Chris performed work on my son's car approximately 5 months ago. The part failed and Chris helped out with the warranty work for the repair. The shop where my son took his vehicle did not participate in this warranty program but the warranty program covers the original cost. He currently lives in a different part of the state and everything was taken care of because Twisted Wrench participating in this program. Chris was very helpful and responsive. I appreciate his attentiveness and customer service.

Chris and the team here are PHENOMENAL! We had a door lock busted and the other garages I went too would not even give me a quote without a hassle. They did GREAT work and the bill was $100 less than even what they quoted me. You guys have a new customer for life!!

I've been to Twisted Wrench several times and will certainly keep going back. After my last oil change there, I had gotten a defective filter (from the manufacturer) that was leaking a little bit of oil. Twisted Wrench got me back in quickly, changed out my filter and cleaned my engine on the house (the dealership quoted me $300 for this!). I'll continue to be a loyal customer as long as I'm in the area.

Chris and Anthony are awesome! Their customer service was above and beyond and even offered to drop off the car for me when it was done to accommodate my hectic schedule. They are fast, friendly and deliver quality (and affordable) labor and parts!

I have gone to my mechanic for 30 years and he retired last year.I panicked when my car started making chugging noises a few weeks ago.I was referred to Twisted Wrench by a colleague. When I took it in (as it usually happens) my car would not make the noise for the garage mechanics.They could find nothing wrong when testing it, so he told me to bring it back when it did. They refused payment for a diagnosis.Of course a few weeks later, it started making the noise again, even worse than before. I took it back, and they fit me right in.They replaced a coil pack (culprit) and did not try to upsell me on replacing them all, only the one that was bad.Chris and his team are honest, professional, affordable and have one of the cleanest garage's I have ever been in. I highly recommend Twisted Wrench! I have referred several friends as well.I am thrilled I found my new mechanic! It is so hard to find excellent customer service these days! Super honest, fair priced, hard working folks that I will go back to again. I do a lot of my own PM maintenance, but ran into a fix that required more hands, a better lift, much more tools, and more experience. These folks did in 4.5 hours what I guarantee was gonna be 8 to 12 for me.

If you live anywhere near the Golden area and are looking for a mechanic, look no further. Anthony and Chris are simply the best! Customer Service is their first priorty and of course fixing your car correctly. We had a emergency situation arise with my daughter's Mini Countryman, and they were on it. Diognosed and fixed the problem in one day, even picked up the car due to it driving in "Limp Mode". These guys are the real deal. Seriously, give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I don t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience with this shop!! After running into some car problems while traveling across states, Twisted Wrench Garage was able to help me out immediately despite being booked all day. The mechanic was very transparent and made sure to show me the old piece as well as the replacement that he installed in my car. They re also pet friendly, I d highly recommend :)

Just about the only highly rated shop in town that offered to get me in same-day for an oil change.. and at an amazing price for full synthetic. Chris was super helpful and thorough, asked about concerns with the vehicle and addressed those, but didn t push any other services.*update: Went to place new battery later the same day and popped my hood to find the engine oil cap (fortunately still there) sitting on the front of the engine bay..This is why I m scared to use a Groupon for services. They do have a sign that says good service ain t cheap and cheap service ain t good, so makes sense

These folks are super friendly and do great work at an honest price. I take my company's fleet vehicles here, but after my many positive experiences here, this is absolutely the only garage I'm taking my personal vehicles to as well. I once had an issue with a battery which just needed to be warrantied due to a dead cell, and they even took it over to the Advanced Auto for me to have it swapped out and didn't charge me a dime, not even a diagnostic fee. THE BEST! Anthony & Chris are great. Female recommended, when you don t really have a local support system, these guys are great. They re an above and beyond business. I was looking for a trusted mechanic and was recommended Twisted Wrench. I m usually deliberately over charged and charged for things I don t need. These men are honest, helpful, trustworthy, thorough, and kind mechanics. I was shown the problems and it was well explained to me. I was notified of future repairs that will be needed and the clear explained price to get it repaired. Glad to have found a garage in Colorado I can trust!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I recently purchased a used vehicle. I am moving and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive the 1200 miles in a few months. They did a great job of inspecting the vehicle.I have also had new brakes put on my girlfriends vehicle this year at this shop. They did a very good job.I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work on their vehicle.

I can t thank Chris enough for checking out my car in the middle of a road trip to make sure I was still safe to drive. It s always a little nerve wracking going to a mechanic for the first time, especially when in a different state, but I could not have found a better place. He was incredibly kind and listened to the issues I was noticing, and took the time to explain what he checked. We even had a dog with us who he took care of, too! I really appreciated the willingness to fit us in and check that everything was okay, and am so thankful for his help getting us back on the road and restoring our peace of mind!

Great service from these folks! Couldn t start my car thanks to an issue with an aftermarket anti-theft system. Called twisted wrench and they were able to get me in and back on the road within a couple days for a fair price. Good communication, quick and quality service, good prices. I will definitely be returning to this shop for any other issues that pop up.

Radiator was replaced.I was able to get my car towed into their shop outside of my drop off window and had it to the shop within 5 days of initial call. The job was done in a half day and has driven great since.Would recommend.

I have gone to Twisted Wrench for 3 years now. I ve even moved over 1.5 hours away and still drive back there for help. These are the most honest, amazing, wonderful group of humans we ve met in Colorado. My wife, Gabi, has an old jeep, and they ve taken amazing care of her and her car. We are so grateful we found Twisted Wrench.

These guys are amazing! They actually listen to me as a woman going in for repairs this can be a frustrating process. I know about cars. I work on my own. But I had no clue what was happening with my little white Honda. I had taken it to another shop twice for the same issue and they basically blew me off. Chris and Anthony treated me with respect and listened to me! They solved my issue and my little car is running beautifully as it should!

Finding a good garage is never easy, I moved here from Indiana a few years ago and have done my own work ever since because I couldn't find a good honest shop. My fiance booked an appt here since I didnt have time to look at my truck before a big trip and Chris was not only fast, but super thorough and honest. I knew what most of the problem was so I really appreciate him not trying to upsell me on anything. I will be bringing all my vehicles here and I cannot recommend this autoshop enough! I've used this car mechanic several times in the past year to help diagnose issues, tune ups, and to fix my air conditioner. They have been very communicative and supportive when I had questions. I ve brought my car in to Twisted Wrench a few times this year for routine oil changes and brake replacement.These guys are always quick, helpful, and communicative of any relevant details to keep in mind.Schedule is usually accommodating with a few days notice (in my experience, maybe same day is possible) and work is always done quickly! I usually hate going to mechanics but this is place is is great and awesome environments aswell as the wonderful super nice crew, Chris and staff are chill. Everyone super friendly. The atmosphere is exciting good times and super professional. If you have problems with your car they will let you know.They fix what they are supposed to fix and evaluate other things, and are realistic about what needs to be done. I don t know a lick about car needs. But for somebody who doesn t know anything about cars I sure appreciate them a lot for taking the time to explain everything and not making me feel dumb. I will be now going to the shop to have anything done with my car just because of that. They are a real mechanic shop honest and genuine. You would be a fool not to try this garage and they pick up your car from anywhere in the parking lot I felt rich . Love this place.Service: Auto maintenance

I fell in love with Twisted Wrench from my first experience there. It s a trustworthy, ethical business, and I could tell that the employees are well taken care of, like their jobs, and have a solid workplace culture. Always friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. They ve also referred me to affordable shops for auto glass and body work, and provided a helpful inspection for a new car that I was test driving.
