Came into Kissner Moters for the first time buying a vehicle. Instantly greeted by Jordan and felt welcome to ask as many questions about the process as needed. Jordan and Tim were great and sent us home in a 2012 C300 Mercedes-Benz!Very Satisfied and will be returning for future purchases!

First of all when the run your application they run it through so many companies it makes you really nervous. Standard procedure they said. I was stupid in trusting these people. They said this was a great vehicle and I purchased it without test driving it. Picked the vehicle up and was completely uneasy about the purchase and tried to back out of it but scott said it was a great buy and he drove it extensively and it was in great condition and the only thing was scuffed rims and I should change the tires . I tried to return it that day and was told my wife was going to love it. You people are dangerous!! This vehicle upon driving it bucked like a bronco when you tried to slow it down tie rods were in need of rand r and arms to the tie rods were loose. You may look at me like an idiot to have been fooled by you but , I am going to let everyone I can know to not believe a word scott or any other at your business say. Get a safety check done if you do. You come back on here and try to reply I ll add more. I tried to take this vehicle back the day I picked it up but the car salesman ( liar ) said it was a great vehicle. I m a car hauler and these companies pay very low amounts for these cars and inflate the cost because they get them from auction or maybe flood areas.

Met Jorden, such a great and patient guy. Greater us with such an amazing energy and made us feel like we were in the right place,Told him what I needed and wanted and sure enough he showed me exactly that. Paperwork was easy straight to the point. Was communicating all the time since we live hours away.mike was amazing as well answered ALL our questions and didn t let us come home confused or not understanding something.Everyone in general was just amazing Will definitely go back with him and his team!

I came in from out of town looking for a used full size pickup and Kissner Motors had a pretty wide selection of pickups! Before I came in, I called first and Jordan assisted me and told me about a Toyota Tundra that seemed perfect for my needs. When I inspected and test drove the Tundra, I pointed out a few minor issues, he worked diligently to make sure they were resolved before I made my purchase. He also made sure I got the best price possible, which I appreciated! Also, he reached out to me the day after I purchased the truck to make sure I got home safely! In addition to Jordan helping me, another sales associate named Scott was also super helpful. He too is an owner of a Tundra and he gave me recommendations on tires and various other tips regarding owning a Tundra. I definitely would recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle in Grand Junction to swing by Kissner Motors!

Fantastic service! Alex LyBarger was fast and responsive to answer all my questions so we could get a deal before I ever went to the dealership. He even followed up with me 2 weeks after buying the truck to make sure I was a happy customer.

The service at Kissner Motor in Grand Junction, Colorado, was outstanding. I had initially inquired about a BMW they had listed on their website, but later that same day I received a call from Sawyer Davis, a salesman, who presented another vehicle that perfectly matched my requirements. I test-drove it the same day and made the purchase shortly after. Mr. Davis even helped me sell my old vehicle, confident I could get more than its trade-in value. He's always been easily reachable for any questions, and I highly recommend asking for Sawyer Davis at Kissner Motors when searching for a new vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing our new duramax here at Kissner motors! Awesome and friendly staff as well as having the opportunity to work with kohlby as our salesman! Not pushy and worked with us for over a week to make sure we get what we re looking for in our price range. Made the 5 hr trip from Aztec nm and he was able to make it happen! Highly recommend this place if your lookin for a nice vehicle and experiencing awesome customer service!

Easiest dealership experience I ve had. Fast, easy, great selection of vehicles, as well as 10/10 customer service. Kohlby did a heck of a job at getting me into a nice car while working within my budget. Wouldn t recommend anyone in the valley over these guys.

My son and I went in to get him a newer car that was more reliable. Zack was our salesman and he was in point with listening to us and finding the car that my son wanted. Tim Davis was incredible at working with the bank to make sure we got the car he wanted at the right price! Tim also gave us a great trade in value for our vehicle. We just bought a pickup from Kissner Motors and it was a great experience from beginning to end! Kohlby was our salesman and from the start he was never pushy and listened to what we were looking for. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and in our budget. He made sure to take care of us through the whole deal and had great communication. It was all about serving us. It was a great buying experience and not stressful at all. I got so unlucky that I ended up with a 1 week old salesman with no obvious experience. I had already been pre-approved through my lender and they still required me to submit & application which dinged my credit again when Jordan told me that it wasn t going to be a hard pull. I also specifically told Jordan that I wanted my first payment to be 90 days out because my credit union allows it. Did all the paperwork & come to find out they made my payment 30 days out! After trying to get this fixed with Mike Griggs he tells me that there is nothing he can do that this is on me. Oh yea & just so you guys know there is no 3-7 return policy on their vehicles so please be extremely careful before making your purchase.

Purchased a vehicle from Kissner in April 23, noticed a small oil leak the same day. No problem we will get that fixed . Fast forward 7 months car starts freaking out throwing every code out there, change the battery because it was bad, car still would not start. After fighting with it for a month had it towed into Ford. Find out the PCM, power control module went out. And on top of that, the oil leak they said they fixed they never did. Asked Kissner to help us out, they refused. They offered for them to waive the labor if I brought it to them to fix. Why would I bring my vehicle to them when they couldn t fix the oil leak they said was an easy fix! Plus this was the PCM we were dealing with, would rather have a Ford Certified Tech fix it. They were not very helpful at all!On another note, stay away from Sawyer! This guy doesn t know what he s talking about, will tell you one thing, then totally change it. When we bought the car he told us all these things we need to add to the loan for the bank to lend. Come to find out bank told us that was a lie we didn t need any of it! When I brought it up to him he completely tried to avoid me while I was there resigning the papers, because he knew he was wrong! Then when I started talking to Kissner about the PCM, Sawyer tried to come to the rescue and again started saying things he d later change then hung up on me when he didn t like what I said. This place is a joke and Sawyer is a huge shyster!*Ford did determine it was the PCM and it had nothing to do with me changing the battery! You gave me one option, not multiple. I was not about to bring it there after your mechanic didn t fix the oil leak to begin with.

This place is awesome! I ve used Kissner motors multiple times in the past and then I tried out a few other dealers, learned my lesson and came back to Kissner! Kohlby most recently helped me get out from under a car I purchased from red rock Hyundai that I got upside down on and into a BEAUTIFUL Yukon Denali. The whole process was quick and painless, they explained everything in detail as we moved through the process and made me feel really comfortable. No aggressive sales pitch or anything like that. Highly recommend going to see Kohlby for your next vehicle purchase!

So I originally gave these guys 5 stars. If I could give them no stars, I would. 2 months later, we have had to replace the brakes, roters, and shokes. The shokes were shot and leaking fluid. The brakes were down to bare metal. When we got the truck, we could tell no safety inspection was done because the tires were at 70 pounds of pressure. when they should have been at 40. The whole underside is rusted. I'd be cautious before buying a vehicle from them. We've contacted them, and they wanted us to pay half of what it was going to cost. Now they won't return a call at all or text message.........response: of course we were mad. We only had the vehicle for two month. You tried saying we done it with wear and tear we told you there was only 2000 miles on it. You offered to pay only half.

Terrible. We went to check a truck we saw online. On the website, it stated 59000 miles. On the truck, it showed 96000. The sales member stated that they had the truck for a while (4 or 5 months), and it could be from moving it around and test drives. Also, more damage was visible than stated online. Would not recommend

Let me tell you all something. I was in need of a truck to replace my current 4x4. I live in the most eastern side of Colorado. I come out to the western side pretty often, and needed to find a truck that would suite my needs and beyond. I came across KISSNER MOTORS, and was greeted by Kohlby Wells. A young man who is not only good at what he does, but isn't afraid to go the extra mile to make it happen. And that's what he did for me.Go see Kohlby and tell him Jason sent you. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We purchased a 2022 4Runner from them. The price was extremely fair for such a low mileage vehicle and our trade-in was valued extremely well. From start to finish we only spent 2 hours at the dealer. All paper work was up front and explained to us. I really felt like they wanted to make us happy. We will definitely do business there again.
