Stopped for an oil change. Really quick service and super friendly. I got some good advice on my car. I don t live out this way but I would consider driving out of my way to come back here because it was such a pleasant experience.

Good experience. The manager was super friendly and professional. So was the tech that recieved me.The only complaints are the work order being pencil whipped.They marked sealed chassis when I actually have grease points on all my chassis components. As a previous service manager I expect to recieve full service. This happened last time out as well. All my grease points were over looked and I ended up crawling under my suburban to grease them myself. Also, they listed my coolant low, but didnt top it off.When I was a service manager (in 2016) that was part of the "signature service" to top off all low fluids, grease chassis points, check the diffs and transfer case and they used to even clean windows and vacuum. Maybe this has changed, although thw servicd is mych kore expensive.Maybe a training point for the pit technician to be a little more vigilant in their undercar inspection. I wonder if my transfer case and diffs were checked either. For charging over $100 for an oil change I expected the boxes to not just be checked out of routine. I'll be doible checking my diffs and transfer case as the coming summer calls for a LOT of off and onroad driving.

Very fast, efficient and professional employees and and an overall great experience. I had my oil changed in under 10 minutes and didn t even have to get out of my truck. I will go back to this Jiffy Lube location again and again. Highly recommend!

Ian and the rest of the staff at Jiffy Lube Golden made me feel welcome. I was treated as if I was a member of the family. I look forward to an oil change as little as the next person. The staff was super helpful and had great customer service! Kenny the mechanic provided amazing communication while my car was in the shop. I live closer to another jiffy lube but I ll be making a 10 min drive to have these guys handle my car maintenance!

If I could give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars, I would. I initially called this location in Golden and spoke with Chris. He was polite, professional, accommodating and just a caring individual. I can t rave enough about how excellent their customer service is. They had my oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Would go to this location each and every time.

The techs that serviced my vehicle on 11/21/23 were very professional and thorough. They were able to identify issues that were going on with my vehicle, get me in and out quickly, while maintaining professionalism all while doing it without the usual "push this unneeded service on this guy" used car salesman approach. Would go back to this location again!

Bought 3 prepaid oil changes on jiffy lube website. At checkout they explain why they need to rip you off more. All I got was the oil change, nothing more, and had to pay another $40 on top of my already purchased oil change. Always has been a shady company and always will. Don't fall for this rip the customer off chain.

The staff at this particular Jiffy Lube is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very accommodating, it was snowing very heavily, and they helped get my car in and serviced even though the front of the store had yet to be plowed. Would certainly return, and would recommend to anyone having second thoughts.

Went with my best friend for an oil change and had a great time. Nate was great and so were the rest of the guys. 11/10 would visit again. My friend had no complaints as she was giggling too much. :))

Staff was friendly and professional but quality of work is lacking. They overtightened the drain plug on my car so badly I had to have a mechanic weld on a nut to remove it for the next oil change. Either they don't know what they are doing or don't bother looking up proper torque specs. Ended up costing more time and money down the road.

My experience at the Jiffy Lube location was profoundly disappointing, marred by critical errors made by the technician. Last week, I drove my car to Denver for a 4-day vacation. I visited this particular Jiffy Lube branch for an oil change in the morning of the second day. However, on the third day morning, my car's engine warning light illuminated, indicating serious issues. Immediately, I drove to a local dealership for repairs. It consumed one and a half days, and thankfully, by noon the next day (the fourth day of my planned trip), my car was repaired at a considerable expense of nearly $400. Additionally, I had to rent a car for over $100 for a day and wasted two days of my vacation for the repair. The errors made by the Jiffy Lube technician resulted in significant financial and time losses for me.What are the specific mistakes made by the Jiffy Lube technician? Following the oil change on the second day of my trip, I noticed slight shaking upon starting the car. After a day, in the morning of the third day of my trip, the engine warning light illuminated, displaying warnings of a "transmission system problem" and "four-wheel drive problem." Promptly, I drove the car to a dealership for assessment. Despite their busy schedule, they conducted a quick computer scan and advised that the issue might be severe, necessitating an overnight stay for comprehensive diagnosis. Consequently, I had to leave the car with them and rent a car. The subsequent day, the dealership reported findings of lubricating spray on the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, lubrication on the plenum tube from the airbox to the manifold, and air filter upside down. These two critical mistakes wrongly spraying lubrication on sensor and installing air filter upside down resulted in substantial financial and time losses for me.

This Jiffy Lube has the best people. They are always so courteous and friendly and thorough with my car. I often bring my dogs with me when I go get my oil changed and everybody is super friendly to the dogs as well.

Been here for a cpl oil changes now. Always thorough, professional and fast. Great customer service, and my 2010 Honda Pilot runs noticeably smoother after getting the full synthetic every 5k miles. Ill see u in another 5 months Jiffy Lube. Great staff at this location!!!

I went in there for an oil change everything was good before I got there The guy came out and said my oil pan plug was stripped and that I was leaking oil now..It wasn't leaking before.

Probably the best oil change experience I ve had. Everyone was extremely friendly and contrary to what I usually expect with an oil change, the staff went out of their way to get me the best deals on everything my car needed. They were quick and thorough with my car and got me in and out in half an hour while serving other customers. I would recommend this location to anyone and will absolutely continue to use them.Service: Oil change

Had some minor engine work done. Problem seems to have been fixed, but it was quite expensive and the labor was upcharged because I brought in my own part rather than buying from them. Also, they did not notify me when my car was done, so I spent an extra 30 minutes sitting in the lobby until I asked a technician for an ETA, at which point I learned the work had been done for some time
