The whole team made us feel very comfortable through the whole process of buying a car. When you go to a dealership you go in with this pre conceived view it is going to be difficult. Our experience was as far from that as you can get going to Grand Junction VW.They gave us fair value for our trade in and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Everyone from the online customer service team to our individual who handled our appointment was nothing but kind and courteous.If you need a new vehicle go to the team at Grand Junction VW. They have some of the friendliest employees that are always willing to help.Erik is amazing. He always takes the time to explain everything to me.Grand junction Volkswagen service center is the only people I trust to bring my car into.When I brought my car in it had a coolant leak and an overheating issue.They found the leak that day, and had all the parts in the shop. Then they had my car ready the next day!They got my family and I back on road safely.Thank you so much Grand Junction Volkswagen! :)

Amazing experience on 4/9/2024 buying a used vehicle from Ian! Ian went the extra mile to make me feel like I was a VIP ...he put me at complete ease with buying process, & was extremely detailed and accomodating with vehicle information! And the best part... I was able to buy a vehicle in the exact price range I wanted. Ian even drove the vehicle to my home for me, since I had driven in another car. I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. Skyler was also fabulously professional and informative in the sales finalization process. Go to Grand Junction VW if you want to work with wonderful, HONEST staff, great vehicles and a fair prices.

One of my best car dealership experiences, hands down. I called ahead about the car I was interested in (a VW Taos) and they had tagged it with my name on it prior to my arrival. Didn t just let others test drive it to swipe it from me before I arrived.I walked in with the pre approval from my bank, as I like to already have done. I didn t get haggled to have numbers run from other banks. Sure, they asked if I was interested but I was not so they didn t press me on that. Other dealerships I ve worked with HAVE and the whole process ends up taking FOREVER. When I went to sign paperwork, finance was great, didn t push me to add on anything I didn t want.I also got a very fair price for my trade - which is very tough to come by.I worked with Tiffany throughout this whole process and she was very kind, not pushy, and overall make the experience worthwhile.Thanks to Tiffany (and Travis!) for a great experience!

After visiting a few different dealerships, we found that the customer service and sales was much "better" and more professional at VW than some of the others. We felt that we connected with the sales gentleman more and just felt more confident in our purchase than if we had gone elsewhere. We also just fell in love with the car!!

I spent weeks trying to find just the right vehicle for me and my family. Went to many dealerships around town. This is the first place we went to. After going to all of the other places we ended back here. Logan did an amazing job helping me find just the right car. I had a difficult time figuring out what I wanted and what would work for us. I can t thank them enough for their patience with me! Travis, Logan and Lois definitely did a great job! They truly care about people.I m so thankful for them and how much they helped me get a vehicle that I absolutely love! I highly recommend Grand Junction Volkswagen!

I dropped off my car for recall work on the headliner, you took me home, you called to pick me up and return me to the dealership, I sign the paperwork, I drive away. End of story. No problem, no issues, good job. Everyone was friendly and courteous,

Spectacular car buying experience! Everyone was amazing. When I drove up, Allen had my car all ready for me! VIP all the way. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They all worked together, which was nice to see. Allen was top notch from start to finish. Travis and Skyler were amazing too. The process was seamless. What a friendly and professional team they have. I am so grateful that I got my car from GJ Volkswagen and will be only doing business with them from now on. If I could give more stars, I would. This is the place to go!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Everyone here is great. I found a vehicle at this dealership but I unfortunately live 10 hours away. No problem at all! They held it for me until I was able to drive down. When I got there I was greeted by a few different people. Everyone had a smile and was very kind! I worked with Tucker and Skyler who were able to get me in and out in about an hour! The next day I even got a follow up from Tucker. I can t thank everyone here enough for making this process fast and headache free. If you re looking for a vehicle this is the place to go!

Gary and team are awesome. Drive an hour just to get serviced by the pros there. Always done in a very timely matter, usually quicker. Appreciate the cleanliness of dealership as well as the amenities offered. Everyone is always extremely friendly from the front of the house to the back. You all rock!!

Logan, Lois, and Travis were fabulous to work with. My husband and I went in just to check out what was available. We live in Littleton so we went back home. Logan worked with me for about 2 months with all the questions I had with great communication and knowledge, not to mention very kind and professional. We ended up purchasing a brand new Atlas and walked away very happy. Stress free and not feeling rushed or pressured. Great experience!

I believe one start is appropriate, however, the gentleman behind the counter was polite and concise. After being told they needed to replace their previous "repair", from eight months prior, at my expense, I won't be giving them any money ever again.

The service was fine, the customer service is marginal. We had damage to a rim and the parts department had to order a rim. After not hearing back, we called and there seemed to be confusion and the rim had not been ordered. Then the service and installation could not be scheduled until the rim was on site. When we were notified that it was in, there was difficulty transferring us to Service to get that scheduled. We live an hour away and asked if we could have a loaner car for a few hours while the service was completed. They could not tell us how long the service would take, and would not guarantee a loaner vehicle. So we brought 2 car so that we could get the service.

We traded in our 2022 Tiguan for a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. I'm huge fan of VW cars and SUVs, so this was a no brainer. I absolutely detest dealing with car sales staff, however, the staff at Grand Junction VW are so friendly & professional; none of that creepy car dealer pressure tactics. Tiffany was an absolutely delightful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the VW product line. Thank you to her and all the staff there!!!!!

Having a dedicated EV person like Tiffany Chapman made the whole experience very easy. She is very knowledgeable and made sure I got answers to all my questions. Everyone was friendly and very happy that I was happy . Great service!

I just purchased a 2023 VW Atlas from Grand Junction Volkswagen. Tucker was fantastic. I was apprehensive at first when I got to the dealership. thinking they were going to be pushy. That was not the case at all. Tucker answered all our questions and was very informative. He even helped us set up our phones etc. I definitely recommend Grand Junction VW!! Thank you again Tucker

I didn t have an appointment, just came in and asked for a set of new tires. I m so impressed with the quality and quick service that they provide, with wonderful tires and wiper blades and a clean, pleasant environment to wait for my car.

Great Job by the service department. Only issue is calling to schedule appointment with off site company who are extremely rude. I now go by and schedule with friendly people directly at the dealership.

Not the best experience here. Brought my GTI in for a code, hoping to get some answers. First time around, they basically cleared the code, charged me $70, and said to bring it back if it comes on again. Well, it came on again. This time I paid $430 for a battery replacement (not even an AGM battery) and when i got my car back, my battery cover was gone. I was told to leave a voicemail and I would get a call back, well I never got a call back. I called again and jumped through hurdles of people just to be told they don't know what happened and they will look for it and call me back, well I never got a call back. I know it's just a battery cover, but it is very unprofessional behavior from the only VW dealership in the area. The staff was nice until I started questioning prices or wondering what work was actually performed, then the condescending attitude was brought out and I just wanted to get my car, and get out of there.

On Saturday 09/02/2023, I found out that the expensive warranty I got with my car would not pay for the repairs I needed. I called to speak to a manager, and I was hung up on five times by the sales staff. I was promised a call back and never got one.Most of the sales staff, including the manager on duty on this day, couldn't be bothered to help or return calls as promised.I am being as to pay nearly $1,000 for a WARRANTY repair.If you like good service, and want to a warranty to be honored, and people you can trust, you should look elsewhere.UPDATE - 10/04/2023 -I went to change the oil in the vehicle and found out there was a significant oil leak that was not fixed before the vehicle was sold. I have called the dealership three times in the last five days, I have been promised call backs on two occasions, which have not happened., and I have not been able to get a person on the phone.I am being ducked by the dealership.
