Had my thermostat go out on my Dodge Ram and Eli and Team got me sorted out. They even brought the part and tools to where I was stopped on the road. 6/5 stars.

I'm,from out of state. The people who gave good customer reviews are too kind. If they'd ever been to Napa in Warrensburg, MO they'd know what real customer service is. In particular the little gal with the black hair/blue eyes needs to be told it takes an IQ of 12 to sling auto parts. She needs a lesson in courtesy to her fellow workers as well as her costumers. So rude! The two stars I gave is for the young man who did help me and the rest of the poor souls forced to work with her.

Super helpful. Came in for a rear wiper blade and they even helped me put it on my car since they re typically tricky. 10/10 recommend

We lost our rear brake in Grand Lake. I limped the van in to Granby since I m from Wisconsin and had no means of repairing my vehicle. These guys helped me get back on the road quickly by having the part and tools I needed to fix my van in stock. They saved our family vacation. Thanks guys!

I am an older woman and I was bringing in a old battery and 2 guys just stood there and watched me carry in and maneuver the doors by myself. They did get me a replacemebt battery. Then I had to carry the new one out myself. What happebed to gentlemen manners?

My alternator in my 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ started to go bad so I stopped at NAPA and talked to Dave in Granby and they sold me a new alternator and then Tom, that has his own shop in the back of NAPA, installed it for me and less than 24 hours we were back on the road. I appreciate everything they did!! Dave and Tom are awesome thanks again guys and I will not forget you in the future!!! Great team!!!!

They refuse to wear masks. Even though there is a state directive to wear masks in businesses. They will take no returns even on lifetime warranty items without a receipt from that store. They do not participate in Napa rewards. They do not keep track of items you buy. This place is getting harder and harder to do business with.

5 10 18 Great luck find this shop !Tom has a shop in back .Tom worked on my solar in my rv !I keep telling Tom about thing that needed fixing and he keep fixing it.firstSolar then ,battery ,and a fuel pump .Tom even ajusted my head lights.Best NAPA of all time ! Thanks guys !May 2018
