Ashton and the crew at Gerber were a huge help when I needed a front bumper painted for my subaru brz. I finally got around to installing it recently, and it looks fantastic. It was a small job, but they were true to their word, finished on (or ahead of) schedule, and helped me get the front of my car looking good as new. I know where I'll be going next time I need paint work.

Had a little fender bender. Our insurance company was great, and Ethan at Gerber got our estimate completed quickly. They did a great job! Our Toyota looks like new again.

Larry and his team at Gerber Collision saved us in one of the more difficult repair situations that we had occur after an accident we had in Glenwood Springs. These guys not only did an amazing job, but they followed up with amazing business etiquette and knowledge of their craft. We are forever grateful for these guys and know they are a prime example of how honest car mechanic work should be conducted.

I chose Gerber after having several people recommend them. The service was excellent. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and it was done Friday afternoon, just as they said it would be. The repair done on my back bumber after being rear ended was done beautifully and my car was returned to me clean. They kept me updated throughout the process, and were overall a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely choose them again if I need a Auto body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my experiences with Perry scollision I was a little nervous when they became Gerber, but they seem to keep the same management, Larry Maska,what a guy he tries his hardest to work with you and your insurance company and explain everything. Brandon Rey an estimator is also very good at keeping the customer informed because there was more damage to my vehicle after they got some of that bent parts off. my vehicle was approximately 17 years old and had it since it was new. It was a pretty rare Harley truck and the insurance company decided to totaled the truck. They helped me to search for a comparable vehicle and make some decisions to help me improve my evaluation. I went to another body shop once and then had to contact my insurance company to tell them how displeased I was and if I could take it to Gerber s to finish the repairs after I had already received the truck and told it was finished Larry stepped in. Tell me what he was going to do. Got everything done in a very timely manner. He s with the man in town with a great staff very honest down to earth explains everything to the customers very well in a way anyone can understand.

We been dealing with representative Eduardo for our insurance company. This has been 2 months ago and still havent gotten our truck! We have been informed many of times to pick up our truck and every time we get an excuse of why it's not ready. There has been no communication and even sent our truck to a third party with us not having knowledge of this. They have ordered wrong parts and expected us to fix the issue. We were suppose to pick up our truck after getting rims today and it's still not ready and when a complaint has been made, they haven't tried to do anything to resolve the issue. They have completely lost my business!

UPDATE: kept our vehicle for over 6 weeks, we were told they could not finish the job and that they would contact us when they received parts for our roof rack...several months later...still have not received roof rack assembly as promised and as paid for. I do not like confrontation and so will not call to complain. We were very patient and forgiving, it is a shame we were treated like this.

While my car was in the shop, the communication was terrible. I could only get updates if I called the shop and every time I called there was another delay. I tried getting in touch with the manager, but the message did not get relayed to the manager. When I picked up my car I explained the issues to the manager and it was a great conversation. He explained that the mechanic that worked on my car was slower but very thorough and that was the cause of some of the delay. He also was unaware of the communication issue, but told me the representative I was dealing with was fairly new and he would have a conversation with him once I left. They took several hundred dollars off the bill because of the issues. When I left I had a check engine light come on which ended up being unrelated to their work, which they still offered to pay for. I told them they didn't need to pay for that since they didn't do anything wrong and they still offered to give me several hundred dollars off any further body shop repairs that I may need. If it hadn't been for the lack of communication during the repairs, this would easily be a 5 star review and the managers definitely went above and beyond to make things right.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality repairs at a reasonable price! Besides smoothly repairing a damaged fender, the professionalism of each team member was outstanding. Each question I had was listened to, and I was kept informed as the work progressed. I would recommend this team for any car body or glass repair. No wonder my insurance agent arranged this shop for the repairs my car needed!

Lifetime warranty with no hidden agenda. That s unheard of! I had gone to Gerber 6 years prior to repair a bumper involved in a fender bender. 6 years later I started having issues with my bumper popping out from the frame. I didn t even know about their lifetime warranty but went to them to see what could be done. They replaced the bumper under the warranty. I couldn t be happier. This speaks loudly of their integrity and is hard to come by in today s world. My car was done and ready within hours and they even washed my car before having me pick it up. Gerber was absolutely amazing to work with! My son wrecked his truck and it sat in a shop for months not being touched. I called Gerber and they fit him in! They were efficient, friendly, and quick to get the work done. Brandon kept us posted through the whole process. Absolutely outstanding customer service and work on my car! I was in a car accident where my front end basically had to be replaced and a few things under the hood. Ethan was super helpful - and very easy to contact. They took a little longer than expected but keep me up-to-date on changes. My rental through my insurance was also up - and they paid for it without me even asking. My car looks amazing and has been running amazing. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Grand Junction!

Took my truck into Gerber after a hit an run was done on my truck. Gerber made it easy and explain the repair process in which I didn't have any unanswered questions. When I got my truck back, unfortunately the paint didn't quite match if you looked at it in the light a certain way and my airbag light was flashing. I took it back to Gerber and they checked it out and asked if I could leave it while they figured out the problem. I agreed. They found out that it was a little clip for the seat belt in which they ordered. We set up a time for it to be installed. Once I got it dropped of to get it installed, they decided to repaint it without me even asking because they noticed the slight paint difference. Good and Honest since they took the initiative and went above and beyond. Will definitely use again! (Although I hope I won't have to!)

The employees and the work that Gerber Collison and Glass does is phenomenal. They were super easy to work with. They picked my vehicle up same day as i called and started the work immediately. The work they did was very professional. They had my vehicle done in a good amount of time. Pickup was super easy. I took my truck in to have a dent removed and to get a new paint job done as well. Nicholas was awesome at communicating with me on the progress of my truck. They did a fantastic job at removing the dent and getting a new pain job. I highly recommend these guys for any exterior body work plus they even detailed the exterior and interior part of my truck as well! Thanks Gerber!!!

Red rock nissian went to gerber to fix the body work on the car we bought. Of course the conversation went as follows, do the cheapest bandaid fix you can. Gerber excepted that as a fix and did it. The work looked like garbage. And less then a year later all the cracks are all back. I went to red rock and gerber to warranty the work. Gerber said they don't warranty car lot work. Will not be taking my vehicle or any vehicle back to 25 1/2 rd gerber. Will not send any references there way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Superb service, incredible workmanship, customer service out of this world. They went above and beyond in every aspect of my experience with them. Ethan was always kind and keeping me informed, the receptionist was sweet and helpful, and Larry actually brought me my car when rentacar messed everything up they saved the day!!!! My car came back better than when I bought it. Thank you!!!!

I was traveling and had a warranty issue from an incident nearly 2 years earlier in another state. These guys did everything possible to get me in, diagnose the problem, and even set me up in a state further down the line who could get the part and fix my ac. The customer care they provided went above and beyond any exceptional or normal customer service I ve ever received or heard of. I highly recommend these guys.Service: Air conditioning

They did awesome work for much less than the other repair shops! I had my window crank engine go out. They got me in and fixed quickly plus left my car the cleanest it has ever been! I have recommended to everyone and will use them again!

Thank you thank you thank you! I don't know how else to word it. I am more than impressed with this company. I was in an accident three weeks ago today and was able to pick it up. I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I was rear ended on 6 & 50 and pushed into the truck in front of me. Did not look terribly damaged but the brunt of the hit was taken by my hitch which led to bent rails. AND with pushed into the truck in front of me, HIS hitch went through my front bumper causing damage to the radiator and condenser. It was stressful but they were reassuring from the start.I picked up my car originally last night but had a stressful moment that turned out to be a bad sensor that did not get caught when they were doing their final inspections. They more than made up for it, getting me another rental car (as I had already turned in my insurance one) and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (even buying us dinner!). Finally got my car back early this afternoon and could not be happier. It looks great and again, I really appreciate all the hardwork done to make a customer happy. Thank you to both Larry and Nick for a wonderful experience. We hope to not ever have to return (ha!), but if something else happened to our cars we would come back to you in a heartbeat.Thanks again.(And on a side note, when the car was "overheating" or so said the sensors, I never EVER felt "mansplained" so to speak, by any of them. They were all so genuine and kind in explaining what was happening.)

I dropped off my car on Monday,was told it would be done in about 4 to 5 days. Well, to find out my insurance gave them the wrong part number. So that would delay them until the next Monday. I asked them if they could get it done on Friday on account of me going on a vacation trip and not wanting to rent a car. Plus that Friday was my Birthday :). Well long story short they gave me a great birthday gift and it left me with more money to spend on my trip :). Thanks Again. They were very reliable under stressful circumstances.

Very pleased with my experience here! As a rule I try not to crash my car, but...accidents happen. I felt like an idiot for getting into a fender bender and having to figure out car repairs. Gerber made this process a breeze. Everyone was incredibly nice and explained the process without making me feel like I was drowning in car speak. I signed up for text updates which were great, but they went above and beyond and continued to give personal phone calls to elaborate on where my car was in the process and offer updated dates of when it would be finished. They delivered right on time and I drove off in a shiny, newly repaired vehicle!

Perri's helped me get my car fixed up quick and very affordable. They were able to work in my budget and get everything fixed that needed to be. There is a lifetime warranty on all their work. They do a great job!

They always do a great job correcting insurance ppl on the real cost to fix a car just dropped mine off.. again.. stupid deer. But they will have her fixed up and back on the road again soonish.

My wife had ran our brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport into a concrete trash can after being cut off by a car trying to avoid an accident. I took in our car to Perri's and talked to Larry who came out and looked at the damage and immediately took my car in. They contacted my insurance company as well as enterprise and had everything set up and ready to go within less then 30 minutes. It only took 4 days for them to finish my car and I have to say I could not even imagine the perfection they did on my car. I was figuring there was no way it would even look as close to perfect considering we couldn't even open the car door. My wife dropped off the rental car to him on a Saturday before one and he took car of the rental car and everything. Everyone was a huge help over there and they have earned my business for life. Thank you to everyone at Perri's and thank you Larry for you kind and fast help!
