We had to come to get a flat tire fixed, late on a Saturday afternoon. We are from out of town and just passing through. The manager on duty was super polite and helpful. The young man who took care of our flat, Jose I believe was his name, was so awesome! He was talkative and attentive! They didn't charge anything for fixing the flat and had it all finished and back on the truck within 30 minutes. If this is how this Big O treats everyone, and I have no doubt it is, I hope that everyone who reads this starts going here for your tire needs! Thanks!

I went in to get all new tires. Was able to get them that day. Once I got the car back I heard the front tire leaking and found that another one was completely flat after a 5 minute drive. I was back 3 more times for issues with my tires and 7 months later I m still putting air in my tires everyday. They had also broken my tire pressure sensor. I thought it was because my tires weren t holding air. My tires are still leaking but don t feel confident coming back to get it fixed .

These guys were amazing. I had a flat tire and they did their due diligence to see if it could be patched up or in need of replacement. Luckily they could patch up the tire and save me $500 on a rear set. They had a busy schedule and still managed to fit me in. Felipe was my advisor and made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the process. I'm so grateful they had my back and were looking out for my best interest. Thank you again and two thumbs way up! Keep up the great work!

I am a courier and depend on my car and a lot of time I have a tight time table. I got a hole in my side wall so I needed a whole new tire. I told them my situation and they told me about 1.5 hour wait. I knew there would be a wait and probably a significant one with it being a Saturday morning. They had me out in less than 30 min. They were definitely my heroes for the day! Thank you so much !

Got my rear brakes rotors done back in October, started squeaking like they needed to be replaced 5 months after, took it in and I now need new brakes, rotors, and calipers. After I had taken it in to have them look at it, the brakes are squeaking even more then they were before they looked at it. As we were leaving Josh told us we were just waiting for them to put the tires on and he d bring us the keys, we sat at the store for another 10-15 minutes and he never brought me my keys, I then had to find another employee to get them for me. Last time I ever go to big Os to get anything done.

last time i will ever go to big o......i used to be a loyal customer, no more. they were installing my snow tires, lost my hubcap, called immediately after i picked it up, nope, no hubcaps here. they just do not care at big o anymore.............i would recommend any other tire outfit besides these clowns.....

Felipe and his staff were so friendly, professional, and efficient. Unbeknownst to be I had a nail in my tire!!! They patched it up and saved my tire FOR FREE! Can't recommend them more

They charged me 20$ to patch my tire because I didn t have there brand of tire, I was under the assumption tire patches are free everywhere tires are sold. I know discount tire is free. So that was not cool.

I most definitely recommend this place. I was treated with respect and felt like I was a valued customer. The quality of the service from the sales person Aidan Thurston as he did not push sales on me, listened to what I needed and made sure I was happy with my purchase and sold me exactly what I needed. The extra help I received from the gentleman Gustavo was above and beyond exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Aidan and Gustavo had seen that I still needed to put my new license plates on my vehicle and without hesitation they put them on for me (with clear communication that I wanted them to) the little extra above and beyond along with the extremely professional and courteousness of these two and everyone there I am a permanent customer for life here at Big O Tires.Update: a year later, several visits in between as I put 40,000 miles on my car a year so I'm here a lot. I still give a 5 star review and really appreciate this evite team who always keeps me on the road safely.The entire team at the North Avenue Big O is amazing. I'm a returning customer and every time I come here I receive nothing but outstanding service. The entire team is always very polite courteous and they go above and beyond to always provide exceptional service. I have been all over to many tire shops and have been treated the best here by far. A huge shout out to the manager Alec for your amazing leadership and wonderful team. as well as a big shout out to everyone here. Thank you for your continued amazing service....

I had a grinding noise coming from my rear wheel. Checked me in and removed a rock that was causing the problem. Had me back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks so much! Super friendly and helpful staff!

Came in to have a tire looked at and an oil change. Was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 1:15 minutes they had just finished pulling a nail out of the tire. Then the tech said the oil change would be 10 or 15 minutes. After another 45 minutes I go look, my truck up on the rack and NOT one person working in the shop. Had to wait another 35 minutes. Not happy about the waste of my time. This was not my first long wait at this store, so if you want it timely DON'T go to this Big-O.

Love how much they communicate with you and keep a timely schedule. Aidan is absolutely amazing along with Caesar!! My go to guys in the shop. Then Kenny and Felipe are killers at working you a fair deal!!

Felipe here at this store was the man. He 100% helped us with great service and got our tire repaired from a nail. At this point our family is coming back to this one because of it. Brought my car in for an alignment, was told I need to replace rear lower control arms (preventing them from doing the alignment), front and rear struts, and front CV axels for a whopping quote of $3500. I wanted a second quote and brought my car to a mechanic who said the car is perfectly safe and functioning, that I didn't even need an alignment but my tires are unbalanced where I can get it done for free at discount tire. So glad I got a second quote and saved myself an unnecessary $3500 bill. Unsure if they were trying to upsell or if there was lack of experience with the kids looking at my car, but either way I will not be taking my business back there.

This is an edit to the scathing review I left Sunday:After expressing my frustration with Alec over having to come in again for the exact thing I came in for on Saturday, Alec made things right. He warrantied the tire I came to have repaired Saturday by replacing it due to side wall damage. And he warrantied the 2nd rear tire in compensation for the tire they were not suppose to keep on the visit before. Asked Alec to reprogram the tire valve sensors that were suppose to be reprogrammed the last 3 visits. He assured me he personally did it. Truck is in for alignment warranty now. If everything comes out good after the alignment, I might break even as far as the money spent here although I have to miss work til my work truck is fixed. Big O reads reviews! I appreciate Alec for making things right on what he could.

BIG O put two of the four expensive tires on backwards. Got the tires rotated and our poor Subaru started to vibrate. After calling them and BIG O stating it was only a recommendation that the tires are put on directionaly.We brought the car in and THEY wanted $3500 for a new front end.Insane. Car still is not correct. NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW THE TIRES UP; BUT THE CAR'S SUSPENSION AS WELL! AVOID this place.

We got a flat tire because of 2 nails on the I-70. The mechanic of Big O Tires immediately took care of us. He checked all 4 tires and diagnosed a bubble tire as well. All in all it took less than 40 mins to have both defective tires changed and to resume our journey. Quick, efficient and pleasant service. Thanks a lot

I normally don't leave reviews but these guys really went above and beyond. I brought my truck in for an alignment getting ready for a road trip. The tech, Kevin I believe, noticed my ball joints had some play in them and showed me, letting me decide what to do. I decided we'd better get it fixed and he got right to work. Unfortunately the more he tore into the thing the more he found wrong (legitimately, not trying to upsell or anything). Long story short these guys ended up staying about 3 hours after closing to get me on the road. My truck feels and drives so much better now and these guys really went the extra mile to make it happen.

This shop is a wreck. I've busted a lot of tires In my life. Disorganized unmanaged and untrained. Had a patch put on, had to help kid find it, that wasn't bad. Problem is no balance. Of course had to put up with that for several hundred miles. Made an appointment for today it's been 2 hours an empty bay and yet nobodoy. watc circus and still no balance. One tire

This Big O store was very helpful when we got a flat tire on our vacation. They quickly helped us by plugging the tire and reinstalling it on the truck and remounting the spare tire. Thank you! Highly recommend this store!

I don't like Big O as a whole.Bought multiple sets of tires previously throughout the years. Always had a issue with warranty. I just don't like the way they do business.
