Discovery Auto was one of the easiest vehicle purchases we ve ever made! No runaround or pressure. The staff is exceptional. The service was top notch. The owner and employees were helpful and made us feel comfortable. We love our Mercedes GL 550 and will consider them in the future for another purchase. I highly recommend this company if you want fast, efficient, excellent costumer service, and a great vehicle. Thank you!

I did the entire experience online and it was amazingly easy and efficient! I purchased a Toyota Sequoia and Brittany made the entire process easy and seamless. All of my questions were answered and the car was even better in person ! This is my third Sequoia and I know what a great car it is and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was in great condition upon delivery. Literally so easy. Brittany put me in touch with a great moving company and was able to have my car delivered to Denver within a week! Thank you again to Brittany and DAG for working with me, I love love love my Sequoia!!

We found the vehicle we were looking for and every one at the dealership was wonderful. Hesston is very friendly, no pressure, just honest and very pleasant to work with, and Victoria actually took it in for a quick rinse off in anticipation of us coming in to look at a specific vehicle!!! Discovery Auto Group has been by far the best car buying experience here in the grand valley. Brittany went above and beyond to workaround my work schedule to get me and my wife into a vehicle. Hesston made the experience of buying our 2019 Audi E-Tron fantastic. I honestly couldn t have asked for anything more. He walked us through the entire process and was responsive to each question we had throughout the process. We bought it without seeing it in person and Discovery Auto Group arranged shipment/delivery. Hesston showed us the car on a FaceTime call and it showed well, but in person this car s condition is better than we imagined. The delivery of the vehicle was simple! I appreciate the assistance from all of the staff at Discovery Auto Group throughout this process. They have gone above and beyond assisting me in obtaining the clean vehicle tax credit working directly with the IRS. They had nothing to gain in doing so other than my future business. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

By far the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car. We have gotten the run around so many times by dealerships and salesmen. We went into DAG anxious and expecting more of the same. HOWEVER we were met with REAL people that had OUR best interest at heart. We worked with Riley and he was so honest and actually listened. We told him what we wanted and where we wanted to be with payments and THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. Never once did he push us for what we knew we didn t want. There were ZERO HIDDEN FEES. We signed paperwork and our payments were LOWER than we expected. They called the next day and told us they were able to actually get us a lower interest rate and payment and made it so convenient to come back in and sign the new paperwork. I seriously cannot tell you how amazed and in shock I was and still am. DAG will forever have my business! If you are looking for real honest people- I couldn t recommend DAG more! Thank you all so much!!

Looked at a few vehicles and almost chose to buy one, but decided to purchase a new vehicle instead. Worked with Heston, he was very helpful answered a million questions. I liked that they do not tack on dealer fees. Heston was great and I wish we could have given him the sale, but found something more suited to our needs. Had never been to this dealership before, but recommend checking them out!

Discovery Auto Group is an excellent car dealership. I bought a car on March 5, 2024. I found it via an internet search. This dealership offered comparable prices but their additional warranty and guarantee for the car puts them far above other dealers that I've ever worked with. The salesman was awesome and the process was smooth and professional, loved it! I highly recommend this dealership.

Second time I have bought a car here, and once again very easy to work with. Brittany was very helpful. Not pushy, but very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Brittany worked hard to help me get the truck I wanted. Chris and the rest of the team also made my experience easy. Everyone at DAG bent over backwards, cheerfully, to get me through the purchase of a great car at a fair price - - but treated me like I was buying a brand new luxury car. Honest, professional, helpful. Victoria was friendly and responsive to every request. And they worked with me on a very weird sale situation with an out-of-state bank and even a title issue. Definitely recommend these folks!

My wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler from DAG and it was the best first-time buying experience. Rylie was incredibly helpful, went the extra mile for us, and made us feel comfortable and confident the whole way through. As first-time buyers, we were extremely nervous about what the process of buying a car would look like for us and were worried about pushy salesmen and cold reception due to our financial situation. The folks at DAG were so kind to us and never once made us feel like we were being roped into something we didn t want. Chris and the team at Discovery Auto Group were great to work with! From the moment we reached out they were very quick to respond and worked with us every step of the way to get our new truck deal done quickly. When we arrived our truck was staged with a red carpet and ready for our test drive! The paperwork and negotiation process was very easy and we came away with a great deal and a new go-to for any future car purchases. Chris even provided a complimentary rental while we were having some upgrades done. They picked up the car at our home, dropped off a rental, and return our truck the next day with the upgrades completed. They went above and beyond with the whole process and we have a new interpretation of what the car buying experience should be!

In current time of uncertainty and hassle of purchasing a vehicle, it was a great hidden gem of old fashion American dealing, when one men's world mean everything! Arranged purchase over the phone sight unseeing, based on the conversation with the Chris Haugen - General Manager and Hesston Cook - Client Advocate. Those two fine gentlemen can teach a majority of the automotive sales people how to build and provide business, based on honesty and integrity. Next thing flew in, get picked up by them and within a short, but meaningful conversation a whole deal was done in less than an hour! At the moment you are walked in a whole team make you special. Everybody, including a beautiful and friendly mascot doggie Charlie, meet and greet you, know who you are and what business brought you here. Very friendly and highly accommodative atmosphere. Totally wish you guys a great prosperity. We are as Americans deserve to have more automotive sales professionals like you!

I recently had an easy, enjoyable, and efficient experience trading in and purchasing a vehicle from Discovery Auto. The staff and management were not only personable but extremely knowledgable. Hesston and Brittany were especially helpful through the entire process. Fair prices, high quality vehicles, no pressure, and a quick process is hard to beat. Would highly recommend DAG to anyone looking to buy or trade in.Oh and their shop dog Charlie is the best.

I just received a tint job from Discovery Auto Group and I couldn t be more impressed. My windows look amazing. The service was incredible. I recommend this place to everyone you will not be disappointed getting service from this company. Highly recommend! highly satisfied! Victoria was awesome for setting up the giveaway on Facebook really glad she did because I shared that post with so many of my close friends and family. Now they know about Discovery Auto Group!

Just got my 2021 f150 from these guy. Had the best experience by far buying a vehicle with them. They also put the tires I wanted on,tinted the windows, bed liner and bed cover. Anyone looking for a great vehicle with great customer service not pressuring you to buy. Go though them , would definitely give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!!

I ve never had a good car buying experience in mesa county, UNTIL NOW!KAYLIN was amazing to work with. I stopped in the parking lot of the Discovery Auto Group dealership the other night (an hour after they closed). I planned on just looking over the fence & dream building.The manager was driving off but backed his car up & got out to talk with me (while his wife waited in the car).I let him know I wasn't looking to buy tonight & I could come back any time but he was extremely accommodating. He unlocked the gate & asked me to lock up after I leave, so I could look around after hours.I was blown away by the quality of the service! I'll be back!!!

Friendly, helpful & NOT PUSHY sales staff. I respect sales people like this a thousand times over other auto dealerships in the GJ Valley.The only reason I have not yet made a purchase here, is they did not have exactly what my wife wants. NOT DAG's fault.I have noticed their logo sticker on many cars for the past few years. To me, that means MANY purchasers are & have been pleased with the way they have been treated with their purchase.I do not know what their service is after purchase.By passing there almost everyday, it looks like there are many cars for various budgets.

This really was a very pleasant experience shopping here. Rebecca was absolutely great! They did not try to force a sale on me before leaving the store, it was more of 'this is what we have and here are the details about it'. Rebecca seemed to know the history of every car on the lot, and what she didn't know, someone else did. It was a reassuring feeling about the pride DAG has in what they're doing and the vehicles they're selling. The whole process from showing up at the lot to driving away in my new car was smooth and relaxed and easy going. Even got a keychain and sun shade!
