Most incredible customer service I've received by an auto parts store in Golden. I, me, had an issue with online ordering. The STORE resolved the issue. No arguing, no fighting. Just took care of the customer. INCREDIBLE. Will be sticking with this place for awhile.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff and fair variety of products with competitive pricing. This is the auto parts store that has been along here the longest. Two more have moved close by recently but I am loyal to this one.

Andrew was awesome. My battery light came on and I wasn't sure if we were going to make it back home. He tested the battery, found out it was my alternator, found me one near by my house and brought my battery in to charge up just to make sure I could get home. He did it all while making us laugh and seemed to genuinely want to help. Thanks again Andrew, today sucked but you made it a lot better

Woke up this morning my battery in my jeep was dead got a jump from a neighbor drove to O'Reilly's and a wonderful gentleman help me get and install a new battery I will never go to any other auto parts store .I will be recommending this place to everyone I know you guys are awsome.

I was having car troubles and couldn t get any help elsewhere. Mark an Drew were amazing they offered to help fix my problem an were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend them they have awesome customer service and the store is overall great !!!

They didn't have what we needed, which is fine, except their website sucks. It says they have products in stock but there's no way to filter manual or automatic transmission products which results in a huge waste of time.

My motorcycle broke down and I needed to replace my battery. I walked in and was greater by Daniel. Very friendly and helpful guy. I ve been coming here for almost 20years and will continue to come in. Keep up the great job Daniel!!

I needed a service engine code checked after my XTerra's dashboard lit up. I was 4 hours from home and feeling pretty desperate. They checked the code, loaned me tools to check my fluids and did it all with a great spirit of service. I highly recommend them. They came through for me in a pinch!

The customer service here is outstanding! Especially Andrew, who went above and beyond helping us and giving advice when I got an engine overheating light on my car. I wish everyone in customer service was like Andrew!!

I believe the associates name was Tyler but a couple days ago after work my car gave off a brake light lamp fault. Ran over real quick to replace the bulbs. Even though it was freezing cold outside Tyler came out to help me when I ran into issues and asked for help and he changed it. Great guy and Great service!

They are pretty friendly, and knowledgeable(depending on who you talk to). Some of the staff seem a bit off putting. However, I called to urgently get parts ordered for my car while they had about 6 or 7 minutes until closing, so I figured I'd be alright. When I called, someone answered and then almost immediately hung up on me in just enough time for me to here the person take a breath. I immediately called back and no-one answered. Then I called back a 3rd time and no-one answered. I needed to order the parts quite urgently, so I'm a little disappointed seeing as how I consider myself quite loyal customer to the location.Other than that, if they don't have the part you're looking for, then they can usually order it in a decent amount of time. I live in the area, and they're usually my go-to for parts, which is why I thought I'd be able to count on them in a pinch..

Called ahead, they had the headlight I needed (@3 price points)!Arrived and picked it up from Lincoln at the front desk. He helped me install it and I was outta there in ten minutes.Thanks for your help!

I just bought a windshield wiper from Andrew. Not only did he confirm I had picked out the right one, He installed it as well! All with a smile! Great customer service!!

Went in to make a purchase for prizes for a non profit organization I work for and the manager was on a personal call which lasted 10 minutes while the associate and I waited for her to finish. Very rude. Did not seem like she was very excited about her job and kept brushing off the associate trying to hurry her. When she finally got off her personal call which included a lot of laughing and happiness she turned to us and gave us the run around about why we could not make the purchase without a purchase order which is not required. When tried to explain this she got hostile and talked down to me as if I didn t understand how it worked. On my way out she stopped me and continued to try to argue with me. I feel sorry for the associate who has to work with this manager. They were not wearing name tags so I could not get names. This was in golden location around 11AM March the 18tb

These guys are straight shooters, I value their opinions and love to get advice from them on my car situation (whatever that may be). The only downside was that they referred me to someone who said he will not help me because I didn't buy my car from him, and I bought a jump starter kit that one of the employees later said wasn't powerful enough for my car. Nonetheless I got a new car and that kit is plenty powerful for the new one.

Says open at 9am, go to get fuel filter while traveling through at 910. Doors locked, no one in site. Went across the street tAuto Zone.

Very helpful with anything you need. I needed help putting oil in my vehicle and young man Ruel came out and put it in for me, very polite and helpful information about my hood that won't stay up. Thanks for having such a great employee.

I have been in here a few times, both in desperate need of windshield wiper assistance. There was limited staff in today, with a long line. Both gentlemen helped with picking out the most suitable wiper blade, AND took the time to install them in cold/frozen weather. Thank you to this Golen, CO team!

Been coming here for years, always gotten good customer service but their new hire Austin displays amazing customer service, not only went out of his way to install my battery (with his own tools)but also refilled my wiper fluid, Austin is one of the hardest working employees I have seen at this Oreilys in the past 3 years overall their their staff is great but Austin stands out with his amazing customer service skills, I can t wait to see what Austin has to offer in the future

Drove 20 minutes because their website said free headlight installation, bought one of the nicest pairs they had and was promptly told sorry we don t do that. Terrible customer service

What an Incredibly rude Manager and employees. I have not had someone be so rude to me out of the 12 O'Reilly's locations (I have been frequently shopping at over the last 15+ years) Highly suggest not going to this golden location. Other employees also being rude and not very knowledgeable. Go to the Advanced auto off of Wadsworth or the AutoZone North of 76th on federal if you want the big warehouse parts stores that have a much much better selection. Highest prices with the worst selection and service? No thank you!

I have a business charge account with O'Reilly. The last 3 weeks I have made 2 trips to the Golden O'Reilly store. I had a list each time of what I needed. Same guy helped me both times. Nice kid but should not be working at a auto parts store. Been around cars my whole life (50 plus years).1st trip The kid had a terrible time finding a set of spark plugs for a Ford 289. Had to explain that Ford made the Galaxy (thats the car the engine came out of). After a considerable amount of time of him searching the computer the best he could come up with was a set of peanut plugs for a small block Chevy. and he tried o sell them to me. He was sure they would fit the Ford engine. I know the difference between a Chevy spark plug and a Ford spark plug, and they do not interchange. He couldn't find the AC oil filter I wanted. I didn't want to confuse the poor kid any more so I just went up the street to Advance Auto with my list and got everything I needed.2nd trip earlier this week I went in with another list and I got stuck with the same kid. Well we couldn't get past the first 2 items on my list. 2 preformed 90 degree radiator hoses one 1 1/2" the other 1 3/4" he insisted I give him a make and model of the car I needed them for so he could look them up. I knew then I was in trouble. The car I was working on was a Ford Pinto with a 289 (4.7 Liter) you will not find anything that fits V8 Pinto in their computer base. I asked if he couldn't just pull them from stock or at least look to see if they had hoses like what I had described. He would not and his manager said the same thing. They needed the make and model to look up the part number. I said fine it a 74 Pinto with a 4.7 liter. He told me his computer didn't list a Pinto with a 4.7... All auto parts stores have a large selection of radiator hoses. Him and his manager insisted they needed a make and model to look up the hoses. I said thanks took my list and went back up the street to Advanced Auto Parts and got everything on my list including the radiator hoses I needed.Those 2 trips alone I spent over $1100 dollars at O'Reilly's competitors. I have a few more things to pick up this one project. You can bet I will not be wasting anymore of my time and causing myself anymore aggravation at O'Reilly's Golden location.
