Had a fantastic experience at this Hyundai location! Mitch helped me and provided fast, friendly service. They completed all requested services and even patched up my tire for me. Communication was easy as I received text message updates about my car and any additional services needed. Highly recommend this location over Foundation Hyundai!

Probably the worst customer service. They have had my car for over a month, and misdiagnosed my car and made the issue worse and still want to charge me for there mistake. I do have extended warranty and only have to pay the deductible but not the point. I had to spend over $1500 dollars on a rental car before they even offered a loaner car. I call and John Wu never answers or returns my calls. When I get ahold of somebody else they just say they can t help me because they don t know what s going on and I have to talk to him. Nothing but issues since I dropped my vehicle off. I still don t have my vehicle at this time But they sent me a text with this link for a review before I even heard about my vehicle being done or test drove it after repairs

I get my Sonata serviced here. The appointment process is always easy, they work on my schedule, and they are courteous The pricing is fair (LOF here is less expensive than oil change franchises). The waiting area is really nice, (even the temporary trailer they are using for a waiting area during construction is better than most dealerships), and they wash my car when they are done. This is what service should be.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed. One service rep has a phone in his ear, not talking and looking down. I go to the other one but I guess it was his lunch break because he just points to the right and says he will help you (the one on the phone looking down). I go to the first rep again and stand there for 3 minutes before he says I will be with you shortly without looking up. Other rep finishes his Popeyes and disappears in the back. Zach finally asks if I have an appointment I said yes and he still has looked up. He does the paper work and I wait. Ended up waiting 2 hours to get my oil changed! I bring the car here for the change since I got the service package. Then to drag a 20 minute service to 2 hours is ridiculous. Not once did Zach contact me, I had to wander around the service area until a tech asked if I needed help and said my car was still be worked on. Oil change was done and no apology about time and then they had to search for 5 minutes to find where they parked my car. Planet Hyundai I don't know what has happened to your service department but this is the worst car service I have ever experienced.

Even though there was a lack of communication with our first service advisor, once Levi and Mitch took over the service on our car, everything went smoothly. I appreciate their attention to detail in double checking our car when the check engine light came back on. Even though Planet Hyundai is undergoing a remodel, I would recommend taking your Hyundai to them for maintainance and repair services.

Showed up early for my service appointment, they get it in and out quickly in less time and I was on my way. Also, because it was my first oil change there was no charge. John Wu helped me and was very nice and helpful.

I was happy with the service. My car did make a weird noise when I started it for the first time after the oil change. After that everything was fine. I did ask for my tires to be rotated, but they said they were fine which in my warranty it does say to do it. My horn is not working on my brand new Kona which is very discouraging.

Car was there since 11/06/23 and didnt get it back till 3/14/24. When I got it back it had a huge crack on my windshield. I was upset that my engine had failed and my car wasn t that old. Through the extended warranty, Hyundai replaced my engine for free and gave me a great loaner in the meantime. Zach G. kept me up to date throughout the process and was very easy to work with.

I did not have a good experience at Planet Hyundai. I called to make an appointment to bring our 17 Tuscon in to diagnose a clunking sound while turning right with the wheel all the way clocked. I brought it in on Saturday and dropped it off with a service advisor, Anthony Green. He told me that the latest I would hear back would be Tuesday which was fine with me. Later that day on Saturday, I got a text with an inspection report listing like 6 recommended repairs or replacements including one for $1200 to replace suspension components. No details on what they found or what needed to be fixed so I called. I left a voicemail for Anthony and he never called me back so I called the main number and was told that she talked to Anthony and he could answer questions so she transferred me and it went straight to voicemail. I figured he was busy so I didn t think much of it. Monday rolls around and I called back again, Anthony is out of the office so I ask to talk to a manager and again am transferred to voicemail. Tuesday rolls around and I don t hear anything by mid morning so I call again and leave another voicemail. Finally he calls me back and says that it would be $1300 to replace the left front strut. Seems pricey but that s dealership hourly rates and parts so I get it but I m capable of replacing a strut so I just told him I d pay the $175 diagnostic fee and come pick it up. I go to pick it up and ask for some more information like what exactly is worn or broken with the strut and he had no notes from the technician who he said had already left for the day. I said no problem just ask him tomorrow and give me a call back. Guess what? He never called me back and even Levi, another service advisor said he would make sure they did give me a call. Super frustrating lack of communication here which is all I really wanted. What makes it worse is that it seems like they did the inspection on Saturday because they sent me the report so I could have had the car back that same day instead of waiting until after work on Tuesday to go pick it up. Steer clear of this place if you can.

I love that they have Lyft services to drop you off where you need to. The place is under construction and was a bit lost. They are open for mechanic services only and I was very well taken care of. My car was super dirty since I was coming from Vail. When I picked up my car they had cleaned it! Very nice touch. I will definitely be back, thank-you

Service always seems to be a disaster. My ionic was having a charging issue that was supposed to have been fixed when I dropped it off for a recall six months ago, but was improperly installed. I made an appointment and had to wait a couple weeks until they were available for a diagnostic. When I dropped off my car for the appointment, I was told they were still three days out from being able to do a diagnostic, And it ended up being five days before they ever touched or looked at my car. Especially bad service because the service department told me they do not do loaner cars only rentals. Which seem is pretty bad when they had me drop my car off five days before they intended on doing any work. Fortunately the sales department has been helpful and gave and a loaner

Could have been better. Maybe it s the construction? Booked a 7:40 appointment, no one was at the service gate to guide me through, was sent to wait in a sales trailer outside only to learn when I got there that it was locked, none of the 4-6 inches of fresh snow had been shoveled from the ramp and stairs, waited 20 minutes for it to be unlocked, got inside and it was 41 degrees in the trailer. Couple of customer facing suggestions: if you offer early morning service appointments, ensure your customer spaces are ready to accept business, (I.e. shovel snow off the stairs/ramps, turn the heat on in advance, etc), also give better instructions on where to wait (which sales trailer) considering your entire facility is riddled with confusing construction.

Anthony Green was nice and he accommodated my request to get me in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment, so that is appreciated. The reason for an adequate star rating is that I don t think an oil change should cost $90.00. The other thing that really rubs me wrong, is that they charge 2% to use my credit card that really infuriates me. If they want to recoup the 2% the credit companies charge then build it into the price of the oil change but don t stick it in my face and offer a 2% discount if you use cash/check/debit card. I would rather have my oil changed by the dealer, but from now on I will be going back to Firestone!

Had a major issue with my car for a warranty repair. Drew was excellent to work with. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and they did a great job on the repair. I d definitely use Planet Hyundai next time my car needs service.

Everyone I worked with (Tim, Gustavo, Aaron) was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The exception to my experience was the time it took to get in with the finance manager to finalize and sign everything. My 11:15a appointment got pushed to 12p, then got delayed until after 2p. I finally left with everything completed a bit after 3p. And that was even with pre building the pricing and product package the evening before, and filling out the credit check form. Not sure what, but something needs to change in order to get customers in and out more efficiently. Especially when appointments are made in advance.

I was extremely happy with their promptness and overall availability. The appointments that were offered were quickly available in addition to immediate maintenance being redly available. I find it har to ask for better accommodations!

John Wu was very pleasant and explained everything that the appointment covered. He promptly notified me when the mechanic realized there was an issue with a defective gasket installed with the oil change in time for me to return the car to fix the issue before heading back up the mountain. That could have been a huge problem that was diverted. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I had an appointment at 9 AM on Saturday for an oil change and dropped off my car at 9 AM. It snowed that day and some technicians went home early, but no one notified me. I called in at 5 PM to get a status update and was told they couldn t get to my vehicle and would have to keep it until Monday. On Monday morning, I got a message stating the oil change was done and some other services were recommend. I called back about 30 minutes later and was going to have the shop go ahead with the additional services but I couldn t reach anyone. I left a voicemail and then proceeded to try and call again - I tried calling 4 times within the next 2 hours and no one answered. Finally, I called the dealership to see if they could transfer me to the service center but they couldn t reach anyone at the service center either. When the service center finally called back, it was too late in the day for them to even get the additional services done, so I declined anything further and picked up my vehicle. I won t be bringing my vehicle to this location again and won t recommend it to anyone else. Terrible communication, poor customer service.

Went in for my 16k service on my Ioniq5 and a recall. Those went great. However, I asked them to look at the known issue with the trunk rattle and when I picked it up they said they fixed it. However, it rattles the same if not worse now.

I feel confident in the oil change and overall car inspection from the dealership that I purchased my vehicular from. Only 4 stars though, because when I called to inquire about scheduling this oil change, the receptionist lady told me that it would be free because of the 1 year complimentary program they offer. Great! I drove 30 minutes to the dealership for my complimentary oil change only to find out that it actually did not apply to me since it was a used car. I probably would have just gotten an oil change someplace closer to home, sooner and for cheaper if I would have not been told incorrect information over the phone.

Workers were super friendly and helpful. Free WiFi and coffee were provided while I waited for my car to get a tune up. Even though they are under construction, they had a nice space to wait, which is important to me as a student trying to get homework done while I was there. I had zero problems during my visit, and I will definitely be returning.

Besides keeping my car for 6 weeks, when I did get the car back there was a cover to something that was not replaced. Called in and was told bring it in and we will check it and see if it is necessary to put back on. Then the following day i used my back wiper and it was missing. Now my back window is scratched. Thank you very much

I had them do the repairs on my Kona after it was stolen. The experience wasn't the best. My license plates disappeared while in their custody and haven't received temps to allow me to drive my car after the repair was done as well as the few issues that I was concerned about had been overlooked like doing their normal inspection to make sure all systems were operating 100% (electrical so they would have caught the out headlight so I wouldn't have had to turn around and get that fixed immediately). Because of that I know that my inquiry about an oil change was missed. I wouldn't have minded so much about the extra cost if those things had been addressed as well. They had the car for two months, I would have thought they'd go the extra mile concerning a car that had been stolen and recovered. I'm disappointed. For six years, I enjoyed a great relationship that has helped me maintain my vehicle. The last year has been heartbreaking. I can't get an appointment for two to three weeks out. All the service advisors that I worked with are gone. They had my vehicle for a week and didn't tell me why. They didn't return phone calls, so I had to go out there to find out! They did fix the problem I requested, but I discovered a secondary issue that they didn't look at. Then, I got my inspection report back and they didn't complete the inspection!I'm not going back. I've been burned too many times.
