I just needed a flat fixed on my 08 Highlander. A nail right in the middle was repairable. The 2 young men went straightaway to make it right. While the flat was being repaired, they actually jacked up the car to remove the spare and place it back under the car! They inspected the spare and said it ll continue to be a good spare. They finished by checking the air pressure in the other tires. While it s close to work, I d consider future tire service here. I recommend this place fully. Don t ever change Walt s Tire Service.

6/5 stars. Super quick, friendly, and great pricing. I have been telling everyone to go here and I love the neighborhood vibe. The team members at Walt's are like good neighbors too. Matt is the man.

excellent service from Matt & the team! I had a puncture in a tire and in less than 48 hours from when I first called, Matt had taken an initial look and found the leak, assessed it to be in a non-repairable location, ordered the new tire, and was able to make time to install it! he was excellent about explaining the process & providing the total cost upfront. would definitely recommend, especially for students since it s <10 minutes from Mines.

I've come to these guys a number of times over the years to patch or plug a tire. Always quick and efficient, always affordable, always courteous. Plus, they're a small, family-run business so your money isn't going to a corporate entity.

Walt's did great work mounting and balancing four new tires I brought in onto a new set of wheels. They helped me put them in the car when I picked them up, fantastic service!

Amazing work and customer service!! I called Matt and asked him how much new tires would be. Not only was he professional but he gave me a good deal!! He ordered the tires and had them on my car within a day. I recommend this shop highly!! It is so nice to find a business that still cares about their customers!!! Thank you guys for such a great experience!!

Amazing service!I've been using Walt's for many years off and on and they are superb. I very much appreciate their timely turnaround times, knowledge, and friendliness. Never had a bad experience!I've taken massive 4x4 tires (44"), super low profile performance tires, stretched tires, and everyday commuter tires to get mounted and balanced and they've never had an issue.Reasonable pricing and the best part is Walt's is a local small business!Bring all your tire needs to Walt's!

Walt's is grand. Twice the reviews of the chain stores in Golden, and an average of 5.0 stars.Had my first visit today. Four new Nokian WRG3's for a Toyota Corolla, bought and installed for $440.Walt said he's owned this place for 30 years, and his son (who did a few of my tires) is also a owner/manager.The guys that did the tire change were ruthlessly efficient. When you get your tires changed, if you can, just stand inside and watch 'em work.I'll be back every time I need new tires.By the way - change your tires before they're super bald. Walt showed me some of the more horrific examples of old tires he changed out recently. Tires keep you alive. Spend the money, if you can. Don't die.

I recently had my tires done at Walt s as I have done for almost 20 years. As I was driving down the road the other day, my front drivers side tire came loose and as I was pulling over it came off completely causing significant damage to my vehicle. My mechanic immediately diagnosed this as negligence and when I called Walt s I got a gee that sucks reaction. Bummer.

Walt's Tire has the best service for an auto repair store I have ever experienced. I ran over a piece of metal which caused a flat tire. I put the spare on, and drove to Walt's, where the tire was repaired and replaced on the car within 10 minutes while I watched. Exceptional service, nice guys, and a job done very well for a fair price.

I like the way they do business. Now that the young guys are running the show. The service is top notch. And if they are swamped, they tell you. So you don t waste time. Always get the job done right. And they take care of expensive rims whenever they service them. Hard to find careful tech s.

Been going to Walt's for years. They a small, independent tire shop with incredible service. They sometimes are a little more than the big box stores for new tires but more than make up for it with service. I had new tires put on two vehicles recently. Made an appointment and in and out in less than an hour. Great service!

Honest, Fair and Low cost.These guys are great.I asked them to fix a flat on my dually flat bed. While one guy was fixing the tire, the other was checking the pressure on all the others. I didn't even ask, they just did it because it was quiet and they wanted to make sure the inner wheels were properly inflated. I've been here lots of times and I always leave pleased.

Walt s is the best tire shop in the area. They are affordable, quick as hell, and some really nice guys. I was in and out in 20 minutes for two front tires. Definitely going back. They even got an alignment set up for me at a shop across the street.

Exceeded expections. Matthew told me I could walk in for a patch .... I was in and out in 15 minutes, at a very fair price. Hopefully do not need tire service for a while. When I do this will be my place.

Went here for 4 new tires on my E350 and I am very pleased with the tires and the service. Matt was very pleasant to do business with and they were able to order the tires and put them on in less than 2 days. So far so good I am very happy with the job they did. I went here on a recommendation from multiple co-workers that take their cars here.

We just happened to be in Golden for a family reunion, and our F-150 was in dire need of tires. The first place I thought of was Walt's. 40+ years in business goes a long way for recommendations. We are not disappointed. The tires are great, the service was great (5 tires mounted and balanced inless than an hour), and the price was reasonable. Can't ask for a better place to do business. Forrest and Matt are the greatest.

So nice and helpful! I am in a rental that had a nail in the tire. There are no rental cars available for swap out and the three previous tire stores I stopped at said it would be a four hour wait. However, when I stopped at Walt s they listened to my problem and got right to work. They patched the hole in 10 minutes and charged me an exceedingly reasonable price. Totally saved me!

Me and my family got a nail in our tire and pulled into this tire shop and were welcomed by the nicest guy and he had our tire sealed and aired up in less then 5 minutes. Thank you so much!!!

I go to Walt's Tire service when I need tires for my car. They have a good selection of tires for all road conditions. This trip, I went for a tire repair. I had a slow leak, and they discovered that I had a puncture in my tire. The repair was quick, and it was a cheap labor repair. Walt's is a great place to purchase and repair tires.

They do a fantastic job. They are extremely fast, reliable, and have great prices for the work they do. My husband and I have taken our car here a couple times now and they always do a great job. This latest visit, came in with a slow leak, they found a screw in the tire, plugged it, and checked tire pressure on the tires and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Walt s is the best. They ve saved me hundreds by repairing tires instead of replacing them. They are fast, frugal and friendly. Make sure you throw these guys a tip for working in the heat and cold.
