Highly recommend these guys. Brian got my car in for a brake check the same day I called. They found that my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. This was after the Honda dealership told me I needed new back brakes ASAP. I so appreciate the honesty and integrity here. They definitely have our business moving forward

Highly recommend this location and the crew that works there! Excellent and honest service, worked hard to have things done in a timely manner and took the time to answer questions and concerns. I called and was immediately given an appointment when I arrived Brian was able to answer my specific questions regarding my vehicles service and possible causes of the issue. I was given a price range and Brian was able to answer what factors would impact the price as well. My lugs were replaced quickly, and I feel safer to drive.

This location and crew are always awesome! Visited 12/14/23 for 2pm scheduled service. Got in on time and out promptly. Customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with advising, and never pushy. Best price on oil changes! I drive 4hrs round trip for this location each time I need service because of the price and quality of service.

Got full new rear brakes, calipers pads, and rotors service was done extremely fast, but due to an unforeseen circumstance caliper came undone and caused a catastrophic failure. Ryan the manager went above and beyond to fix the issue. He went as far as making sure everything was replaced brand new all four rims not just the one that was destroyedwas very apologetic and helpful the entire time even after having this issue, I will be returning to brakes plus in the future as a happy customer

Marshall was amazing!! I know nothing about cars but he was so patient and reassuring. He spoke with my brother on the phone since I had no idea what to do. What was supposed to be a 3.5 hour job took less than an hour. He completely took care of everything and was so kind. Also, ladies, the most gorgeous eyes you ll ever see

I m very disappointed in the service I received. I took my car in because the window would not roll up. They said it would be $99 just to run diagnostics. They called and said they needed to replace a part in the window and it would fix it. They charged over $500 and did not fix my window. I can t believe I paid that much to not have the problem fixed. It was a complete disservice I was provided. Took my car straight from Brakes Plus to another shop to be repaired. 10/10 would not recommend!

Don't get brake work done here they screwed my brakes up costed me 789.31 and they won't put new parts back on if you bought them new they will replace it with junk parts with worn brakes and RIP YOU OFF.....

Spent quite a bit of money having the front end and steering repaired on a1999 Mazda B-4000 4X4 truck. Also had the brakes inspected and replaced as necessary. All of the work was completed in 1 day and the truck drives like a dream. Well done to the crew. I will use this business again.

Ryan and Fred and the rest of the crew here a awesome I needed a right rear bearing put in my 2005 explorer the bill originally would have been 1000.00 but thanks to them they helped us out and took 400.00 off so I could get my family home thank you all.

I had brake issues right before Christmas and they got me right in and fixed. They are friendly and affordable and overall it was an amazing experience. I went back a week later to get the alignment adjusted and had an equally positive experience.

These folks are great. They have great communication skills and listen to their Client's needs. We have used them on our SUV, cars, and 4x4 for brakes and front end work. If a mistake is made or something breaks that they worked on, they make it right and most of the time the problem was solved with minimal time or money from us. They care!
