I had an excellent experience from the help of Dad s towing. I had slid off the road with my truck and camper during a snow storm. Some damage to the truck and a good bit of damage to the camper.I had called another tow company that just left me stranded to stay overnight but Dad s happened to drive by and offer a hook. I was able to cancel my tow from Jairo and the day was saved by Dad s!My camper and truck were recovered and drivable without further damage, I was so happy.I was impressed by their recovery skills, professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help and have Dad s saved in my phone now!

Travis and Jeremy at Dad s Towing helped us out of a difficult situation in a ditch in a snowstorm on Mary Jane Road. Such a great day for skiing meant an equally great day for sliding into the ditch. They were quick, professional, good humored and made the job look easy with zero damage to the car in the end. We are very grateful for a quick end to a stressful situation. Thank you Dad s Towing!

Had my car break down suddenly on a trip from colorado to California, was lucky enough to get stranded in their area. Trent and Mike were the 2 guys I dealt with and they explained everything carefully and exact. Couldn't have been more happy with the services although my preference was that my car not break down at all.

Jakub was very professional, safe and friendly! We have relied on him a few times to get a car from the mountains to Denver, and will again if needed. I would absolutely recommend Dad's to anyone who needs a tow.

Jakub saved my butt today! Our Volvo went off the side of the road near Mary Jane/winter park today after trying to help someone else! He winched me out of this ditch, helped change a tire AND, followed me into town to make sure my tire pressure held on the way down. Next level help. Truly a good guy, thanks so much for the hard work ya ll do in this region. Recommend to anyone who needs help.

Mike is THE BEST!!!!!!! He rescued my car from Berthoud Pass on a winter Friday night and got it home safe and sound. He also showed up very quickly and was extremely friendly. Mike s service is a 10/10. I seriously can t express how thankful I am for his work. THANK YOU MIKE!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were quick to pull a stuck vehicle out of a snowy road with a jeep on a track system. Not sure how we would have done this on our own!

Nobody wants to need a recovery, especially if your car is on its side. That said, shout out to Jacob for helping our crappy day be a little less awful. Great recovery & tow, and gave us a ride into town. If you need a recovery or tow, give these guys a call.

Jakub at Dads Towing is the man. Went into the ditch and roadside assistance with my insurance was adamant about scheduling a tow the next day. I had nowhere to go or stay. He consistently communicated his location and ETA the entire time during a busy snow storm. He showed up and got me out. Seems like a normal days work until you re the one in the ditch sitting in your car with no other option. Highly suggest reaching them if the time comes.

I'm updating this review after speaking with the company owner, Mike, who demonstrated kindness and good follow-through while resolving a tough situation.This company got called by the sheriff's office to tow my stepdad's pickup truck as it broke down during a blizzard and was partially blocking the road in a remote area (Cowdrey). He has AAA, but they said they were unable to get to him in the blizzard and would reimburse tow expenses instead. I do appreciate that Dad's is basically the only tow company that services this rural, mountainous area and were able to get my stepdad's vehicle out of the blizzard and to a safe spot, but it ended up being very expensive, $250 an hour x 6.5 hours (2 hours towing the truck, 0.5 hours of time for communication to figure out a payment plan, and 4 hours for the driver to get from his home to Cowdrey and return home), as well as a 12% card fee. My stepdad called me for a loan because he didn't have $1,820 at the moment. The driver, Jacob, was rude to both my stepdad and myself, although after hearing more of his story, I appreciate that there were misunderstandings on both sides.AAA denied the claim because the info on the invoice said it was an "abandoned vehicle" (clearly not since my stepdad was out there in the blizzard with it for the whole ordeal). However, Mike and his office managers Chelsey and Linda, were understanding when I called and sent an updated invoice and Mike said he personally reached out to a AAA regional manager to clarify that the vehicle had not been abandoned. They were also going to follow up with the tow driver re: his customer service skills.

Dad s helped us with our camper on the side of I-70 to get it up and running again. I would HIGHLY recommend them!They also have a place in Granby, which is great because there isn t a lot of reliable tow truck companies in this town!Thank you guys for the help!

Had an unfortunate breakdown just over Berthoud Pass, as a Winter Park employee my car is essential. Jakob and his team were nothing but accommodating, the first time I needed their help they took off my tire to be inspected which was quick and easy. Then I had a long distance tow a few days later from Winter Park to Denver to get my new tires put on. The driver was fast (despite some miscommunications) and got me to discount tire swiftly with good conversation the whole way. I cannot reccomend Dads enough! Thanks for being the best part of a really debilitating situation!

Horrible, 140k car parked in mud, destroyed front end pulling onto flatbed ... extremely rude - blamed sheriff's office for $871 next day tow fees, car towed 1.8 miles .. " take cash only" - obviously in with local sheriff .... more toCome very soon .... not over yet- never know who your messing with my dad always told me - the sheriff's department isn't not touchable and all on audio and video!!! All of it

I am adding this a bit late.Jakob was rude he did not say hello nothing. No explanation of plan. He was just gonna leave without saying a word. He did get the job done at his own pace even though we waited overnight for him. He needs to stop and listen and this problem would have never happened.We are all busy but a little customer service would make a bad situation a better one.

Friday January 12th I was coming off of Berthoud pass when the folks in front of me stopped cold in the middle of a white out. You can guess the rest. Travis showed up a short time later even though the weather was as bad as it gets, he got my car loaded up and even dropped me at a hotel so I could get warm.Before he arrived, he was in contact with me via phone and text. This was very reassuring! My cell was dying, I was sittng in a car with no heat, and it was minus 6 outside. Needless to say I was a bit concerned!Thanks Travis and Dads for Taking some of the sting out of me wrecking my wifes car!Patrick L
