First time buying a car here, but doubt it will be the last. J.D. in sales was amazing, very helpful, low-key and not pushy at all. Explained things clearly and made the process very simple. The whole team there was amazing, kept me within my monthly payment range that I wanted and helped me find the perfect vehicle. THANK YOU

One of the quickest, easiest vehicle purchases I've ever done. This is my second time leasing through this company. I couldn't be happier

We purchased a 2021 Ram in the spring of 21. Have been to the dealership several times for routine service and tire rotations. Recently had issues with the DEF system, but the Service Department was persistent until they had all the bugs worked out and covered everything under warranty without any issues. I absolutely love my truck and after the outstanding service we received, we definitely recommend Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone!

The best customer service I have received from a company in many years. Salesman, Mason Slinger, went above and beyond to understand my needs and wants. New vehicle ordering process was smooth and efficient. The actual Jeep build all the way from order to delivery was very quick quick - 7 weeks. Mason did a thorough orientation and explanation of all features and final paperwork completed in short order. Kudos GJCDJR!

Dayne, my service advisor, was so nice and friendly and very transparent with services and charges. Since I m an older woman I went in expecting the service department to try and take advantage of me but it was the exact opposite so I was pleasantly surprised. They were happy to give me a ride home while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and they were happy to pick me up when ready. I hope my Jeep doesn t need service again but if it does I ll happily take it back to this dealer and will always highly recommend to my friend and family.

We had a salesman named JD, first of all when we walked in we specifically told him we did not want a used car. When asked our budget we told him around 700 but we were flexible, he then proceeded to show us only used vehicles. On top of that the way he treated us made my wife very uncomfortable. He did not once offer to run the numbers or sell us the car we wanted like I said we were willing to be flexible with the payment but he didn t want to work with us. So we ended up taking our money to Larry H Miller 104 in Denver and had a much better experience and bought the car we wanted.

The staff here are friendly, but that is where my satisfaction ends. My car was well taken care of while at the facility, but there have been several concerns that I hope get addressed with their operations. I will no longer take my car there as now my extended warranty has kicked in, and I do not need to rely on their built in warranty.I took my car in for a warranty repair, and obviously that take time. But I ended up having to call back starting 2 weeks out because I did not here any updates on the part, and one of the times I called it happened to be in.I scheduled my appointment to coincide with a tire install, and I left the vehicle for 5 days. I was supposed to get a wheel alignment with the service, and when I picked it up it was not complete, and another problem arose that if the car was turned on one more time it would have been seen. These are minor issues but it comes down to time. I expect to be told the truth, and obviously the car industry has changed, but tell people the realistic outlook on a turnaround, or literally say it could be weeks.

Had our jeep for 32 days. Said the work for the thermostat was covered under warranty. We asked SEVERAL times. Picked it up, paid almost 500.00 for a battery to be replaced (we agreed to that cost previously knowing it was not covered under warranty.) Called several hours after we picked it up, then stated that the "warranty" work (bad thermostat at 28k miles) was not covered and we have to pay for that work now. another 253.00 Really.

The experience was absolutely amazing. I will recommend anybody to go and purchase. Their rehook goes through Chrysler thanks to the staff there. My nephew is very satisfied with this vehicle. GJCDJR had turned a crummy situation into an amazing experience. They treat us like family and constantly go out of their way to make sure me and my family are taken care of. Most places only take care of you while you are purchasing a vehicle, not these guys. I cannot say enough good things and recommend them to everyone!

Had to take my jeep in for a 4wheel drive issue that apparently was only going to take 10 days to work on.It turned into August 28th to October 20th. Every single week they had a new story of why I couldn t pick up my vehicle and they needed to fix this and that. The worst was when they were working on the shifter because it was binding internally and they dropped something inside the transmission so they had to get me a whole new one (they covered it but still ) and that took another few weeks to wait for it to come in!But the main issue wasn t fixed! My 4wheel drive light came on about 2 hours after I left the shop! They also didn t even bother to give me a new right turn signal bulb, which is really unsafe! I don t see why they couldn t just go buy me one and replace it themselves. Instead I took it somewhere else and they didn t even need to put a new bulb in but they just got it to work! So this place was just being purely lazy! They said something also broke due to rust?! It s a 2018, there shouldn t be any rust on that vehicle. I just feel like since I was a woman coming in there alone they assumed they could take advantage of me because I just didn t question anything they told me.I would warn people against going here. I know a lot of people won t touch stock Jeeps but try your best to find somewhere else to go!The only good person there was Veronica, who reserved a vehicle for me. Veronica, you deserve to work somewhere better!

The GM Mike, i believe, was a very rockstar and assisted with my dilemma to make my pertinent daily plans possible while simultaneously allowing me to test drive a much desired Cummins upgrade. Was very appreciative. Same with Dayne in Service. Got my situation handled quickly, and got my truck in, in no time. My cummins is drivin like new again.

Well, let me start off with the positives. Every time I have been in or spoken with anybody I have always experienced friendly individuals who are very polite. Now, that being said, the reason for the review is a series of unfortunate events. I bought a used Jeep from the dealership about a year and a half ago. I had noticed that the vehicle had trouble keeping coolant at times, but I didn't notice any leaks, so I assumed it just liked to run a little low. Around August or September last year I was getting ready for a trip and checked the coolant to discover that there was oil mixed with the coolant. I took my vehicle to Chrysler and left it with them while taking my wife's vehicle on the trip. While dealing with the repairs I asked what might be covered by warranty, and I was told that part of it should be and the other part probably wouldn't be. I asked, since he said "probably" if we could check if it might actually be, and I was told he would check. After being without my vehicle for at least 3 weeks (might have been longer, I don't recall at the moment) I was told my vehicle was ready, and that the good news was that warranty was going to cover all of it (except for close to $1000 in other things that were done). So I paid my bill and took my car home. About a week later I received a call from Chrysler. They asked how things were going with the Jeep, and then informed me that warranty was not paying for it after all, and I still owed them more money. I was then informed that if I didn't pay the remainder that the service tech who helped me out would have to pay for it. I ended up speaking with Austin the service manager and we argued the matter (admittedly I was not being very nice) and since that argument I have not had one person agree that it's an ok company policy to make employees pay for their mistakes in such a way. Anyway, we argued for a bit and then I told Austin to forget it as I would come in the following day to take care of it. At this moment he decided to start trying to be helpful and "run some numbers to see what they could come up with so everybody wins" or something to that effect. The next day he calls me to inform me that their warranty department was able to cover it so it was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about it. Well, a few months go by and coolant levels were looking fine, but I had another trip coming up, so I look into the reservoir and notice there is more oil in there. So, I call Chrysler and the lady I talked to on the phone tells me that if I can drop it off by Wednesday they can look at it and let me know what the problem is by the end of the day. Despite my better judgment, I took it in and left it with them (the same service tech and manager) while taking a rental on my trip. Friday evening rolls around and I realize that I have never heard back on what's going on with my Jeep, so I call down and am informed that they have been unable to find anything yet. I attempt to be patient, but after another week passed by I went down in person to let them know that I needed my vehicle back since it's fairly important for my work. The tech messaged the mechanics and said he would get back to me, but another two full days went by with not a single word. I went in again and asked them to just give me my Jeep back, which they did, and shortly after leaving I received a call from Austin the service manager. He left a voicemail asking me to call him back, within a five to fifteen minute window, or he would call me later. I missed the window and have still never heard from him again. Well, I took my Jeep to a reputable shop, and by the end of the day I had an answer which unfortunately led to a part that wasn't going to be available until today. So, out of the year and a half I've had this Jeep I have been unable to drive it for going on three months. And while Chrysler claimed they were working on my Jeep, the fact it was the same people from last time just makes this seem almost intentional.https://youtu.be/WSZc7Uw_aN8?si=fucmQBiytPxzViII

From the buying experience with Curtis B, to the service department this is the best Jeep dealership we have ever dealt with. We specifically dealt with Tyler in the service department, and couldn t have asked for a better experience. Wonderful service department for your maintenance/service needs. Will be using for all future service/buying needs.

Arrived 1 hour prior to close. Got an oil change and asked for tire rotation back in March 2022. They refused to do the tire rotation due to time before closing. There was plenty of time before closing when they took my car back, about 45 minutes. Tire rotation takes 5 minutes. Was just laziness I'm sure.Just had my next service performed at another Ram dealer who showed me that last service the oil filter was not tightened down all the way (only needs to be hand tightened) so I've been leaking oil the entire time. We tow on long road trips so glad nothing happened to the truck, but very disappointed. Clearly the team didn't follow the very simple checklist outlined for Lube Techs.

I dropped off my Wrangler on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation, and although they were quite busy, the check in process was quick and easy and they had my loaner car ready in minutes. Thank you so much!

Great dealership! We are traveling and were leaking coolant due to a bad thermostat. They got us in the next morning and it was fixed the next day! They truly try to help as much as they can. They also offer shuttle services for free for if you need to get a ride back somewhere instead of having to Uber. Highly recommend!

We leased a brand new Dodge Durango and came to realize the agreed purchased price was not correct in the paperwork. After realizing the price mistake, a lot of back-and-forth happened, but nothing was changed. Also a few days later when we removed the advertising front plate we found our brand new vehicle having four holes on the bumper. Why the punched those holes in the bumper? They They putted 4 holes on the bumper and covered with the advertising plate, they also tried to punch two more at the black section under the area they punched 4 holes. We contacted the salesman who sold us the vehicle, but he never returned our message.I don t recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. I honestly wish I could undo the deal as I can't bypass the bad feeling I got with this purchase.I can't forget to mention that while negotiating the vehicle, Grand Junction Chrysler "agreed" to the price we were negotiating with a condition that I would give them an A+ Review. At the moment I didn't see why I wouldn't, so they handed me a tablet to post the review and as I mentioned above the price was not the agreed price on the paperwork. I should have never given them that review until after the entire deal was completed and satisfactory.
