We just had our first experience with Planet Honda. Overall, it was positive. Ethan Knowles was our salesman and he was helpful through the whole process. He made sure that we got a fair value for our trade and made sure that the new car was what we needed. We never felt pressured. Ethan was very personable and knowledgeable.

Very happy with my auto purchase at Planet Honda. I was able to complete much of the paperwork at home. Comfortable, clean showroom, no pressure, easy access from Colfax Blvd. Prices and terms were easy to follow using their Shop at Home section on the website. Pricing was the best I had found in the Boulder/Denver area. Sales Consultant, Roland Mombelli was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful both online and in person. He made what from past experience can be a chore into a quick and relatively stress free purchase. Highly recommended

Buying at Planet Honda was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Service was prompt, and our advisor Maxim Shine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! There was no wiggle room on the price, but that was ok as we looked around and this vehicle pricing was very competitive and a great deal after all the searching we did. Could not be happier, and we will continue to use Planet for all of our future auto buying needs!

Thoroughly enjoyable car-buying experience! The staff at Planet Honda were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure I was making the right decision for my needs. I never felt any pressure to decide on a certain car, or within a certain timeframe. My salesman, Max, was professional, knowledgeable and engaging to chat with. He made the purchasing process smooth and simple, and made sure I had all the available information on my new (used) car. I will buy again from Planet Honda and highly recommend them.

I bought a car from Planet Honda, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The car-buying process normally fills me with a lot of anxiety, but I can genuinely say that this was stress-free.Ethan Knowles was both friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the features of a couple of different car models. There were *no* weird, high-pressure sales tactics that car dealers are notorious for. Ethan answered all of my questions, took me for a test drive, and sent me on my way with all the info I needed to make a final decision.I experienced this same kind of customer service when I actually bought the car. Right out of the gate, I was offered a deal that was exactly what I was looking for (and, in some ways, better than I thought I d be able to argue for). Both Ethan and Nikolas in finance took the time to explain all available warranties, making sure I got something that would actually be useful to me since I live further away from this dealership. There was no exhausting negotiation - I signed a fair deal, had a lovely chat while they finished cleaning snow off my car, and drove away with a new CRV.I ve never been in a situation where I d recommend a car dealership to anyone. But here we are. If you need a new car, buy a Honda and get it here. You won t regret it.

The five stars are for the salesperson Jeffrey. He was great helping us during our many visits deciding on our vehicle and assisting us through the purchasing process. However the rest of our purchasing experience was less than perfect. The Manager offered an extremely low trade-in value for our trade, and he would not negotiate the offer. We actually left during the purchasing process and came back after receiving over $2K above his offer from a dealer down the street. This caused us to loose the trade-in tax advantage, though we still ended up financially ahead. The finance experience was also less than perfect. The finance manager appeared upset and even outwardly disagreed with me on their windshield replacement package versus our insurance glass policy. I believe he may have been irritatedbecause we declined all of the "extra" packages that were offered. Though he was pleasent and polite by the end of our process. We also had an odd rattling sound in our new vehicle and our entire service department experience was great and our issue was fixed promptly. Brandon our service advisor and the whole service department also deserves the five stars. Overall we had a good experience, but from my perspective some of the process could have gone better.

Just fine . . nothing terrible, but nothing extraordinary. If I could give a 3.5 I would - but not sure as low as 3 so . . you got a bonus half star.Went in for service (first time) - went in because of the high ratings and distance to get (relatively close) and although everyone was nice, it was more expensive than it would have been at other dealerships (I asked about coupons for service - they only had a couple online, and later compared to other dealerships I've had service at). Service was done quick, and the advisor was nice enough. They also did attempt to upsell me on service, that I later checked with another dealership, that I did not need (had this service done already less than a year ago). Would have also been nice to have a quick wash for spending over $150 - just a nice touch.Unless I get a coupon for some screaming deal, I don't think I'll be back.

Jeff was awesome to work with. Jeff listened to our concerns and what we were looking for and went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle. We are so pleased with the CRV that we purchased. The Planet Honda Team took the time to explain each step of the process and were sensitive to our time constraints. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Great experience!

The sales department was super friendly, chill and communicative. I have no qualms about the woman I worked with in that department. She was great.When it came time to sign all the papers, I declined an extra coverage policy, and I was asked not once, but 5 times if I was sure I wanted to decline. The finance representative even said at one point, wow I m really surprised, most people go for that, are you really sure? And it made me feel very uncomfortable. Almost gaslighting in the sense that I was alone as a woman, at the time the dealership was closing for the night, and feeling pressured to agree to something I knew I didn t want to agree to.Then following the financing and picking up my car the next day, I noticed a large chip in the windshield and a smaller one that I had not observed on the two instances of visiting and viewing the vehicle in the two days prior to that, to include my test drive. When I asked about it, they insisted it was always there and that they had planned to get it fixed the day after I drove off the lot with the vehicle. They did end up paying for the repair, but the communication was much slower than I d experienced before. The windshield passed the 182 point inspection the dealership boasted about when I purchased the vehicle yet it had two noticeable cracks in it. This made me wonder what else about the vehicle passed their inspection.Again, the sales woman I worked with was lovely. However, I will not do business with this dealership again.

I have only very good marks for everything, except that I have to do it on my tiny little iPhone.The second I got out of the rental I came in, and saw what was clearly what was my new used Civic, I was thrilled! It was as if the Civic I totaled (I could write a about that month), had been given the world s greatest makeover. I knew I had made the right choice.Liam Bronco was a fine mate for the hours the transaction took, never a dull moment.I would like to add this. When I saw Planet Honda being built in 1987, I knew it would be where my first new car would be bought. 37 years later I have bought my 6th.Thank you and good night, JL

I might give you 3 stars or 4 stars. Hear me out. Drove 2.5 hours to buy a 2020 Subaru Sti but had some complication with purchasing due to negative equity with trade in. So i decided to drive back home and come back later to find out that my father told Jeremy finance department that i don't have a job. I do own a business with my father so i have shared profit with him and i took a month break off to look for a dream car. My father doesn't speak english so well which I think he ment to say is i'm on break rather than i don't work.I came back a day later to be told by Jeremy that he will report me to federal authority for lying. Felt like i was a criminal and I'm Korean. I showed proof that i was working by showing my google business account and my pay check. He wanted W2 form that i sent out recently.I was forced back home and drove 2.5 hours back just to find out again that they brought in another better STI. I tried to purchase again but he sayed I'm red flagged and needed evidence that I work. Drove 10 hours total back and forth to find my work evidence not sufficiant enough.I lost 2 good Subaru STI that day and never felt this level of depression and comedy.Front desk lady is nice. Ill give you that. Taking my father word literally to reject me for multiple effort i put into is a good way to put me into depression.Thank you.Young(Mikie) YooPs... I bought 19 STI Limited a month after this incident. My luck is bad. Bought a used mint deceiving STI that left me stranded, Towed it for $175, Repair bill came in $3,000 (Turbo and leak) right after I purchased it. 100% StockThank god for 2 month of powertrain warranty i have left since it's 2019 model.You guys low key stole all my clean limited STI from the Auction lot. Just kidding. You all stay safe, stay positive and have a awesome day!

I had a wonderful experience with Trava in sales and Nick in finance. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient during the process. We had a great experience with Planet Honda. We wanted a specific vehicle that was not readily available. Ashley was our sales rep. She was thorough in making sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted and she kept us informed as to the vehicle status. We were happy that the vehicle came in earlier than expected. The vehicle price was fair and better than anywhere else we looked. The sales process was simple and not onerous. We were in and out in a few hours, no hassles and no haggles. Even the financing process was low stress. We are very happy with our vehicle and satisfied with the entire experience. We would most assuredly recommend Planet Honda to anyone.

I was in need of a new car. I test drove the Honda CV-R at one Honda dealership and I ended up buying one at Planet Honda. I had the best and easiest time buying a car. No hassles, no pressure to buy the car or extra packages, no attitude from anyone. This is the smoothest I have ever bought a car. I would definitely recommend Planet Honda and our sales guy Max Shine. He rocks and was a superstar. So go to Golden, CO to Planet Honda and ask for Max.

I worked with Jeff at Honda on finding a car that fits my family s needs. He showed me 3 Pilots and was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me about leases and buying options for 3 different models. When he took me for a test drive, he continued to show me all of the features on the car and was friendly, professional, and kind. I do not know a lot about buying or leasing cars, so he was patient with me and made sure I left the dealership with enough info before making any decisions.Jeff continued to respond to texts, calls, and emails over the next few days and was very prompt in his responses. I really appreciated working with Jeff and I would work with him again in an heartbeat. I 100% recommend Jeff to anyone interested in buying a Honda!

We had a great experience buying our new Honda. Since we had to order it, our Sales Consultant Maxim Shine kept us in the loop of what was going on over the time we had to wait. When we got the Pilot, Maxim helped us understand the paperwork and helped us with what we needed to know about the car. Nikolas Smith was very helpful with the money paperwork. We recommend Planet Honda highly.

We started out at a Toyota dealership and they only had 1 of the vehicles we were interested in, in stock and another family had taken it for a test drive. While we waited for them to return, we decided to go to Planet Honda. From the time we arrived, we had a great experience! We had the pleasure of working with Max, (the sales rep). He was very attentive, listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was VERY knowledgeable and friendly! We went on a test drive with him and he explained and answered all our questions. We were impressed that they only had 1 test drive vehicle for each model so it wouldn't put unnecessary mileage on the vehicles for purchase. When we returned, we made the decision to purchase! We met with the fiance manager, and he made signing the paperwork just as enjoyable.

Max Shine and all the others did a wonderful job showing the cars, financial, to paper signing. One of the easiest times I have had buying a car. We had gone to and contacted a few other dealerships, but Planet Honda had a wider selection of vehicles and did not try to keep upsellng a vehicle I didn't want or couldn't afford. He listened to us and showed us models with trims we asked about. Their staff didn't have us walk the parking lot for long to see if we needed help.Had been to a few dealerships where they never came out, went to sales floor and never got asked for help, asked for help didn't tell us be one second and never came back.Max and the staff at Planet Honda did such a great job we ended up buying two new vehicles.Thank you,Marcus Garcia
