The window in one of my rooms actually fell OUT. They were able to come out, measure and order the window that day. I was leaving the day after the window arrived and they were able to come out and install the window the next morning so I wouldn't have to worry about the window covering blowing out. Good communication and fair pricing.Thank you fir your professionalism.

Price quoted was less than competitor. Got appointment for same day i called in. Customer service was top notch. Got it done on time. Excellent install. All employees I encountered were very friendly and professional.

After being quoted outrageous prices in my local area, I decided to call Glass Doctor. I was quoted a price that was more than half off of what my local shops were charging. I decided to drive an hour and a half to get my windshield replaced.Admittedly, I expected a half priced experience but as often as windshields break in Colorado, I was willing to deal with it. Immediately upon walking in, I was pleasantly surprised. I was very early to my appointment and expected to get some grief but was met with a smile and a very professional intake. I was told how long it would take which was a bit longer than I had planned for but had no choice.I waited at the shop and witnessed several interactions with other customers that matched my experience and they got my truck in much sooner than I expected. I interfaced with several employees, including the installer and they were all very customer focused and friendly. They finished way ahead of schedule.As I was checking out, I was thanked by what I assume was the owner who came out of a separate office. Every employee thanked me for my business. No complaints at all. Great service, great prices and great location. Will use again.

Completed the job as requested but it did take two trips as the tech wasn't able to repair the shower door by himself. Once he had help hinges on shower door were repaired and door was realigned in no time. Cost was comparable with other companies.

I decided to shop around for a new windshield replacement company and found Glass Doctor in Grand Junction. It was pretty easy to fill out the form online and I received an estimate within 30 minutes. They are all very nice and very professional. I will recommend Glass Door to my family & friends because they have better prices and they offer a lifetime chip repair. I didn't think to ask for a military discount, maybe next time.

I called many glass repair companies in grand junction, Glass Doctor called me right back! I had a quote and an appointment within two days, In under 10 minutes! This is what I call superior customer service. I highly recommend Glass Doctor, save time and money with a simple phone call.

Glass doctor did a Great job with putting in new windows and taking down my old mirrors and putting up new ones. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. Friendly and professional. I will use them again when I need to have work done.

Had a completely shattered mirror, and couldn t take all the pieces off of the wood piece the mirror was on. These guys did a great job to replace and put a new mirror on for me. Super friendly and good customer service as well

Needed a quick turnaround on windshield replacement prior to trading in my truck. Glass Doctor had a cancellation and was able to fit me in the morning after I called them. They had the job done in under 2 hours. I used my insurance and had to just pay my deductible to Glass Doctor. They handled everything else with the insurance. Highly recommend!

My car windshield on my brand new vehicle was hit with a rock while driving! Tis the season, right? I took my vehicle to the Glass Doctor at 424 S. 7th St. to have the glass repaired. I did have to wait a little bit (40 minutes; I was a walk in), but when it was my turn, Dominic took care of my problem in just a few minutes. I can barely see where the rock hit the windshield. I decided to pay out of pocket and it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using the Glass Doctor for your glass needs. The staff were very friendly and did a wonderful job.

I have 3 chips on my Jeep Grand Cherokee windshield. I only have comprehensive coverage. American Family Insurance gave me a coupon for The glass doctor. I went to The Glass Doctor today. What a joke! Horrible customer service and even worse technical work.

Very courteous in explaining to me the process of replacing a windshield when I asked. They even cleaned my dash before putting in the new windshield in and did all this at a fair price!

They were great, they told me it'd be 1.5 hours and they got it done under that time. They were the most affordable and got me in with a next day appointment for a full windshield replacement. They also offered a lifetime warranty on the windshield for chips. Definitely recommend them. :)

This company provided the highest bid but offered great service and the most accurate measurement of all competitors. I went with them and wasn't disappointed. Wish their bids bid had been less, but inflation and sourcing is an issue.

Not really happy about having to replace a windshield, but this was a good customer experience. I shopped 4 places, and these guys had quickest availability, short turnaround, best price and outstanding service. Dude even put my new wiper blades that I had on for me. Would totally recommend to a friend.

I have used them for over 10 years and they have yet to disappoint. Prices are better than any shop in town. They have done many different jobs foe us including car windows, windshields, mirrors/glass for picture frames.
