We had a bad situation with another dealer and we ended up over here and it was truly meant to be. We walked around with Danny and he was extremely helpful and listened to our requests and showed us probably 10-15 campers no issues. Once we decided our choice we were taken to Ashley and she told us by Monday we will hear back and within 20-30 min we had a response she sent in our information and the next time we came back shaylyn walked us through paper work we had everything filled out our walk through completed and we re out in 3 hours could not have asked for a more professional and organized approach to selling an Rv

I had an incredible experience at Humphrey and with Jeff in the warranty service department. I had a significant warranty issue with my Montana and Jeff s efficient service and knowledge of the system equated to fast arriving parts, repair, and receiving my fifth wheel a month earlier than expected. The repairs look great. Thanks Jeff and Humphrey RV.

Worst customer service experience with 3 different team members. I was shopping for a Mercedes Sprinter Van, staff member was conceited and not at all helpful or knowledgeable. Second engagement was I left a message for the Service Department and I received a return call 7 days later on a Friday, and his response was, "I do not know the answer, so please call me back on Monday and I will look into it". Third and last engagement was a call to Jim Wagner, leaving a message to discuss selling my camper, and I never heard a word from him.

So Humphrey RV reminds me of a very well stocked and educated mom and pop store. This is a good thing, I am very much old school and customer service and politeness is a must for me and Humphrey has both. I have shopped at there competition and I can tell you that unless you bought a unit from them they want nothing to do with you. Humphrey and there staff are not like that. They dont care if your buying a hundred thousand dollar rv or a one dollar part you get the same.great service. Top notch in my book. Much respect and definitely you have a new long term customer for sure.

I am giving a review even before I try and purchase a fifth wheel from them. I have not spoken with anyone from this dealership as of yet, not even sure they have the fifth wheel I want to see, it says on their website that this model I'm interested in is just that, a model but possibly they can order one, right? Another reason I am giving a review is I have read most of the one to three star reviews first and then the four and five stars last. Sounds like this is a great place to purchase any Fifth Wheel, RV, etc., right? I visited Humphrey RV Dealership about a week ago looking for a few things for my motorhome and when I walked in, NO ONE even welcomed me, they were all standing at a counter visiting. I finally asked one of them for some help, he didn't act like he wanted to help me but he was the first to look up and I grabbed his attention. I asked him a question, he didn't know and I left. Not sure I want to ask them about a $100,000 Fifth Wheel. Hmmmm!November 11, 2023, I visited a sales manager today about a Fifth Wheel I called him about. The first 10 minutes of conversation went well but then the conversation started going down hill. I sensed that he was bored with me not having the RV lingo. I wasn't convinced that he was trying to make a sale.March 14, 2024, Purchased a 2023 Alliance Paradigm, beautiful unit. I traded my 2022 Coachmen Leprechaun Class C, of course, I didn't get hardly anything for it. All went pretty well, with everything and everyone, except for when my rv was delivered the driver was insane, he acted like he didn't want to be there and took it out on me. He was trying to extend the living room slide but there were some of my items in the way, he said "you have five minutes to move your stuff". The following day I spoke with the manager, like he was going to do something about it anyway.

Love this place! Everyone is wonderful- from Quincy on the phones, Wagner in sales, Sonia in finance, and Robby the tech. They were very knowledgable and helpful from start to finish. There was a lot of communication from each department during the purchase and delivery process. We are lifetime customers.

I broke a spring on my pop-up camper on my way out after hiking Horseshoe Canyon West of Moab. I was able to make it to Grand Junction and stopped at Humphrey RV because I have had nothing but great experiences there. I did not have an appointment, but Greg was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. He checked me in and explained everything that would need to be done. He said that they would work it in and let me know that it might be a few weeks which I was fine with. 2 days later Greg called to tell me that my trailer was done. They replaced both springs and packed the bearings. Three days later I drove down to pick it up and Tony helped me check out. Everyone at this store is friendly, courteous and willing to help. I live in New Castle but will drive the 80 miles to patronize these folks from now on! Huge thanks to Greg and Tony for there excellent customer service. I will be in the market for a new trailer soon and Humphrey will be the first place I look!

Humphrey RV was great to work with on my RV warranty work even though I didn't purchase the RV from them. Jeff in Grand Junction and Lilly in Montrose were especially helpful keeping me up to date on the progress. Jeff promptly returned all calls and even called the manufacture when they said they would not cover a repair and got them to change their decision. Will continue to be a customer of their service and warranty department, and will definitely purchase my next RV from them even if I have to wait for the model I want to come in. Thank you

Humphrey RV Service Center is the REAL DEAL!! I brought my 5th wheel to them after it sat for 7 weeks at a different RV service center across town, where they did absolutely nothing to repair it...they didn't even contact my insurance company to get the ball rolling. I had enough and retrieved my rig and made an appointment with Humphrey RV Service Center. After a short 3 week wait, they were able to take my rig in and begin working on it. I had a blowout, which did some damage to the body and electrical system under the slide. I also had several extended warranty issues that needed fixed. It was a pretty big repair job and Humphrey RV worked their magic. They worked with my insurance company and my extended warranty company to make sure all the damages were covered. The only negative about my experience was a several month wait for parts to arrive, which was no fault of Humphrey RV. It was due to slow supply chain. Greg was my service writer and he was great! He called me with updates on the regular. Dustin, the service manager even came out to the RV park that I was staying (after I got my rig back) to fix a couple of lingering electrical issues.If you're ever in Grand Junction and need your RV serviced, Humphrey RV Service Center is a no-brainer!

We'd like to give a shout out to the service guys at Humphrey RV! When our pop up trailer came off the hitch after hitting a rather violent bump in the road, we were able to jack it back up onto the truck and drove to Humphrey to get it checked out to make sure we were safe to continue our last thousand miles on our trip. The guys were professional, courteous and made sure everything was intact and safe for us to continue! Thank you so much for your time, reassurance and patience in getting us back on the road after a trying ordeal! Awesome work and they took the time to make sure it was done right even though we didn't have an appointment!

We were on our way to Gunnison for a family vacation trip and Humprey was able to work us in with an electrical situation trailer involving the brakes. They were fast friendly and kept us going on our family trip that we were planning. Thanks Humphrey and see you next time!

We bought our fifth wheel from Humphrey this last summer and used it for the summer to work out the kinks for the warranty. We had some extremely surprising issues arise during the summer and developed a pretty lengthy list. We brought it back into Humphrey for the warranty work and they really advocated for us with the manufacturer.First, Tank in the sales department was the best, it was a no pressure fact filled discussion during the sales process and he walked us through the exact procession of Fifth Wheels we'd described as our range of things we wanted and it was an easy decision for us rather than a pressure filled situation.Getting through the paper work with Ashley was really nice, no high pressure sales, just the facts on some offerings that made very good sense and a very clear understanding of the paper work and she's very professional and nice on top of that.Greg in the Service Department was very patient and diligent in helping capture the issues on the intake and as always his pointing out of the best way to go on things given his deep experience will always be greatly appreciated.Jeff from the warranty administrator side really went to bat for us on several issues that were getting push back from the manufacturer and helped provide us with important information on cases where we had to reach out to the manufacturer ourselves that helped win our case. He was very patient and really got his hands dirty by going into the RV and seeing things first hand and was not just hanging at the desk, that was much appreciated for times we needed to talk directly to the factory.We had one extremely disappointing problem with our awnings where they detached during a calm morning that we as experienced RV people knew had to be a manufacturing issue where the team at Humphrey proved it was a manufacturing issue and made the case to the manufacturer and that saved us a lot of money.Last but not least, Taylor the tech who worked on the issues was absolutely great. The work done by he and the team to remedy the issues from several mechanical and cosmetic issues to several critical electrical and entertainment component issues was top notch. The help to make the case on the awnings was brilliant and clearly pointed to an obviously a manufacturing issue. They noticed and addressed several items we had not identified and we thought we'd went over everything ourselves in painstaking detail.To close the story, at the time we bought the fifth wheel we did not buy a truck yet, we'd waivered on it but decided we could buy some time later to not rush into anything because the staff let us know about a hot shot driver Brian they work with who could take it to the spot at the start of the summer and bring it back at the end. Brian was incredible and a great driver and person. This made a world of difference and allowed us time to search for the right truck for the job without having to rush into anything and gave us time to research what was needed, it made a world of difference and allowed us to avoid a potentially bad decision on a truck. Buying our Fifth Wheel first and then allowing us to research what was needed to pull it was great in our case. May not be needed or best for most however.We want to thank the staff at Humphrey for providing a great experience for what can otherwise be a very stressful experience.

I spent a pretty good chunk of money to buy a Furrion Vision 5 Vehicle Observation system from these guys and because my 5th Wheel was already wired for it, I was able to get the side cameras working easily. However the rear camera refused to come on and after insuring that there is power going to the camera it became apparent that the camera is defective. I called Humphrey RV and they informed me that they would not stand behind a product that they sell rather they told me I would have to go through the manufacturer to set the camera replaced. This type of service is the very reason I purchased the 5th Wheel out of state at a dealer that was eager to earn my business. Needless to say I will not darken the door of Humphrey RV ever again

We live hours from any RV repair shop, so to be sure it was something I would need to drive for, I called and asked A LOT of questions! I spoke with Jake for almost 45 minutes and he kindly and patiently walked me through many possibilities and ideas to troubleshoot. Given that I wasn't even a customer yet, I was surprised and grateful that he took the time to answer so many questions. I'm hoping to not need to make the drive, but if it ends up being something we can't fix, we'll be bringing our RV to Humphrey's! Thank you for the excellent customer service!Update 4/16/2020: We stopped by to pick up a few supplies, Dave was really great answering all of our questions! We purchased a new ladder, toilet and CO/LPG detector. Their service department was too busy to get us in to look at our roof, but Dave was willing to take a look. A new roof was recommended, but Humphrey's would be a couple weeks before they could get us in. Another employee recommended a mobile tech from the business cards on the desk, which we ended up using and was very happy with. But, overall, would highly recommend Humphrey's! We didn't have their service department work on anything, but if they were able to fit us in, we would have.

It s my go to for parts in the Valley. Unfortunately customer service when it comes to locating the parts you need leaves a lot to be desired. If you can prompt any of the people to get off of their tails long enough to actually help you find what you re looking for? The experience becomes exponentially better. This is why people stop shopping local and hit the internet I m afraid.
