This location is always there to help me! I'm a 67 year old widow, so I appreciate that. In fact, another customer asked me how I felt about this shop and I couldn't say enough good things. They are spot on, timely and affordable!

I showed up without an appointment and they had me out of there within a hour. I got the lifetime alignment warranty. They was very nice to my dog and gave her water and treats. The customer service was GREAT and was out of there faster than I expected! Thank you again

Hands down Amazing Service From Rayne and Dennis F. Everytime!! They never try to sell you what you don't actually need. They are always honest and upfront about what you do and don't need and let you know if it can wait. Highly Recommend having Dennis work on your Vehicle

Came in for tires on an 11 am appointment required by the website. He asked if I wanted to wait or leave it. I said wait and went to Starbucks next door. 40 mins later I come back and the car isn t touched.Counter guy says 11 am isn t an appointment for the service and that Firestone costumers should expect long waits even though a time is required when you ask for service.Firestone seriously needs to change something. To not tell customers an expected wait time is stupid.

I had an 12:00 appointment made 4 days ahead of time. When I called to check on the status I was told there was a 90 minute wait time. So, I said if I come in at 1:00 you should get me in? No, we have 1:00 appointments and are booked all day so best you come in at 12:00 and wait!! Needless to say I went to another business for an oil change and tire rotation. Now I ask what good is an appointment if you wait 1/2 day for service?

Go somewhere else. This place is slow and they do poor work. I made an appointment for an alignment and wheel balance/rotation, the place was empty and it took two hours and the mechanic didn't have the right size allen wrench so they couldn't adjust my camber, he put on wheel weights that rubbed and I had to come back and have it all done again. The second time they didn't get the balance right and the steering wheel wasn't straight so I had to make a third trip back. The guy at the counter was less than helpful other than to inform me that they were busy and he had no idea when they would be able to get to my vehicle. After the third fix the steering wheel is still crooked when driving straight and they didn't loosen the tie rod boots on the front end so they got twisted up during the alignment. I had to fix the boots and the steering wheel alignment myself. I won't be going back again.

I took all my family's 6 vehicles here for 9 years and always had great service. Unfortunately that changed. The wait time was always way longer than they said it would be but I'm pretty patient and never worried about that because they were kind and professional and i always got great service. But then...First, on one vehicle the oil cap was broken by them when they did the oil change and they didn't even tell me, i discovered it when I got home.Next vehicle (high end) they damaged the rim (several gouges in the metal) when swapping tires and didn't mention it. Megan fortunately was very professional and made sure they replaced the rim at their cost *$500 rim) . Next I scheduled oil change weeks in advance and ended up waiting hours while employee went out to buy a filter for it. Finally, the next time I needed an oil change I called in advance and explained about the filter and they said they would order filter and call me when they had it so I could schedule the oil change. They never did call me back, so I scheduled with dealership for way less money and have never gone back to firestone. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at this shop they showed me that they did not appreciate me as a customer. Very disappointed.

I've been in here two separate times with two completely separate issues. For different reasons, they couldn't help me with either problem. Which, if you can't do it, that's fine, no harm done, cancel my appointment requests. But each time they confirmed the appointment. In one case they even called me ahead of time to discuss. So I go only to be turned away. When I came this time they did do an inspection, took about an hour, and told me it was the window motor. They said that's a dealership part and they can't get it.Edit: just got back from the dealership. They said I didn't need a new motor. The child lock was stuck, there was some "gunk". They had it done in less than a half hour.I'm honestly not sure what this business does. Maybe take "complete" out of the name.

Terrible place with terrible rude condescending employees. Welcome to Colorado? They know you need the service and can waste your time, while pretending to give you discounts and will refuse to provide military discount because it s non-stackable I know this is a lie because I was given it at another Firestone else ware. They ve also managed to lose a door handle panel in my car and when I asked where it was I was told to buy another. This place and its people can burn to the ground.

What an amazing staff! They were kind and very professional! Austin and Justin helped us with a problem we had with our van. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! I would highly recommend the Firestone in Grand Junction, Colorado!

Great service. Passing through Grand Junction and these guys fit my truck in after a slow leak developed in my left rear tire. Got me back on the road within a couple of hours.

This shop does good work thoroughly and efficiently, but the parking around the shop has been high jacked by Avis. Apparently, the shop contracted for Avis fleet maintenance some time ago and now the lot and the surrounding streets are stuffed with autos from all over. So much so that the non-Avis customers have to hunt down a spot to put their car to await service; usually a block or so away. I have decided that if the shop is going to be an auxiliary parking lot for Avis I will reluctantly take my business elsewhere.

These mechanics are amazing. They are so honest and caring. They really looked into what was going on with my vehicle and I've never had a single complaint about them. I will go here for whatever my car needs that they are capable of doing. The job was done great. They called to ask about anything they found before they replaced it. But,I set up the visit online for the next morning, and when I was 3 blocks from the store, they called to say they had to order the part.I ended up leaving my car there and borrowing a car for 2 days. I was not happy about that only because they had plenty of time to call before I left my house.

Took my car in due to a driving issue. They ended up telling me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and there's no error code for them to check. They also told me that they tried driving the vehicle and there was nothing wrong. I told them there was definitely something wrong with the vehicle and they told me there was nothing they would do. Drove for about 3 minutes and immediately started having issues and had to pull over. Have a hard time believing that someone drove the vehicle and found nothing wrong when, as soon as I start driving, I have to pull over. Luckily was able to make an appointment with a mechanic tomorrow morning. On my drive home the check engine light came on and took it to auto zone. They gave me the error codes. Thought about taking it back to firestone, then remembered they said that I'd have to wait until another availability came up for them to check it if I brought it back in. They had already wasted a week of my time. Would rather give someone else the business at this point. Makes me feel like they just don't want to bother finding the issue if it's not spoon-fed to them on an error code. The only benefit is that they didn't charge me for the hour or two, but that should be standard if they don't fix anything anyway.

Stuck in Grand Junction when all the roads had chains/snow tire restrictions. The folks at Firestone found me some tires ($) that let us get out of Colorado without slipping off a cliff. Had to white knuckle it part if the way caysing me to drop my beer, but at least we made it.

Consistently superb service all around. This trip I went in for a scheduled oil change and alignment check. I also wanted advice on rims I had bought from a 13 year newer Tacoma's fitment and tire selection based on my current needs. They listened, offered suggestions and helped me to decide. I decided and they had exactly what I wanted in stock, no compromises. Then, they fit me in to get the tires mounted, balanced and all that, LoL, including my oil change. I was out of there in record time even though it was yet another busy Saturday for them. I was grinning all the way home. She looks pretty good for over 324,000 miles I think. And she keeps going great thanks to everyone at Grand Junction Firestone!

Best car service I've experienced! We pulled in here with shaved down tires on a road trip from LA to Chicago, and these guys had us in and out within a few hours. They were so kind and helpful in inspecting the car to ensure we wouldn't have any further issues the remainder of the trip AND gave us some advice for passing through the mountains to beat the snow storm! I ve been taking my truck here for years. Firestone makes some really good quality tires. Like any business, they sometimes struggle with staffing and can get very busy and backed up. That being said, they ve almost always gotten it done for me if, I planned ahead and set an appointment. If they make a mistake or let me down in some way, they work very hard to make it right. I can t speak highly enough about the Gentleman, Jeff, who manages this shop, he is a first class and very professional individual!

I was on a road trip and one of my rear calipers broke (ie no brakes!). This location was able to see me the same day, even though I called around 3:30 pm and they were very helpful. They got it fixed the next morning (a Saturday, which I was also very grateful for!) and I could get back on the road. It was great to go into a auto care store I'd never been to and feel that they were doing all they could to help me while being very straghtforward.

I don't normally do automotive chains, but I'm so glad I didn't judge these guys and went for my first visit today! As long as I'm in GJ, I'll only take my Jeep to them. What an awesome group of genuinely nice guys! They were so very personable, and most importantly HONEST! I recently had the dealership try to squeeze me for unnecessary work which Justin at Firestone confirmed for me would have been a waste of $200. I'm on a tighter budget than usual and he was super straightforward about which services I definitely needed and which ones could wait. Because of that, they've earned a loyal customer in me. My jeep and my wallet are happy, and I'll be back to this Firestone when the time comes! Thank you guys!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change
