Alpine towing is awesome. Davion drove me 9 miles up the mountain in snowy, treacherous off-road conditions to retrieve my truck that was stuck over a snow bank. The pricing was reasonable, the service outstanding, and the overall quick response to my crisis was tremendous. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by Davion not only in his work, but also in his demeanor and approach to the problem set. If you find yourself and your vehicle in a predicament, Alpine Towing will no doubt have a solution to get you home safely. Thanks again Davion. Sorry for taking 5 months to get a review out.

D saved the day. Quick, so cool and safely got us back. I had no cash but he made it easy to pay with a cc link. My 10 year old tipped him his allowance because he was grateful to still be able to go fishing. Thanks D

*Highly Recommend* Friday night, coming down Berthoud and our car decided to die! (dead alternator) Called Alpine Towing, and it wasn't long before Linwood came to our rescue. He was polite, efficient & professional. We all road together in his clean, warm truck, delivered safely to our front door. We recommend Alpine Towing, specifically because of our experience with Linwood!

Do NOT give cc information! Father in law was stranded without service, we called for a tow from across the state and gave them pin to his location. 2 hours passed without update so we called and they never found him, never thought to call us, and charged the full $500... how is this ethical?! Luckily some snowmobilers helped get his car back on the road for free, stranded in the middle of a snow storm. Thanks for making a very scary night worse and like the other reviews have said - highway robbery!

D was a big help to us tonight. We were left with a dead battery at a trailhead for 4 hours. The Police department refused to assist and wouldn t even send a dispatcher to pick us up. However, D was willing and able to help us jumpstart our car and make sure we made it back to the hotel safe. If he hadn t come I don t believe we d make it through the night given the freezing temperatures. Could not be more grateful for people like this!Services: Car towing, Battery

Nothing worse than your car going down in the mountains. It can take hours and sometimes days to get a tow. D showed up in 30 minutes. My Jeep was on the bed in 5. Then he gave me a ride to work. Made it just in time for lunch! D is the man! Five thumbs up!

On October 16th, my group traveled to Devils Thumb Trailhead. Upon completion of the trail, and just before dark, the car we were driving began to have problems, and eventually died. Alpines finest D was the first lifeline to reach out and actually give help.We were stuck at the trailhead in the mountains with not only a dead car, no food and only 1 phone with service, but also soaked clothing and freezing temperatures. As the night went on it got colder and colder and we were losing hope until D came around.Even though he was given the incorrect location, and having to drive through the mountains, he did everything in his power to legitimately save our lives. He even mentioned that if he couldn t make it up the mountain with his truck that he was willing to hike up the mountain to get us to safety.I have an incomprehensible thankfulness for D and the company as a whole. Without them I m not sure what would ve happened as everything was taking a turn for the worse.If you are in Colorado, I wouldn t chose another towing company, and I would specifically ask for D if he is available.Thank you again D!Service: Battery service

Oryan is such a sweetheart! This gentleman waited for me to get back up to Winter Park from Denver. What a way to give excellent customer service! I had a minor accident in the parking lot of Winter Park and had to get a tow back to Denver. Oryan met me there right on time, if anything he was actually there waiting for me. I was so relieved! He made me feel safe and at ease. I was pretty upset over the crash but after talking to him, I felt much better. I would definitely hire Oryan again if I ever got into another damsel in distress situation. Thank you Oryan & Alpine towing!Service: Car towing

Used their services before and have always been happy with their service and prices. Broke down in the middle of the road on the way to work. Not only did they tow my car to my mechanic, but they even gave me a ride to work, which was in the opposite direction, no additional charge. Good people who take care of their fellow locals.

Was visiting from out of state when we had two tires go flat about 20 minutes from town. D was extremely helpful and even helped us find a place to get tires the next day so we could get home.

Great service! Had to tow my Audi A6 from Granby to Boulder, CO. Davion (D) was the best - quickly and safely loaded my car. Had a nice 2+ hour chat while I rode with him back to my place

Amazing! These guys are really terrific and smart and great! They were careful and delicate in loading my car. They delivered us to the dealership beautifully. Joey was so smart and competent and wonderful to work with. I encourage you to use Alpine Towing whenever you need help with your vehicle.

These people are AWESOME! NO price gouging just because we're in the mountains. Had to use them for roadside service today and the guy (I didn't get his name) was fast friendly and courteous. Change my tire right there on the side of the road. Thank you Alpine!! I recommend you to everyone!!

Had to call AAA after my wheel came off due to an axel problem. The driver at Alpine came pretty quickly and was very friendly in his communication. He took extra care of the vehicle and recommended a mechanic in town that could tackle fixing my truck faster than the one AAA recommended. Can't thank them enough for helping me out and answering all of my questions.Service: Local hauling

Alpine cheerfully sent a guy out well after normal business hours on a Friday night when I had locked the keys in the trunk of our car at a remote campsite. He was patient, polite, hard-working and committed. After he got us into the cab of the car he stayed another two hours helping us get into the trunk. It was difficult but we finally did it with his help.

Called AAA to have our truck towed from City Market in Granby to a repair shop in Denver. Alpine was chosen to be the tow company. Joey from Alpine called me to confirm within minutes. Since we were in Grand Lake we were about 15 minutes away. Joey was at City Market waiting patiently for us. He quickly and efficiently had the truck on his flatbed. He was a very friendly, helpful young man. We really appreciated the quick service.

Alpine towed my vehicle from the base of Berthoud Pass to Tabernash after it's clutch went out. They gave me a time and cost estimate and showed up at the estimated time. Because of the length of my truck/camper it could not be taken up the ramp without hitting on one of the jacks on the back of the camper. The driver allowed me the time to remove the jack so I didn't have to wait hours for a different type of tow truck that could handle long vehicles more easily. He was very friendly and helpful and saved me a lot of time that I would have had to spend sitting on the side of the road. Thanks Alpine!Service: Local hauling

These guys jumped right on my needs! I was in from out of town, had a fuel leak on our vehicle. Messed around trying to get another company first, they sucked, finally found these guys and they performed. Truck driver s name was D and he was super friendly, quick and understanding!Hope I never need a tow service again in Grand Lake, but if I do I will be using Alpine.

Did such a great job. I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere and my insurance s road side service could not help me out. I called Alpine Tow and they got to me quickly, gave me some gas and made sure I was able to safely get on my way. 100%. Such a great experience.

I locked my keys in my truck in Granby, and thought "well this is going to take hours to get someone up here to help me". I called a few places and sure enough, it was going to take a few hours before they could help. I called Alpine and they responded immediately. Before I was off the phone with dispatch Oryan was calling me. He was there within 3 minutes and had my door open in 2 min. Quick and friendly service earned Alpine my business from here on.Service: Car lockouts

Alpine is the greatest, my family had to use AAA three times this summer and each time Alpine saved the day. Two times in June Lyndon was the hero for our family.Latest one on Monday, Marshall did an awesome job. Marshall cares about people and is an outstanding. He puts the customer first and is a shining example of the outstanding team Alpine has.

Thank you, Jessie!! Called on a Wednesday night when car slid off road into ditch and with the heavy snow they asked if they could come on Thursday since no urgency and I'm staying in the area for weekend. I agreed knowing other stranded drivers may have needed quicker help. They called right at 2pm as they said they would and charged me minimal fee to pull me out. Was $150 less than what was quoted by other towing company in Granby. Jessie was very sincere and really couldn't have asked for better service. I don't leave many reviews but feel this is deserving of one, particularly when nobody ever really "likes" towing companies.Service: Car towing

I highly recommend Alpine Towing. We got in a bit of a pickle & for the first time in our life had to call a towing company. I called one company before calling these guys & a grumpy guy who clearly didnt want to help us answered. Then, I called these guys. They were fantastic from the time a very kind lady answered my panicked Friday night at 8 PM phone call to the time they left. You wont get better customer service anywhere else. Joey came out quickly, got us out quickly & was kind & professional. Their price was also reasonable & they accurately gave us a quote before coming to us. Seriously the best! Thank you for taking care of us during a stressful evening we wont soon forget.

Great service. Blew out two tires in Winter Park on a pothole (shocker I know) and he arrived quickly and had us to the shop in Granby in no time at all. Very kind and warm hearted. Loved the experience. I would highly recommend their team to anyone in the grand county and surrounding areas.

Had an extremely stressful day at Winter Park, my car battery would not start. They sent out a technician to try to start it but unfortunately it was done for. Oryan was so extremely helpful by towing my car to the shop and reassuring me that the car would be delivered quickly and safely. He even gave me his personal number to have in case I had any questions or concerns at all. He absolutely comforted all my worries and had the best customer service!!! I will use alpine towing again in a heart beat and my suggestion is ask for Oryan!! Thank you again alpine towing and most importantly thank you Oryan!!Services: Battery service, Local hauling
