Their communication is excellent, as well as their work. I was well informed of all the options available and cost. The time it took to complete was right on what they estimated. A gentleman by the name of Angel worked on my truck and texted me during the process to let me know when it would be completed. I am very pleased with their work and customer service. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with the team at 360 was great. Very professional, quick to interact and respond. The team was very informative when they came across a few blemishes during the application process (I greatly appreciated that transparency). Upon pick up, they gave me an overview of the work, some explanation and were very pleasant. I was very impressed from start to finish, thanks team!

You will enjoy the efficiency and personable demeanor of the young men that handle your business with Auto Detailing 360, as I did.Believe me their work is worth every penny.Our Buick SUV looked better after five hours of detailing than it did out of the showroom. The boys at Auto Detailing 360 did an amazing job, from scheduling the appointment to getting my vehicle clear bra covered all the way. Great service, great customer service, fast and efficient!They got me out of there in about half of the time that was originally estimated. They even had a space where I could sit and work undisturbed while I waited, with snacks and water.I would highly recommend this shop! They even reached out to me the next day to make sure that everything was perfect.

TOP: unprofessional, not thourough, shames car owners, hard to find location and thats "the customers fault"Few good things. The shampoo/seat clean worked great on my car. Smelt amazing and most interior areas were nice and clean/smooth.However, there location was hard to find, no sign that said there name Auto detailing 360, it was named something else. Super confusing. Couldn't find their parking, the parking at their building by their front door says a different company and all auto 360 cars will be TOWED. Had no choice but to park there as I didn't see anywhere else to park. When I went inside I gave him my keys and said I was In a tow away spot and I couldn't find their parking. He said okay no worries but didn't go out and move the car so I was worried till they called and said it was done that it was gonna be towed. Feel like he should have moved it to where ever there parking was as I was visibly concerned about being towed.When they told me to pick up my car they said front door was locked find the side doors, it's a long warehouse and nothing has their 360 auto sign on it so I asked for either a picture and a phone number of the person waiting for me to pick it up as it was hard to find the first time. They texted very unprofessional "lol, it's right by where you parked......"When I arrived I was satisfied, seats were SOAKED though, not sure why they accept late appointments (2pm) if they can't dry your seats before you pick it up. Angel was nice in person, gave me towels so I didn't get wet and cleaned my son's car seat that was really nice. And helped me jump my car as it was dead from the doors being open.....Upon further looking I found many spots not cleaned. Crevices with dirt/trash, the pocket of the seats not cleaned, consoles not cleaned or wiped out.They had also shamed me typing "you did the right thing the water from cleaning was completely BLACK" and mentioned it several times. Don't think the goal is to make customers feel bad about not have $200 to detail every month.......And for $200 I don't think any spots should be missed for SURE.They offered to touch it back up but said they were focused on the seats, get that, but I paid for a FULL interior, focus on all of it. They mentioned they went over the man hours for my car, doesn't say anything about that on the website so I'm not sure how that's relevant, like thanks i guess even though job wasnt completed???????I definitely won't go again. Walkers detailing gives you a car wash after, definitely a nice touch. And same exact price.

I recently had my 20 year old Toyota 4-Runner detailed at Auto Detailing 360 and I couldn t be more pleased with the service that I received. The quality of service and outcome far exceeded my expectations - my vehicle hasn t looked this good in years! To say that I highly recommend this company would be a huge understatement. Took our vehicle here for auto detailing and clear coat. While it did seem fairly expensive you get what you pay for. The customer service was excellent. They were extremely friendly and willing to work around my schedule. They did a great job and offered to keep my car in the garage overnight if I wanted because it was raining. They even reached out a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied.

Brought in our new Subaru for ceramic coat to replace the coating that the dealership had done. Our car looks so much better! The dealerships lack of prep and paint correction became very obvious when I walked in and immediately could see how much cleaner our car could look. Work was done on time and I received communication throughout the whole process. I will be bringing other cars here in the future.

Staff were very friendly during pick up and drop off! They made the detailing look effortless and professional! Very pleased with the work! Can t wait to come back and get tint for the car and maybe some ceramic coating!

Justine quickly responded to my inquiries via text and sent me a quote based on our discussion and his recommendations. Later assisted with scheduling my visit and provided directions to their facility. At the time of my visit, Angel and Jeremy were very attentive and helpful. They took the time to inspect my car and listen to my needs and expectations. My car was detailed and kept in their garage until I was able to pickup. We were having some inclement weather in the afternoon and they were very flexible with the pickup time to avoid the rain. They treated me well and did a great job with my car. I have had my car detailed at 3 different places throughtout the years. Auto Detailing 360 is by far. I have a Great Pyrenees and an Aussie who love to ride in the car. There was not a sign of dog hair. The car looked beautiful, inside and out, I would recommend them to everyone. I would use them again.

I would ve used car and dealership was supposed to clean it, but they never did. I took it to them and it looks like a brand new car. It s so clean inside and so shiny. The outside is gorgeous as well. I will be going here again for all of my car detailing.

They were helpful and friendly throughout whole process and was able to answer all our questions. Their website was very helpful and easy to navigate. Scheduling was a breeze and up front pricing made us feel confident in dropping our vehicle off with them to get our windows tinted. Everything was straight forward and was done quickly. Ceramic Pro Grand Junction once again exceeded my expectations in applying a tough protective ceramic coat to the entire body and wheels of my new car and clear bra atop the front. Jeremy and his team did an incredible job on my 2022 Mustang Mach 1. Justin was incredibly helpful with scheduling, explaining various services, and setting me up in one of their offices while I waited for a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. I did a lot of research and spoke with many different detailers before booking with these guys. I drove an hour and half because these guys do fantastic work. I had 7 year ceramic coating and custom PPF added to certain higher impact areas. Washing the Mach 1 is a breeze compared to my other non-ceramic coated vehicles and it looks amazing. I highly recommend Auto Detailing 360.

EXCELLENT job. however, they forgot the rubber liner for the backseat floor that was in the bed of the PU and I specifically pointed that out to them when I dropped off the PU.I brought my PU back this morning and informed them that they forgot about a couple of issues and they CHEERFULLY made it right with NO extra charge......UNHEARD of customer service in today"s businesses. I will definately recommend them to anyone that asks me. THEY do business RIGHT.......instead of ONLY wanting the money and completing the task as quickly as possible, whether it's competent and professional or not, like MOST businesses are run today. Again.......simply and EXCELLENT detailing job.

Professional, caring and detailed. We had ceramic coating and windows tinted. The challenge was finding the right tint shade. We were shown the roll of tint on the window and when we saw the car, it was perfect! Thank you for working through the challenge of deciding the shade of tint!

My hyundai elantra was looking a little rough. Had stains on the seats, an enormous amount of husky hair, and over my car was just disgusting. I got an interior detailing done and getting it back was like getting a whole different car back. They did such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them!

Jeremey did a great job explaining the process, what services they provide, and completing the Ceramic Pro ION package. They did a great job removing all the swirls in the paint and applying the ceramic base and top coat. Amazing job. The vehicle looks phenomenal. We have detailed it several times since buying it. Have done it ourselves and have used several other shops in Grand Junction. Hands down this is the best it has looked since driving it off the lot. It's beautiful. Can't say enough how amazing this vehicle looks and their customer service was top notch.
