No pressure at all here. I was glad I pin pointed the car I wanted from their website and it was no trouble at all to test drive it. Shawn Magreevy was great. He explained all my options and I felt confident about my purchase. I highly recommend if you come here to get a car you ask for Shawn. It was the smoothest car buying I ever did. Car buying is right up there with doing Taxes, however Planet Hyundai has changed my mind. Jon, Dean and Lisa made the experience so enjoyable and a delightful that I still can t believe it. First of all letting me test drive by myself was a shock and just started the experience in a way that was going to be different from all the rest. They followed up, but didn t hound. Kept finding more and more solutions to trade in value concerns and lease payments that were in my favor. I came in expecting a certain monthly lease payment and signed documents for same car even lower payments. Can you believe that? When has that ever happened? No pressure no crazy Sales tricks and they worked as a team which seemed like for me instead of against me which has been my usual car buying experience. We are still in shock and will tell everyone we know to go there!!! Love the experience, Thanks a million Dean, Lisa &Jon!!!! Oh yeah the car is fun to drive too.

Andrew was my sales person a few months ago when I was looking to buy-out my lease. He was so incredibly helpful and kind - he was straightforward and made the process seamless. I had issues with other dealerships hiding additional fees and pushing me to look into other options I did not want, so it was so refreshing working with Andrew. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a Hyundai.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the service department at Planet Hyundai, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by John, Zach, the outstanding fleet manager, Cody. Cody went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one, and his dedication to customer service was simply outstanding.As a single woman, I ve unfortunately had a few upsetting experiences when it comes to dealing with car issues, and while I realize nobody particularly enjoys the process of getting their car repaired, I d rather sit on rusty nails while eating glue than be in any situation related to cars.That being said, Cody s trustworthy demeanor instantly put me at ease, and his personable approach made the entire experience so. much. less. stressful. He was not only prompt at returning my calls and texts, but also consistently went the extra mile to ensure all my concerns were addressed right away.From the moment my repair was authorized to be covered under the warranty, Cody, John, and Zach s professionalism, honesty, and kindness were evident. John submitted the authorization for the repair and took the time to keep me informed every step of the way while we were waiting for the back-ordered part to come in.Not only that, but the fact they provided me with a loaner vehicle while we waited was INCREDIBLY helpful, and made these last several weeks a breeze.So thank you so much, you guys! In the beginning, I was just hoping for a not-totally -sucky experience, but you actually made it bearable. And I can t tell you how much I appreciate it.

Really GREAT! As a single woman, I find that buying large ticket items can be frustrating, intimidating, and daunting, especially with a male salesperson. I felt none of those things! The entire process was simple, concise, and I ended up with what I wanted for a lot less than I had anticipated. I felt like I had a team that worked with me and for me. Questions and requests were answered quickly. If one person was busy, another person seamlessly filled in; I felt absolutely supported.I highly recommend Planet Hyundai. Shawn, Cam, and Ryan did an amazing job! Held my hand, never made me feel stupid for asking ALL of the questions, and they have some great snacks!PS...Went to three other dealerships for the same car...I bought from Planet Hyundai because they treated me the best; with respect.

I m am usually not very compelled to write a review but I had to ensure other guests knew about Lisa Stanley! As soon as I walked in she was very attentive to our situation & gave us immediate realistic options. She is deeply knowledgeable in their inventory (which is in great condition even under construction) & what will fit you best. She fought for us to leave home with our dream car which we will cherish for a lifetime. Next time you re in & looking for a car, ask for Lisa! The whole Planet Hyundai team is great!

Love this dealership and the team running it. I worked with Tim who didn t pressure me at all. It was like working with a friend who happened to know a lot about cars. I was able to test drive a vehicle for 24 hours after going on an initial test drive around town. This really allowed me to get to know the vehicle better and was nice to test it on my typical commute. I had visited several dealerships before Planet Hyundai/Planet Honda and no one else was doing this. This dealership also had an amazing warranty for the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in. Super transparent in every aspect and they really do operate with integrity here. Tim was super responsive to any questions I had.I had the chance to talk to a 6x repeat customer beforehand and I can see why she keeps coming back. My sister is now considering trading her vehicle in JUST because the level of customer service we received from Tim, Cam, and the dealership as a whole.Tim even parked my rental vehicle by the stairs so it was easily accessible to me when I left. It s little touches like that I really appreciate and can t recommend Planet Hyundai enough.

Great dealership to work with, and I want to particularly highlight Riley as a sales associate. I had a great test drive with Riley, she answered questions thoughtfully, didn't pressure me in making a purchase, and followed up with me on numerous occasions (without being pushy). At the end of the day, I had to go with another dealership when purchasing my new vehicle, but I definitely will be conducting business with Planet Hyundai in the near future. The dealership makes the car buying process extremely easy and comfortable. When they say no haggle, they really mean it! Their prices are competitive, but they won't lower their asking price at all.

We took our car here recommended by my warranty company. We were originally working with John whom was not in communication with us nor our warranty company regarding the repairs of our vehicle. After finally hearing back from him last Thursday he promised us our car would be ready last Friday or Saturday and it was all done. After about 5 days we had to call to find out in disbelief that hr just up and quit and no one thought to let us know. Then we were patched through to Drew whom has been even worse to deal with!! Telling us to call the warranty place when we are told it is them that has to. His reply then was I will when I can . Really? Where is that known as professional etiquette? They have no idea what is going on with our vehicle and has emphasized to us that they don t care. They have dropped the ball on us multiple times with no apologies or explanation. They promise to call back and don t. When you do the office lady, whom is just as rude, screen the calls and just sends you to voicemail if that employee does not want to talk. Where is that professional at any means?? And now again another day another lame excuse and multiple voicemails. We are 2 months at least now without a vehicle and they will not give a straight answer or answer their calls nor voicemails. Very unprofessional so please think about another service department before you choose them as they have no idea what they are doing or where their employees are.

I had a great experience with Planet Hyundai. I was going to work with a different dealership but got very poor service and communication. Found a similar vehicle at Planet Hyundai and talked with Jon H. over the phone and the experience could not have been easier. Was able to submit the application, get the approval, and payment squared away before getting to the dealership. When we got to the dealership all we had to do was sign some paperwork and drive home with the new vehicle. Anyone in the Denver area that needs a vehicle you will not have a bad experience here.

Definitely do not purchase a vehicle here if you like to have service done at the dealership. Purchased in 2016 and have had nothing but problems with the service department since. All the employees are great but they book out 6weeks at the EARLIEST, never have they been able to get me in even if I just need a quick diagnostic or if my car is not operating. If your business is so busy that you can t actually service your customers you need to hire more people. What you are trying to save on labor is costing you so much more in actual business. I m ready to purchase my next vehicle and will definitely not be purchasing any Hyundai due to my terrible experience with Planet Hyundai.

Highly recommend working with Gus! I haven t purchased a car since 2011 and it was such a wonderful experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and was patient and diligent as we found the right vehicle. Great team, great work!

Getting my car fixed here was not a good experience at all. Firstly the commutation was terrible. Getting ahold of the service center for an update on my car was near impossible. And when I would get a response it would be very limited and sometimes inaccurate updates on my cars progress. They had my car for a little over two months and I wasn t given any updates without having to call and or text them multiple times. I can understand that they are busy but I would be told they would have an update for me in a day and I wouldn t hear back from them at all. After having my car sit there being fixed during this time, my battery died. They did not call me to let me know this and they did not ask me asking if I would like the battery replaced. It makes it seem like they did not test drive my car before giving it back to me because they didn t even know it was dead until i picked it up. This left me with a underivable car over Easter weekend. I was extremely frustrated by the whole situation and when I tried getting answers felt unheard. I would not recommend this service center again

By far the best dealership experience I ve had in 30 years of buying and leasing cars. Dean, John and Lisa went well beyond all my expectations and, dare I say, made the process actually enjoyable. I kept thinking at every step that there would be some kind of gotcha , but there weren t any. They did what they said they would do, by the time they said they would do it (which was fast!) and Dean went so far as to call us prior to our appointment to sign the paperwork that they were running a couple of minutes behind and didn t want us to have to sit and wait at the dealership. I hope Hyundai keeps putting out great products because when it comes time for a new one, planet Hyundai will be my first stop. Btw, they didn t ask me to provide a review - I asked them where I could. I very highly recommend these folks. Truly a phenominal experience!

I was treated so nice by every worker. I was greeted by Ian and felt welcomed right away. He was helpful and patient and really nice. Financing with Hyundai was also really simple no scams no weird words in the contract everything was so easy. We were also provided with a translator and she was great at her job and was nicely helpful. Loved my experience there!

Well I have mixed feelings. To start off with they were kind and helped my fianc� when our Tucson broke down while in Denver. They told us they would call as soon as they knew what was wrong. I had to call 3 times before I finally got told what was wrong. The motor went out and was covered by Hyundai warranty which was great but again had to call 2 or 3 times to get that information because they had to get it approved first. Was told it would be fixed within 3 weeks. Was told they would let me know when the motor was delivered so I could take time off work to travel back up there to get the car. After 3 weeks still hadn t heard anything so called and toke a few times to get someone to speak with me to find out the motor was on back order and would be another 4-6 weeks. My finance company even had issues getting someone to answer so they could ask questions about it. It was finally fixed when I was many states away for a funeral so had to send my finance company to go get it. They did good work but need to also focus on communication as well.

We had an extremely good experience at this Hyundai. Our sales person, Yahvey, was fabulous. We began searching for a vehicle over 30 days prior to purchasing, and he kept in touch and followed through with everything. He said he would do. Very impressed with him, even at his young age very professional. Easy to communicate with.

Average experience at best. No qualms on price, just process. The experience felt disorganized and lacked communication. The deal was struck, and we agreed to close a week later. Arrived, and the paperwork isn't prepared. It took 90 minutes to get to the paperwork, but no one explained the delay or what to expect. Then they said the car wasn't ready yet, and said to come back tomorrow. No deal - They could have called and spared me the trip, or they could have run to the fast charger 1 mile away and put a quick charge on it, so they agreed deliver to the house by 10am the next day as my wife leaves at 11am for work. Arrived 30 minutes late, no phone calls or anything to let us know. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Just didn't feel respectful of my time. Salesman seemed very new, so I have some grace for that, but still - if you work like I do at 50-60 hours a week, it feels disrespectful to disregard my time.TLDR: Delivery of car and paperwork delayed for unknown reasons without any communication or explanation (other than they said their charger was down - but there's a fast charger less than a mile away, so that doesn't hold much water.)

Andrew, Tim, and Aaron were all so phenomenal through the entire process of a lease buyout. They answered all my questions and were extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout. I called around to different dealerships around the area and came to wanting to work with Planet Hyundai in Golden because of their transparency and zero pressure atmosphere. I also ended up not spending an extra $1.3k in dealership fee that other Hyundai dealerships were proposing. Great job and I would be willing to make the extra drive to deal with them again in the future if that s the level of service they provide.

We were very pleased with the purchasing process for our 2024 Tucson Hybrid. By far a better experience for car buying than in the past 50 years!! We're old! Jeffery was our sales adviser and couldn't be more helpful. No pressure, just information. The trade-in part was hassle free as well. Jeffery even delivered the car to me because we were unable to wait for the car to be detailed due to a prior appointment.

I don t even now where to start. I made an appt for my genesis g80 to be serviced over two months ago. It took a week to even ge looked at so whats the point of an appt. If they don t look at it the same day. Then two weeks later I get a call that they misdiagnosed it and messed up my car more. Then 2 weeks later it they finally get in the parts and fix it. Two weeks later they say they re still waiting on payment from the warranty company. Mind you they never kept in contact, returned my calls. Also I shelled out $1500 dollars on a rental before they offered a loaner. Now they re refusing to release my vehicle after more than two months saying I owe money that I don t owe other than the deductible. I ve been nothing but patient and understanding but when they start getting an attitude or getting wreckless with their mouths when they re in the wrong not me , not returning calls or calling back when the promise. To flat out ignoring my calls and I didn t call for a month I just figured they d call when it s done I was wrong. Now it s time to complain and fight for my vehicle. Not just on here but the news stations, social media, word of mouth, and legal action. I ll update on here daily until I get my vehicle back fixed and only paying what I owed as of last Friday when the called and said my car would be ready to pick up and to have my deductible which I do. Now they want more

I was a little nervous coming in since this was my first car and I didn t want to negotiate and leave feeling unsure of whether I was getting the right price, but thankfully my experience was far from that. This dealer doesn t do markups and has a set price (MSRP) so it was a breeze + they are straightforward and efficient. Had a great experience with Dean.

I have been a loyal Hyundai owner since 2017, and this is the first time I am compelled to write a review about my experience, which unfortunately was one of the worst I've encountered in dealership service.Having recently moved to the area, I decided to switch dealerships for service and chose Planet Hyundai. Previously, I consistently received excellent service from McDonald Hyundai, and I expected a similar level of professionalism and efficiency from my new service provider.I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and brake flush at 7:00 am, dropping off my 2021 Tucson with the assurance that the service would be completed in a timely manner. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations.Despite being told I would receive a text regarding the status of my car, I never received any communication throughout the day. After reaching out at 1:30 pm, I was directed to my advisor's voicemail, where I left a message. Subsequent calls at 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm yielded no results, and my frustration grew as I received no response. The receptionist had even sent an email to the advisor at 5:30 all which were unanswered.The lack of communication was particularly perplexing given the simplicity of the service requested, especially with a scheduled appointment at 7:00 am. I expected the process to be completed efficiently, and the absence of updates left me feeling neglected as a customer.Upon finally reaching the dealership the next morning at 8:00 am, I was informed that my car was ready. When I brought up the issue of communication, my advisor claimed to have sent numerous texts. However, I verified that my contact information was correct and highlighted the two voicemail messages and internal email that went unanswered. The response I received was dismissive, with a casual mention of a potential glitch in their system.On occasion when dropping off and picking up my vehicle, the staff appeared disinterested and indifferent to my concerns. It's disheartening to observe this lack of professionalism on the shop floor, and it raises questions about the dealership's overall management.The utter lack of professionalism and communication has left me with the decision not to return as a customer. While I acknowledge the challenges posed by construction, customer service should remain a top priority, and unfortunately, my recent experience has failed.

Bought a 2010 jeep wrangler. Died immediately on the way home. Was not worried really liked it so I figured I would change the battery. A month later later I had to replace my left rim. Was not bolted on all the way when leaving glue sales lot completely destroyed my spacer . Next two to go were the starter and alternator. Now I am dealing with a tone wheel replacement because the flye wheel bolt sheered off. I would recommend getting a second service quote from a legitimate mechanic for $50. Good thing I love jeep wranglers. Haven t 4 wheeled it once since buying it. As of now my battery cables are failing so to not being grounded properly. Bell housing is completely destroyed and falling apart planet Hyundai you can contact me at setsNreps92@gmail if you intend on replacing the damaged parts I will pay for all I ask is you do not charge for labor considering you are at fault for the damages do to poor inspection.

UPDATE: the team sent someone over to clean up these oil spills. Thank you!I brought my '23 Sante Fe here to be serviced for the first time on 8/18/23. I had purchased the car and serviced it at Arapahoe Hyundai prior to this visit.The next morning (8/19/23) I was driving my wife to yoga and noticed a very loud noise coming from the AC unit. I brought the car back into Planet Hyundai, and they determined some leaves had gotten stuck in front of the air filter.Then, as I was pulling away from the service center, the service manager ran outside toward my car and flagged me down, letting me know I was leaking a very good amount of oil. They brought my car back into the garage, and determined that the rubber gasket had been placed back on backwards when I was getting my oil change on 8/18/23. So, I had been driving around, leaking out oil for well over 24 hours.Upon arriving back at my home, we noticed two very large oil stains, both in my garage and on our concrete driveway. All because I brought my (basically brand new) vehicle to a new dealership/service center. I have not heard back from any of the supervisors there to take care of these massive oil spills at my home, and to check for engine damage from the day of driving with the gasket not placed correctly. Wasted my entire weekend driving to and from the service center, all in all, this was a HORRIBLE experience!

I revised my review from 1 star to 5 stars because Planet Hyundai contacted me after this review and accommodated me for this poor customer service experience.I had a horrible experience. Brought my car in for the theft recall. I already wasn t happy about that. I did the drop off but they never checked in my car. I called days later and they hadn t done any work and they thought they lost my key. I dropped off another key so they could do the work. Apparently, someone put the key in the lockbox but didn t check it in. Wouldn t you check there before declaring the key lost and me needing to bring another? The communication was terrible the entire time. I continued to be proactive and they never called me. The only time they called me was when they were trying to get my money. They told me I had a $1250 repair. I needed ball joint repair on my front and rear . I brought it in to my trusted mechanic and he said my car only have front ball joints. He did the work for $500. My advisor was Anthony Green.

Just bought a 2023 Hyundai Kona and Yahve, my salesperson, was great! I had a really awful experience with Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills and Planet Hyundai was the complete opposite. They got me the payments I wanted with the down payment I could afford. Didn t once try to persuade me to spend more than I wanted. Hands down, I would recommend this dealership and Yahve to anyone looking to purchase a new car .
