly 20 year old truck, so not worth it to put much money into using new parts. The price was beyond reasonable! Well worth it! They did great work. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much guys. We really weren't wanting to have to buy a new vehicle for him!

Dean is really awesome and took great care of my car and me! They actually work on your car and repair it with quality instead of the more common "quick-fixers" out there. It was worth the drive and the time it took! I feel they went above and beyond my expectations!! And, that is difficult to do.

I brought my pickup in for some relatively minor body damage. They gave me an estimate and a start date for the repair. They took care of all of the insurance paperwork and had everything ready to go in a week. The damage was perfectly repaired with no visible sign it had ever occurred. They came in exactly where the estimate landed and even washed the truck and wiped down the interior. Overall Moore's were incredibly professional and I don't know what else you could ask for in a body shop. I highly recommend them!!Service: Body & Trim

By far the best work I've ever seen, very professional. Alan has got to be a genius, he knows his stuff. Not only did they fix my damages caused by a deer, they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I will never go anywhere else. This is the place that cares about quality. I've been to them 4 times, I work out of town and early hours, so they are going to give me a punch card, one more punch and the next ones free. Yes!!

Great service. Had no trouble dropping my car off and getting it back just a few hrs later. Quick service and very friendly. Got two estimates to fixing my problem and that helped a lot!

My car was hit by a deer which caused damage to the fender and driver's door. Dean worked on the door, so that I could get in and out of the vehicle with ease. We had already seen 2 other auto repair shops and neither one of them made such effort. Thank you Dean for extra effort!

We are repeat customers of Moore's because they have always done excellent work on our cars. This time was the same - beautiful work. They even went above and beyond by fixing a few scratches on our bumper that weren't even part of this accident.

Had a couple small spots on my car needing attention. Allen spent his time with me discussing and estimating same. He said he was more than a month out on work. I asked if he had any suggestions on where I should go for help. He gave me shop info for west side customs. Three days later my car is in garage and looks new. Can't tell any work was done. Thanks for your time and suggestion. If I have future collision or insurance work I will come and see you.

Dean really took care of me. My friend backed into my car which messed up my bumper. He presented me options rather than just try to get the most expensive fix out of me. I was trying to save my friend money and Moore's Auto Body did an amazing job of fixing my car and making sure the fix worked and held. They stand by their work and are real humans. The world would be a better place if everyone worked as hard and honestly and stood by their work like Moore's Auto Body.

They tried but the outcome of my poor Accord turned out sad looking. The paint is a little off and it looks like forgot the clear coat. just a few scratches on passenger side. Not smooth, looks like it was not sanded smooth before painting. Should of taken to Honda Dealer. Lesson learned! Don't go here. Several returns and tries and still can't get it right...Service: Body & Trim

Totaled my 2011 Nissan Juke. Dean was great to work with and helped speed up the insurance process for a quick settlement. While they didn't do repair work due to being totaled, I would trust them to work on any vehicle I have.
