Parts department at Planet Honda in Golden does a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get a new key and get it programmed get it programmed with a very short wait. The manager Ryan stopped by and said hello and was very helpful.

Our experience here was amazing! Neil, Henry, and John were outstanding to work with. Everyone was extremely nice, informative, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Chris Glover was extremely helpful and understanding when we lost our CR-V key and had to get it replaced just before Planet Honda closed for the night. The price was very reasonable, too. Thanks, Chris!

We had to take our 2013 Honda Accord back 3 times. We re 1st told- battery. We authorized it. The engine light came back on after we pull out. We take it back. 2nd time- told needs new spark plugs tune up that didn t work so we need fuel injectors replaced. We authorize it. They say Hopefully the other fuel injectors don t need to be replaced. They drove it out for 45 min on the highway. We pick it up, get home the engine light goes back on. 3rd time we take it back-needs the other fuel injectors. We pay $2500.00 total drive it home while driving notice a ton of pits on the windshield. I call lv msg for Mgr Juan somebody. I get a call from John Neil. I explain to him about the windshield he asked for pics. I call back and I m told it s wear n tear over time. I disagreed there were no pits or cracks when we took it to them all three times. If there were pits they would have noticed it while they inspect it while your there and it would have been pointed out. I m told they only drove out 3 times. I tell him the times it was driven out by their staff is when all the pits happened. I tell him we didn t have any pits or cracks. They will not admit to their fault. John was nice enough to check on prices willing to charge us cost. What the dealership pays. Some break and if it wasn t your fault why would you give us a break? Don t take your vehicles there they guess charge you a lot of money damage your vehicle will not make it right. John and planet Honda you can keep your windshield. I will not be returning. I ve put the word out. I work for a credit union. Go to Schomp Honda!!Noreen Martinez
