I had a great experience with Planet Honda Service. I needed several things serviced on my car and Planet Honda was very responsive and knowledgeable. My car runs very smoothly now, so I am very pleased with their work!I especially recommend Brad Nudell, my service advisor. He was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. He also coordinated a loaner car while my car was being serviced so I didn't experience any difficulties getting to work, which relieved a lot of stress on my end. I will definitely return in the future! Highly recommend Planet Honda for your service needs.

Planet Honda is great at customer service. The experience of dropping and picking up car is great, service attendant and service desk great. I do have a problem though after returning home not even a week after having my B1 service done, oil change, tire rotation and rear differential done. Now my tire sensor is on and won t go off. In all of the time of owning my crv this light has never came on, and since my service now it won t go off!

I'm very impressed by the improvements Plant Honda's service area has made to their customer service. I didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds before being greeted, which over the past 2 years seemed like 3-5min. Noah Karsten was extremely friendly, helpful, and showed real interest in helping me and do things quickly and efficiently. Also a big shout out to the service department for their quick work in handling issues they found during other work they were doing.

My service was so easy. Technician pulled my records to see what car needed done and then I went into the lovely waiting room - which has great coffee and snacks. The technicians texted me about additional items needing attention along with photos of them. All I had to do was approve those items and service was completed. The technician was nice and attentive.

I changed the oil in my car Land Rover Discovery Sport here 9 times in the last 5-6 years. Very excellent service and communication. Very clean dealership and great atmosphere. Excellent waiting area with snacks, coffee and water. Once, while changing the oil on my car, the mechanic forgot to connect the sensor back and my check engine light began to blink. During my next visit, the mechanic came up to me and apologizing said that he had connected the sensor back and so the Check Engine Light was no longer lit. Thank you for your honesty and humanity.

Great experience with Brad yesterday at Planet Honda. Had my car in for a number of repairs and was finished in a timely manner. Brad explained what my pressing issues were and what issues I could hold off on. I also appreciate the service video by the technician going over what needed done on my car.

I m very pleased with my first service visit at Planet Honda in Golden! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and sincere. Brad Nudell clearly explained the inspection process and results. He managed my expectations regarding costs and time to complete the necessary work, which were both very reasonable! I will definitely let them take care of my car in the future.

We had a roof rack system installed and we were very pleased with the work as well as the customer service we received. We worked with Noah and he was attentive, knowledgeable and dare I say fun to work with! We plan to come back to Planet Honda because of the great experience we had with him!

Planet completed our necessary maintenance, fixed a recall, assisted with a warranty item, and did all in a timely and professional manner. The multipoint inspection yielded two items that were necessary, and easy for me to complete at home. When I declined service for those items, I did not receive any guilt or pushy sales tactics. That was appreciated.

I scheduled a service before going on a trip. Orlenda let me know that Honda has a trip check for $29.95. She was courteous and did what was expected during my express service. However, Noah impressed me. When he checked me out, he was friendly, happy and responsive, he answered my questions and even went out of his way to help me understand the service outcomes and what tires I needed. I really appreciated his attitude and attention.

We recently moved to CO and left a fantastic dealer and I was nervous about finding one we liked here and this is it!! We ve brought our Odyssey in twice now and both times were fantastic! Both service reps were beyond helpful! I can t remember the name of the first, but Khai was the most recent and I ll definitely be coming to Planet for all our car needs with this service!

From the moment I called I could tell that customer service was a high priority for Planet Honda! They were able to schedule an appointment within a day for my concerns. Upon arriving I met with my service advisor Orlena and I knew I was in good hands! She is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, personable and more important listened to my needs and offered solutions that wouldn t cost me more money than I was able to spend. In addition great communication throughout the service process!

Service for your vehicle is only a phone call away. My A 1 6 service indicator came on, quick call and I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient to me as they are 30 miles from me. Yes, it's worth the trip to me.I was quoted a price for additional services and it was within a few dollars of what the cost was.Wonderfully stocked waiting area, coffee, water and an actual variety of tea. Usually it's a lipton and that it. Being a tea person this is always something that makes the drive and the wait more enjoyable.I'm always kept informed by the service manager and on this day was even lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. Breakfast Burritos from one of the sales guys who was spreading joy in the service area.

Where do I start. Let s get at it. What a tremendous experience. To make a long story short I had an alignment issue with my civic. Multiple trips back and forth to the alignment shop. And still ending up at square one. I should have came to planet Honda from the beginning. Life is definitely a learning experience.Brad is the gentleman who took care of me. What an incredibly intelligent and professional young man. From start to finish nothing but an outstanding experience!!! In all my years of dealing with all kinds of situations I ve never been more frustrated than with this issue with my car. Brad and the tech resolved my stressful situation just like that. I ve never ever been more happy and satisfied with the service and courtesy that planet Honda showed me!!!!I can t say enough about my unbelievably satisfying experience!!! And my problem is solved!!! This is the place to come with all of your automotive needs. Don t go anywhere else!! I have been coming to this shop for service since 2011. Never had any issues until recently. Took the car in for an oil change, to see about the defroster and if brakes were needed. When we picked up the vehicle they had only done the oil change. Being a Friends for Life customer they have always done an inspection to let me know if more things were needed. Not this time. Instead I left the shop to only have to turn back around because of a horrible noise. Turns out they did not put the car back together. They left the air filter and housing on the engine. Because my other concerns were not addressed I scheduled another appointment. This time to be told I would have to pay 400.00 to have my concerns looked at. I opted out on two of the issues and only asked to have my breaks looked at (40.00) and to have the defrost looked at (175.00). They quoted well over 800.00 for the break job and 550.00 to fix the defroster. Being we would have been out 175.00 we went ahead and had them fix the defroster. The part itself was 150.00 dollars. Found it online for 90.00. Made me really question how much they charge hourly for labor. When asked they could not give me a direct answer. I feel ripped off and the quality of their service not at the standard I have come to expect. I will continue to use them for the oil change only because the service is already paid for. Any other service I will take somewhere else they don t feel the need to over charge you for the parts and labor. They have lost this friend!

He explained everything to me and showed me where I could wait and they would keep me updated on everything. This was a very positive experience and left me with a positive feeling about this dealership and the interaction with them. I can easily recommend them for their services and attention to detail.

Got in right away for my scheduled appointment. Continuous communication on what maintenance was needed. I had had transmission fluid changed since I bought the car. So glad they brought it up. I was able to easily work in their lounge. The maintenance was done quicker than I expected. Brian was very helpful. All around notch service!

The service I received was excellent. They found the issue and resolved it promptly. Also, my service rep, Noah, was excellent and very helpful.I would have given Planet Honda a 5 star rating if it wasn t for the additional 2% service charge for using a credit card. I find it hard to believe that credit card processing fees are not already accounted for in the service charge for my vehicle. This seems to be a pure 2% profit that they re taking.

Been going to Planet Honda since we bought our Odyssey there in 2016 and they have been great at all services and recall repairs when needed. In the latest episode, had an alternator die due to some issues with the oil system. We were able to immediately drop off our vehicle via tow truck without issue. Our service associate Brad and team were quickly after it to get all the issues diagnosed and resolved plus working to ensure our service plan covered it and we were able to avoid a giant bill. We did some extra services and in all only were without our vehicle for 48hrs after initial failure.The Planet Honda service team have always been excellent. The only time I felt it was not was not up to the 5 star standard we have always experienced was during one maintenance session in 2023 when it took almost 3 days to complete a brake pad replacement. But I believe it was just a heavy load and possible staff shortage issues at that time but they were professional still and did their best so I am not upset, just noted it as a one-off anomaly. This latest experience though restored my confidence in them and ensured that we will always work with them.

I was very pleased with my experience here. They did a through multi-point inspection and provided videos and recommendations for things needed for the vehicle. They researched other databases where my car had service previously to make sure that I wasn t going to be paying more than I needed to. Overall good experience and will most likely return again.

I think that the expectation is that, when one chooses to take one s car to a dealer, one expects a higher quality of service that accompanies the (typically) higher price. Brian K was good at relaying the information from the mechanic. It seems a fine line, but I wish he would have educated me a little more. It would likely have been an up sell opportunity for Planet, as well as well as a potential safety concern for me. For example, there was a point in our phone conversation when he mentioned that the brake fluid was dark or dirty, to which I responded, I just replaced the pads a few months ago. (I was operating under the assumption that the fluid would have been changed with the pads.) After further research the following day, I found that the pads and hydraulics of the brakes could be and are likely maintained independently. I have not flushed my brake system in quite a while. The upshot is that I would have appreciated this education from the CS rep at the time, along with a the maintenance manual recommends changing the brake fluid every xx,000 miles or similar. That extra information would have helped informed my decision and made me decide to do the brake fluid maintenance while it was already in the shop. Now, I will need to bring it back at a later date. I am sure that there are many customers that are more car savvy than I, so that s why I say that the CS rep needs to walk a fine line between speaking up for education and safety sake versus not irritating the know-it-all customer.My preference? Please take the extra time and educate me about all of the proposed maintenance recommendations.

I like to take my car to this service station because they correct the problem the 1st time. They might charge more than a typical mechanic but you know very knowledgeable mechanics will be working on it.Brad was my service advisor and he did an awesome job. He communicated with the mechanic and myself very well. I had trouble getting the battery cover on when i changed out the battery myself and asked if they could do that while my car had other work done. He said no problem and the battery cover was put on for me.Nick the mechanic was great as well. He charged up my battery after fixing my starter for free since it was under warranty.

We love this dealership! We have purchased our last 4 cars here and can't say enough about the service team! They are not high pressure and make sure you have all of the information to make informed decisions when servicing your vehicle! Brian was the service agent this time but we have had several over the years and have not had a bad experience.

Service advisor was great but service manager needs to get better control of his mechanics. I saw a couple of them messing around with each other. mechanic forgot to reset oil life button or give me a new reminder for next oil change. These are basic functions that shouldn t be overlooked. Why should I pay $100 for this type of service. There is no excuse for this lack of quality control

Great experience with my car service yesterday! I love that you can make a specific appointment instead of past experiences with having to drop off the car first thing in the morning with no idea of when the car would be done. Planet Honda also has a very nice waiting area.

Amazing service here! They were able to get me in same day, with a 2 hr estimate. When I arrived, the service and logistics were superb (I'm a supply chain engineer), was able to pull my car right in, have a seat with a cappuccino from their machine, and they were done in 45 minutes!!I highly recommend them as the service and maintenance provider for your vehicle, I know where I'll always be taking my baby!
