We had issues from start to finish with the service, transparency, and repairs. My initial estimate and correspondence was with Chris who was friendly and talked through the estimate with me point by point as well as offered to touch up a few small scratches on our back panel free of charge. Our good experience essentially stopped there. When I went to set up an appointment to bring the car in for repairs, I was told on the phone by another gentleman to bring the car in the following Thursday morning (no specific time). When we arrived that day to drop the car off, there was no record of my conversation with Chris or our appointment to drop off the car. We were then informed that Chris was no longer with the company and that there were many personnel changes happening. Brianna at the front desk was as helpful as she could be with the little to no information she had on our case. We were tempted to take the car elsewhere but Brianna reassured us that the repairs could be done based on the estimate given and they would try to honor my conversation with Chris regarding the free touch up. Kaizen ended up having our car for a month rather than the 1-2 weeks initially discussed. Some of the delay was due to the restaurant that was paying for our repairs not being very responsive (a valet had scratched/ cracked our bumper), however I was constantly stuck in the middle which shouldn t have been the case. Almost every time I called for an update no one was there to answer the phone and my messages were not returned for days if at all. Our replacement bumper was somehow misplaced and had to be re-ordered, setting the timeline back even further. This was not communicated to us until after I called 3 times in one week to get an update. We were also quoted over $1700 additional to replace one headlight, which we cost compared to many other places and was a significantly higher price at Kaizen, making us feel taken advantage of. We declined the headlight replacement so the repair team did at least attempt to seal the cracked headlight to try to make up for some of the other issues. The repairs look decent, though there are some paint drips/buildup on the bumper near where the car s sensors are. We decided not even to point it out because we didn t want to keep our car there any longer and have to open new issues, however minor. We can understand that they were trying to keep up while being short staffed, but unfortunately the overall experience and lack of transparency will prevent us from becoming repeat customers.

The staff at Kaizen Collision was wonderful to work with. My vehicle skylight was leaking & they were very transparent with what the problem was & how they would address the issue. A new seal was installed and the entire process was smooth, starting with my initial phone call speaking with Charlie, setting up the appointment and getting the job done. Overall, a great company to work with.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***This place is absolutely terrible. They were awful at communicating and kept our vehicle for over a month. We called and called to try and get updates but never got a response. I finally had to go back to get an update and to finally get some movement on the repairs.Repairs are obvious and the vehicle does not look new.They also refused to take care of the extra rental days that were required because they sat on the vehicle and did nothing.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your vehicle repaired.

I had the best customer service here, Communication was on point and i loved it! I really also loved that they work well with enterprise, I got my rental their and was even able to leave it their instead of taking it to enterprise! They did great work on my car it looked brand new definitely recommend coming here if your looking for great service done to your vehicle it was pricey but worth every penny.

They did a great job repairing our car although it took a little while and communication wasn't perfect but everyone there is friendly and they really know what they're doing. We will use them again though we hopefully won't need them for a while!

The work on my car was great! Looks beautiful and like nothing ever happened to it.However the communication isn t the best and could be improved on. They did an amazing job! From the initial contact to the finished product. Their level of customer service is rare to see these days but they are a 5Star organization. They made every effort to get me in as quickly as possible. Once it was in I received weekly updates. My car looks brand new again!! The company was good to make repairs as I was out of the country. They worked directly with the insurance company so it was quite easy for me. All repairs were made except for a minor molding clip - but I attribute it to a change of personnel and the clip was not communicated. - Good company to work with.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The employees were super friendly and always helpful with everything. They made sure I was happy and pleased with my vehicle during and after the repairs. I had a great experience using Kaizen. I scraped my truck along a fence and needed the rear door replaced and part of my truck bed repaired. I dropped it off on July 15th and it was completed by August 18th. Nikki the front desk girl is wonderful! Seriously give that girl a raise! She gave me weekly updates and communicated when delays happened. I'd highly recommend this place for your autobody issues.

Tried to get an estimate and had no luck. Had an appt, they took pictures of my vehicle and nothing. I even followed up a couple times and still no response. Had to go to another shop, which got me in and provided an estimate in less than 15 mins. Thank you for wasting my time.

I had a great experience with Kaizen Collision Center. I had some small blemishes in the paint of my new vehicle and called Kaizen to see if they could help. I was able to set an appointment the following week and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to take care of the blemishes on the spot by polishing and buffing them out - free of charge no less! I am extremely grateful for their service and how well they took care of me. I will definitely be going back for any auto body repair needs!

The staff at Mahnke Autobody continue to provide exceptional service and quality work! I have taken my cars to them three times for hail damage repair and they are super knowledgeable, friendly, VERY TIMELY, excellent at communicating and keeping me posted on the status, flexible with scheduling and so reasonably priced. I will continue to patronize this business because not only are they trustworthy and stand by their final product, they are really, really good people to do business with. My car was in for a crumpled fender. After 3 months of waiting, they returned the car with a main computer disconnected, built in radar detector destroyed, and no front end alignment that they promised After another week, they aligned 1 front wheel and returned the car to me. They could not fix the cables that THEY disconnected, now it's going to the dealer so I can pay to have the car repaired properly. And repair the radar detector myself.Never again.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely not! I do not recommend this place, worst experience through auto claim repair. I think the more they don't fix the more State Farm recommends them. Total insurance co-op scam. Still working through the nightmare! Fighting to get a tire sensor repaired as they wanted to claim it was "maintenance", I explained it wasn't broken before the vehicle left the road, as well as scratches in my headlight from a bar wire fence.. again I'm having to track down the other parties ticket in order to prove these things are part of my claim. Unreal. I also had to ask for my estimate no less than six times before receiving it and it still obviously didn't include everything it needed to. Replaced my push bar crooked, the owner tried to blame it on the parts not being custom but it had designated holes, is all they needed to do was line them up, sloppy work.

Avoid this place! I took my car here after a collision under a State Farm claim. They took over a week to send the estimate to state farm, while insisting that they had sent it. After finally sending the estimate, they told me that the wait time on repairs was until December (this was in September). They do not seem to have either the staff or resources to give good service, and I would never trust them with my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I just can't recommend Mahnke enough. I got a car that was professionally delivered to me significantly damaged in November. With the current major inventory difficulty I had to get the car fixed. Mahnke's team were so warm and helpful and genuinely concerned about my situation. With the challenge of insurance (delivery driver's insurance then to my insurance) my car was at Mahnke for 3 months. They never complained about babysitting my car and provided me with regular updates. Once insurance was clearing they did the work they could as the insurance approved to ensure I'd get my car back as soon as possible. I got my car back last week and couldn't be happier. You would never know there was any damage to the vehicle. With stellar communication, service, and craftsmanship means if I ever need body work again I will go here again, no second thoughts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

In late July, 2022, I was involved in a collision where the right front fender and wheel suspension were damaged. The other driver was at fault. I had used Mehnke Collosion prior to Kaizen purchasing the company. I had always had great service with Mehnke. I was told that because this was an insurance issue, that the repairs would take a little longer, perhaps 6 weeks. The insurance company would pay for a rental for that time so I get to and from work. As we approached the 5 week mark, Kaizen said it would be another 2-3 weeks before they could finish. The insurance company extended my rental for that time. Then at the 9 week mark, Kaizen said it would not be ready for a while not saying how long that while would be. The rental I had was a 2 wheel drive, i live in the mountains and needed a AWD or 4 wheel drive as a major snow storm was approaching. This was now November 2022 the Insurance company would no longer support a vehicle for me to drive, so I have to pay out of pocket for a AWD car. I pressed Kaizen to get the repairs complete as it had been a very long time in the shop. I needed my car back. Kaizen assured me that they would complete the repairs and everything would be great. I got the car back and all looked good. Until I drove it for a day. All the codes for AWD, anti slip, etc went off. The car no longer had AWD as it had before, the right front wheel suspension was not working, the car vibrated violently as I drove it. I returned it to the shop and again had to purchase a rental car while Kaizen fixed the problems. They returned the car after another 9 days. The right front suspension was still not working, all the warning codes were back and the car became dangerous to drive. I had to take it to the Acura dealership where I purchased it and have them fix all the issues. Kaizen only aligned one wheel, throwing the car out of balance and ruining both front tires, which I had to replace. The front suspension was not fixed, the sensors for the anti slip and AWD were disconnected and not in place, and a slew of other issues. After paying Kaizen $2600.00, I had to spend another $1700 with the dealership to Fix the issues, not to mention the almost $900 I incurred from the rental cars. I submitted the bills for the rentals to Kaizen, asking for reimbursement as the rentals were due to their delays and inability to fix the car correctly. They said that they would take a look and get back to me. They never called or emailed. I have contacted my attorney to recover my money and other expenses. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They simply do not care. I called repeatedly to get updates on my vehicle, to no avail. The changed personnel and no one had a clue as to what was going on with my repairs. I am amazed that they are still in business. Their customer service is non-existent! BEWARE IF YOU USE THEM .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service. Such a nightmare to deal with. Rude, uncoordinated, and unresponsive communication. The toyota dealership recommended I take my car here. Their quote kept changing without explanation (when they found out insurance was paying) and at the end they refused to return my car without having me pay out of pocket. Would not communicate with the insurance company and threatened to charge storage fees for days my car was stuck their while I tried to sort out the insurance payments (which kept changing based on Kaizen s estimates ). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. Just a note: I was not responsible for the accident, someone backed into me in a parking lot and their insurance was covering the damage. The estimate started at $2200 and ended up at $3800.

Soooo a box truck backed into my car. My entire rear windshield is gone and I knew there was damage to my plastic door panel on the inside of my trunk. Kaizen saw damage that I didn t even catch! There s dents in my lift gate!! They have a good eye! They also removed my homemade job (lol, trash bag and packing tape) to cover my rear window. They pulled my car in their garage and in less than 10 minutes put professional plastic wrap on for me free of charge. Also, when I called to schedule an appointment, they got me in within 1 week to get an estimate which is pretty unheard of for a collision center!!! My entire appointment for the estimate and the plastic wrap took less than 30 minutes. Thank you!!!

I went in to get my front left bumper fixed after hitting a stump under a pile of snow. The tech came out right away and spent ten minutes putting my car back together using just a screwdriver and charged me nothing. He was efficient and unbelievably gracious. He could very easily have taken my car back and charged me a couple hundred bucks and I would not have known the difference, but he saw that the problem was easily fixed and did it and sent me on my way. I can promise you this is the only place I will ever take my car in the future!Service: Body & Trim

Kaizen Collision Center (formerly Mahnke Auto Body and was Mahnke at the time of this review) provided an amazing experience.Originally we were recommended a different auto body shop by the insurance representative. That repair company strung us along for over a month without starting work and not communicating with us unless we initiated the phone call. After much frustration (far too long to include here) we moved the car to Mahnke for repairs.Mahnke communicated with us numerous times throughout the process via text and phone calls to provide status and inform on the next steps. The web links contained within their texts direct you to their website which includes further information. Mahnke provides the start date up-front and, provides an estimated completion date shortly after they have inspected the vehicle. After dismantling the vehicle and discovering additional, hidden damage, they immediately informed us that the completion date had to slip several days to get the additional parts in-house and make those additional repairs.Behind the scenes, Mahnke coordinated with our insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly and the insurance company had everything they needed.All in all, it was a refreshingly positive experience, particularly contrasting it with the first auto body company. There are good, honest companies -- don't settle.

I highly recommend Mahnke! Ben and Carlie were amazing. I called after Toyota discovered a broken bracket on my sway bar. They were about to close, but wasted no time getting me scheduled for an estimate. I was very happy with the quick turnaround and quality of work. First time at Mahnke Autobody and I had a great experience. They are clearly very experienced and knowledgable. My car looks amazing. Wonderful customer service from start to finish, easy check in and out. Nick and the front desk took the time to explain everything and make sure I didn't have questions. I will definately be going here for any work I need in the future!

We had a great experience with Mahnke Auto Body. When we took our car in for hail damage repair it was very damaged. We picked our car up within a more than reasonable time frame and it looked like a brand new car. We highly recommend this body shop for all your body repair needs. Our car was attacked by an elk in Evergreen this afternoon. It struck our rear passenger door. The result, besides considerable body damage, was that the window would not go up. We are in town from Cincinnati, and we really needed to get the window situation corrected prior to heading home. That is were Mahnke Auto Body came to the rescue. I called their office at 4:45. They close at 5:30. I explained my dilemma to them, and they said if I could get to their office soon they would take a look. I arrived and they took my car right into their shop. In less that 20 minutes they were able to get my window up. The manager pulled the car out and said to me "Your all set". I asked her what do I owe you? She said "NOTHING". I was shocked and very appreciative. This is a great story, and I highly recommend using this company for your auto body repairs.

Ug...I was told 4 weeks for my hail damage repairs when I dropped off my vehicle. I had made an appointment almost 4 months prior and had provided them the estimate from my insurance company so they had an excellent idea of the work that needed to be done. NO communication from the shop. It was 6 1/2 weeks before I got my car back. Bottom line was they were NOT honest with me on anything. The returned my car with the paint on the hood chipped, part of the rearview mirror not assembled right, paint on both my front seats and dust from the repairs everywhere ... basically they did not clean my car for delivery. DO NOT USE FOR A LARGE BODY JOB. It will be way too much for them to handle!!!!

Horrible service. Took my vehicle in for an insurance estimate. It took them almost 3 weeks to complete the estimate and upload the required documents to State Farm. Meanwhile, my vehicle has been sitting in my garage as it cannot be driven without working tail lights. During this process, Mahnke NEVER returned a single phone call despite promising me that they would. I made 4 phone calls, each time they promised to get back to me within a certain amount of time and never did.
