Incredible service! The dealership quoted $900 for my front brakes and these guys got it done for $261. Our family has taken numerous vehicles to A-1 over the years and the service is always this good.

Best place ever!!! I'm telling you if you want great work at a great rate. These guys are your guys. I take all my vehicles there with out a doubt. By far my favorite mechanics I've ever had the pleasure to know. I will take my vehicles there for life.The gentleman that work there are amazing too. They are professional, sweet, and just all around great men. :)

Absolutely the best!! I've been bringing my cars here for years and would never go anywhere else!! Jim and Burke are hands down the best In town as well as compassionate! I have never been dissapointed in fact only beyond satisfied I always get my car back running in way better shape then expected!

These guys were so nice to me in person and on the phone. Being a woman who is into cars, going to new places can intimidating especially if I don't 100% know what I'm talking about but these guys were nice and understanding. I got a muffler delete done on my 02 mustang and I have never been more excited to pick her up. They did a great job and it was very affordable. I would highly recommend this shop to others.

Traveling out of state, stopped in at an emergency to have breaks put on. Very friendly, fair price and they took care of me to get me back on the road asap. I would highly recommend this place. Absolutely amazing they will take care of you safely and get you back on the road.

I called ahead, got my wife's van in there for some front end work, and they were done same day. In a previous visit, they fixed a problem with my son's muffler quickly and inexpensively.

I took my car into A-1 to have my AC looked at after another local shop quoted me $7,000 to replace the entire system. Berk went above and beyond to get my AC fixed for me and for less than $600 at that! I will never trust anyone other than Berk and A-1 with my car! So it s been over a month since I upgraded the exhaust on my 2021 Jeep JL and I m extremely happy with it. My fuel economy actually improved quite a bit and the Jeep just sounds a little cooler. I would absolutely recommend coming here for any service, Jim thank you for everything, truly appreciate you!

We were driving cross country and decided to stop in Grand Junction, CO for the night as something seemed wrong with our truck. I started searching online in the area for someone to look at our brakes and prayed we would find the right place. It definitely wasn t the closest place to where we were staying, but it s where I felt led to go. I drove up and Jim the manager was in the parking lot so I told him what was going on and he looked at the truck and went to get Burke his mechanic to have him take a look and drive the truck. Burke drove and told me we definitely had a problem and even with a parking lot full of cars they said they d take care of it for me. I was going to get an Uber back to the hotel and Jim said Jose would take me back. From my getting out of the truck until we got back around 1:00 or so to pick it up, they were phenomenal!! They are second to none!! They were so engaging and super helpful I know exactly why I was led to them!! They re honest, they re great at what they do and I could go on and on. If ever in or near Grand Junction CO and you need any type of service or work done, start with these guys at A1 Muffler and Brake!! They are AMAZING and we re so thankful they got us back on the road and the truck sure does ride so much better than before. We had peace of mind that all was good going over those mountains!! I think the difficult thing about finding someone to do maintenance or repair on your vehicle is not only finding a business that's good at what they do, but also a crew that's honest. Jim and his crew are just good people. Everything about A-1 is exactly how a business should do things. This review isn't from a one-time experience. My parents have been A-1 customers for years. Give m a shot. You won't go anywhere else afterwards.

I've taken both my vehicles there for exhaust work, the owner is very respectful and does very good work for a great price. Never really had to schedule or wait to get it in the shop, just called and asked if they could squeeze me in their schedule and they did just that. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else for exhaust work, big thanks and shout out to these guys for running a phenomenal buisness!Service: Exhaust

Best muffler shop in the valley. Jim does superb work for fair prices. Took my 72 Skylark in for some exhaust work and it came back perfect! Don't hesitate to gwt your exhaust worked on here.

I was recommended to them by another shop, when I called they were super helpful and nice. When bringing up the issues with my car they wanted to make sure that everything they did was okay by me, even called me to come check to see what they see. I will definitely be recommending them no anyone in need of getting their vehicles fixed.

Finally got my cars windows fixed after more than 10 yrs of them not working, both motors and regulators needed to be replaced in both the driver and passenger doors. They ordered brand new parts from Salt Lake City, Utah and they came the next day and the work was done that day and the car returned to me. I checked with at least 4 other places to have the motors replaced and all of them wanted more money to do the job just for the motor replacement and didn't even include the regulators. I have had other work done here and I'm very pleased with the work, professionalism, and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

This is the Best place to get breaks in Grand Junction!! Berk was Wonderful and he did everything perfect!! Before he replaced my breaks, he had me come into the shop area and see exactly what was wrong so I knew everything that needed replaced and that was exactly the kind of service I love!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs breaks done. They are not only excellent people but they are very reasonable priced!! Thank you so much for everything you did for me!!

Jim and the guys are great! Had a rattle in a muffler and they discovered it was a few joints that the clamps had come loose...they did a fantastic job! The welds look like they were done by as much experience as they do! Not some 1st year welding hack ..they were beautiful! Highly recommend them ;)
