Straight forward people. Easy to work with. Got my old 1986 turbo diesel running again. Sorry I didn't get a photo of it at their shop, still this is my rig.

I was 2000 miles from home on my first cross country adventure with my brand new Sprinter when it began to throw some engine codes and go into limp mode. I managed to make it to Denver and called the local Mercedes dealership.They couldn't fit me in for months even though the van had less than 2000 miles on it and I was on a tight itinerary. In desperation I called LinDen and was greeted by Dennis. I explained to him my problem and he readily agreed to help me even though I wasn't a local and was just passing through. A couple of days later the van was at his shop. A quick and accurate diagnosis was made and repairs were underway immediately. Now I'm back on the road and the van is running perfectly. I'm rather disappointed in Mercedes but delighted with Dennis and his crew. I'm so lucky to have found them.Service: Engine repair

If you need professionals who are able to diagnose your Mercedes Sprinter, this is the shop you would want to go to. I met Dennis, Devlin, Armando, and Scottie, and others (sorry I didn't get all the names) and they are all very professional and at the same time, very personable. This is truly a local family business. I felt welcome once I stepped out of my Sprinter. Oh, and Dennis conversed with me in Spanish. Eso lo disfrut� mucho, gracias!They took the van for a test drive and diagnosed the problem in no time. That was quick. Technically, in kids words, the engine couldn't breath properly. It was a problem other shops weren't able to diagnose and that was happening for about 6 months. Dennis, Devlin and company are very knowledgeable about Sprinter vans.Thank you very much, guys! I'm so glad I found you!

Lin Den employees are the nicest and most knowledgeable/experienced for Sprinter issues. SCOTTY is awesome and puts you at ease after having our unit towed to their shop. Devlin is also awesome. He spends time to help us to understand the issues we were having with the van and made us feel so much better . The team at LinDen know all the details of servicing sprinter vans and take great care in being sure customers understand what has been done and why. They ve not only done oil change service for us, but also trouble shooting of check engine codes, fixed the rear axle that was out of alignment from the factory, and advised us on what to do with different warranty and maintenance items. They are diligent and professional, plus personable.Service: Oil change

I've driven a Landrover for 17 years and used a different repair shop in Denver. The difference between that shop and LinDen is night and day. LinDen did an incredible service on my truck for a third of the price that I was quoted elsewhere. That's a huge difference when the difference is $4000 as opposed to $12,000. Additionally, everyone in the shop was responsive, kind, and answered all of my questions. I will never take my Landrover to anyone else. After many years of going from one problem to another, many caused by the repair facilities themselves, we had about given up on our 2005 Sprinter. My husband found LinDen on a Sprinter forum and we made an appointment to travel 800 miles to have the van looked at (it took 3 months to get an appt). Voila!!! 3 days later the van was fixed, all was explained to us in an understandable manner and we returned to Arizona in October of 2022 with a perfectly running van. Fast forward to April 2023 and all is still running perfectly. As an aside, our local Mercedes dealership gave up on our van and told us to just take it home after having it for 3 months and giving us a free rental car for that time period. Hmmmm. I called about concerns over my T1N sprinter while road-tripping across the country. The folks at LinDen checked my vehicle out at 9am, gave me a few helpful pointers, and let me know that I could fix the issues once I arrived at my destination rather than panic. By 10am they had sent me on my way and didn t charge me anything for the diagnostics with the code scanner or mechanics time. Couldn t have come at a better time. And the mechanics clearly knew their sprinters. I ll definitely make it a priority to stop in for future work because I frequent Colorado quite often.

Dennis, Devlin, Scottie and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, helpful, do quality work, and it feels like family when walking into your shop. Despite two MB dealers being closer to where I live, I take my van to LinDen feeling confidently you will fix it the first time and charge a fair price to do it. First before you read this review, take a look at their replies to other negative reviews and ask yourself "Do I really want to put up with this snide defensive attitude if things do go wrong with them?" What others have experience in a negative way, IS FACT!I took my Range Rover in for repairs/quote. After dropping it off at their requested time, I waited, and waited, and waited. They never even looked at it until I told them I was picking it up. They diagnosed it a rattling heat shield. I did not agree so I took it to another shop who showed be a leak in the exhaust manifold.

After an extremely negative experience at a different auto shop that will remain nameless, I was extremely apprehensive as I took my 2003 Sprinter into LinDen auto for a whole laundry list of fixes. My concern was taken care during our first phone call. These guys clearly know diesel vehicles like nobody else and are honest and upfront about your options when it comes to repairs. Their prices can be steep, but you can rest assured, whatever you need done, they ll be able to take care of it competently and efficiently.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Went there to talk shop regarding T1N Sprinters. I'll never forget the interactions, especially with Dennis. I trust them. Most interesting shop I've been to yet, and that's a good thing. There's a younger T1N specialist I met there that impressed me, the knowledge spoken there will make you sit and listen. My favorite part was seeing all the cardboard boxes that once housed Bilstein shocks/struts.

We wanted to leave a good review to Dennis and his shop because they really deserve it. They fixed a problem we had for over a year that nobody, except them, was able to repair. We have been travelling the whole country with our Imported Italian Sprinter Van. We had to deal with a glow plug issue. A previous mechanic snapped one trying to change it. We travelled Canada and the US hoping to find a good mechanic with experience in removing a broken glow plug without taking the cylinder head and asking for 2000$. With a good amount of luck, we found Dennis and his shop. We found him online and from what we were reading, he had experience with this issue, especially with Sprinter. We were driving by, so we decided to stop there and give it a try. Dennis helped us right away, he was really friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He removed the snapped glow plug in no time. Other mechanics thought that our probem was gonna be really hard and expensive to fix but he managed to solve it right away at a very reasonable price. Thanks again for everything Dennis. Our Sprinter is now enjoying the US better than ever.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Linden Engineering is the top Sprinter repair shop in the country. The Denver area Mercedes dealerships even referred his shop to me for issues they could not diagnose. The owner Dennis takes his time to help others for free as a Sprinter expert in the online repair forums. That altruism comes through when visiting in person for repairs as well. I don't trust my Sprinters to anyone else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The place to go with Sprinter issues. We were traveling from the east coast and had an issue with our Sprinter RV. They were able to diagnose our issue, fix it, and get us back on the road in no time. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have had several repairs done at LinDen and my rating is based solely on their ability to repair Mercedes Sprinters. If you want complimentary gummy bears and scones, a pleasant waiting room, and a loaner vehicle, this is not the place for you. If you want a top 5% sprinter mechanic in North America, then this is the place. They are a very busy shop and you may have to wait to get in, but it is worth the wait. It s never fun spending money to fix your van, and they could do a better job of communicating with the customer, but you won t find more skilled mechanics. Bottom line; if you want your van fixed right at a good price LinDen will get it done. They will get you back on the road and where you want to be with confidence.

If you have a Sprinter this is the only place you should consider taking your van to. These guys are amazing and they know these complicated vans inside and out. I m so grateful they fit me in. They quickly solved a problem I ve been having for over a year that no other mechanic could figure out. After lots of research, I found LinDen Automotive. Dennis and his crew were amazing! The list of services provided didn't include performing small/large miracles! In fact, that is exactly what they did! As the original owner of a 2003 Discovery, I had put many miles on it and created wonderful memories with my family in that vehicle. The engine blew up and the car sat for 7 years. The decision to repair it or let it go wasn't easy. Also, cost played a strong role. Thanks to LinDen, this very special vehicle is now operational and new memories are already being created again. I can't thank Dennis and everyone at LinDen enough! They were honest, reasonable, patient (especially with me!) and patient with the ridiculous wait associated with getting parts. What they delivered was literally a miracle and I and my family are so very grateful! If you're considering repair work on your vehicle...specifically, a Land Rover, your best choice and solution is to call Dennis at LinDen. I'm grateful I did!!!Service: Engine repair

Linden Auto was one of the best mechanic experiences I have ever had. I made an appointment to get some broken glow plugs extracted out of my sprinter van and from the first phone call to set up the appointment the service was fast, friendly, and honest. These guys really know what they are doing. I had taken the van to several other mechanics first and it was a nightmare and no one seemed to want to deal with the problem that needed to be fixed on my van. The guys at linden kept me updated with txt messages and phone calls frequently on the progress on the repair and kept me in the loop about pricing the entire time. The service was extremely fast considering how complicated the repairs were and I was back on the road in about a week. I was extremely happy with how Personable and friendly the staff were and could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for the incredible service. I purchased a used 1999 LR Disco II earlier this year knowing it needed some work, so I scheduled an appointment with a shop that specialized in foreign vehicles. They immediately referred me to LinDen after doing a cursory inspection and killing the 3 Amigos lights. After calling LinDen, got my service scheduled and brought the vehicle in with a list of all the items that needed (in my opinion) to be done.Dennis called me the next day with his take on my list after his assessment and his recommendations. You can tell he has expansive LR experience and passion for his trade. I spent a lot of time on LR forums and YouTube looking at all the good and bad about this vehicle since I bought it and Dennis talked me out of doing some work as he felt it was not necessary and explained, in detail, why and suggested some items I did not feel were required. It ended up being a net savings regardless.Picked the LR this evening and was driving down the highway at 80 MPH (something I was scared to do with a newish vehicle to me that has 150K miles on it) on the way home. All the issues are remediated, and it runs great. My son will appreciate it.Yes, it does take time to get into the shop and they are competitively priced. Dennis took the time pre and post service to go over everything in detail and even answered all my questions that had nothing to do with the service I brought the LR in for. Dennis is absolutely amazing. We discussed the challenges i was having with my Sprinter and his concerns with the parts i had recently put in to remedy the problem without success. He quickly sent me out the specific parts he recommended and they solved the issue. Although I had purchased from a well known/respected Sprinter parts supplier in California, they failed to recognize that the part they sent looks the same but behaves differently. I only wish I lived in Colorado so that I could utilize LinDen for services when I need them.

I can't say enough great things about this business!! We were traveling long distance in our Sprinter van and had a light come on that could not be ignored. We called around and at one point LinDen Automotive was suggested to us by someone who wasn't able to help us. What an absolute goldmine this information was!! We called and Scottie encouraged us to come over right away so they could get us fixed up and back on the road again. Everyone was absolutely amazing!! It took them a quick second to look under the hood and diagnosis our problem. They immediately got to work and had us back on the road 3 hours later!! Not only were we fixed up quickly, but they are incredibly reasonable!!! We highly recommend servicing your Sprinter here!!! LOVE LinDen Automotive!!

I had a B Service done on my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter. All details of the service were explained to me and an estimate was provided for my company. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable on all the makes and models they service.After leaving LinDen I headed to the East coast confident that the work was done right. This place is a must for anyone who owns a Land/Range Rover or Mercedes Sprinter and wants reliable quality service at a fair price.

I am not one to write a bad review on a place even when a business deserves it. And the thing is, Linden automotive as a whole business does not deserve a 1 star. The reason I am giving this business 1 star is because of the woman who runs the front desk she took offense to absolutely everything I ever said to her. I would ask a simple question and she would speak to me as if I was a child. Dennis the actual owner of the business was informative and helpful. But it was hard to see that when the front desk was run by an overly offended, aggressive, unaccommodating person...Service: Auto battery maintenance

MOST EXPENSIVE SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I have had my van serviced all around the county while traveling at shops that specialize in van repair and this place is notably more expensive. They know what they are doing and they charge for it. $800 for a standard filters and oil service. I needed glow plugs and they wanted $900 and wouldn t use my new in box glow plugs I already had (first shop I ve been to that wouldn t use new parts I ve already had)(none were broken off, I understand the extra cost to remove broken plugs.) Went to harbor freight for a few tools and watched a few YouTube videos changed them all in under 1hr no problem for nearly 1/7th of the quote. I do not recommend coming here for regular maintenance unless you got money to burn. If you have more involved problems and are in a pinch they will get the job done if you don t mind waiting a month for an appointment.

Took my Range Rover in last October because my break dash light was on. They told me I needed front breaks, that there was only 1mm pad left in front and the back breaks were getting low...only 3mm. $2000...and they were super rude, their communication prosses had much to be desired and the place was dirty chaos...I decline the repairs.Fast forward 500 miles and 7 months later I take it somewhere else. The front breaks are fine at 10mm. The back breaks are fine at 5mm. The break sensor on the back is broke and needs replaced for $85. Not sure how you grow break pads, it must be a miracle!I have the print out given to me when I left that day. It specifies the brake pads.

LinDen was phenomenal and helped saved me when I was half way across the country. Went to a Mercedes dealership with my sprinter and they told me I needed a turbo replacement for 5-6k, took it to LinDen and fixed all my issues for less than 1k.They know sprinters inside and out. Highly recommended.

I've been twice for semi-routine maintenance on a 2005 Sprinter 3500. These guys know their stuff and saved me a lot of money. The knowledge staff (shout out to Devlin!) accurately pinpointed potential future problem areas, allowing me to have them repaired in the comfort of a shop before any breakdown could occur. They are by the book and orderly about their work - if I were to have major repairs done, it's worth the trip out to have their expert team do them.
