These folks are fabulous. Employees seem to actually like and respect each other. Clean bathrooms. Exceptionally nice waiting area. Most importantly, they listened to my needs and concerns and got me back on the road quickly. Welcome to the neighborhood, Les Schwab!

I came in with a hole in my tire, they helped me out by patching it cost free! The most professional clean tire shop in town! Prior to that I ve never met anyone at that store but I m glad I did, I ll be sending over all my dealership vehicles for their help in the future. Cannot thank this place enough! Also I had my son with me and he keeps asking when we can go back for their popcorn!

Took my truck in to have new tires and brakes, and in the process my tire sensor was damaged by their mechanic. Was given their word by Alex that they would repair it and make it right when I brought it back to have the brakes done the following week, only to discover that it hadn't been fixed at all. I was headed out of town the following day and now I'm trying to have the work done in another city and it's been a waste of time and energy. Pretty lame to not only cause the damage to my vehicle initially, but then to not fix it when you gave me your word and given the opportunity to so is bad business and terrible customer service. I had initially decided to use Les Schwab because I've always had a great experience with their other locations in Denver, this one however is very lackluster. If your looking to have to hold someone's hand and make sure they do what they say their going to do, this is the location for you. Expected far better service since there are much less expensive options around but was highly dissatisfied in the end. Won't be going back.- hey Tim thanks for the reply your team most certainly did damage my truck tire sensor and Alex shook my hand and told me it would be fixed when I brought it back the following week to have the brakes done, which it was not. I called to follow up and he told me it was because 'he wasn't there'. I come from a time when folks gave their word and followed up on it I guess that's not what yall do there. I took it to a les schwab in Denver and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Guess you should send your boys somewhere they can learn some customer service.

Got my inner and outer tie rods replaced and got an alignment and now my trucks wheel doesnt pull anymore going over bumps and the steering feels a lot tighter, I am very happy with the work done on my vehicle and will definitely return if i need anymore work done

Actually told me I needed an alignment after going through three sets from discount. Friendly and helpful staff. Walked me through what they did and showed me before and after paperwork.

I had them do a alinement and tpms they did a amazing job I feel like a safe driver on the road they were amazing to chat with about what it was like.

These guys suck do not take your vehicle there I went there for a four-wheel alignment they charged me $130 tried to sell me some tires and the screwed up the rear tires they towed them in so they would wear faster so they could sell me some tires so now not only do I have I paid the $130 but now I have to pay someone else $80 to get it done right do not take your vehicle there
