I do not recommend having service done here, we called on a Saturday to bring in our F150 for an alignment after replacing several suspension components. We dropped the truck off around 10a on Monday morning. I called Goodyear a little after 430p to see if it would be done before they closed. Kat informed me that another shop replaced some parts and they would need to replace the new parts with more new parts but do them correctly before they could align it. I have no idea of when they discovered this but when were they going to let us know. Goodyear was recommended for there honset service. We arrived after refusing to have the work done and asked to speak to the Tech that worked on out truck, the front desk man went to the shop for a long time and tried to tell us what the Tech said (not explaining the issue well), I asked again for more clarification and still did see the Tech. We will not take another car or recommended Goodyear to anyone.

I came here on a recommendation from a tow guy, and this place did not disappoint.Cat and the Skylers were extremely helpful and considerate as I dealt with a rough situation with my Subaru. I really appreciated the personal touch. Will definitely go through these guys again!

This crew is amazingly helpful and funny! I ran over some remnants of an accident and brought my tire into this location to be looked at. Everyone was concerned about my wellbeing over the car, and was quick to help! They even found an additional bit of damage and fixed it without asking for more money. Very upfront and honest about what s going on with your car and what to expect. I m thankful I came here today for my tire needs. I ll be back!

The people here are fantastic, long story short they helped me try to find my lugnut key, to no success. They were patient and understanding, and went above and beyond to help me regardless of their gain. Love Goodyear stores for reasons like this, this is a store I would happily use in the future.

Very poor service. I brought my truck there to have nail/screws removed from my tires on two occasions. They didn't balance my tires. I made an appointment two weeks ago and they took an hour to balance two wheels. If they mark your valve stem it means that they didn't balance your tires.

I'm from out of town and was in need of 2 new tires for my truck to make it back to Dallas, TX. I called several Goodyear stores and this one could get it done and the person on the phone (found out it was the Service Mgr) was very pleasant. I headed in and WOW, what a great group. Cat, the Service Manager, was very helpful and the entire crew were very pleasant professional. The store was very clean, comfortable to wait and just all around great. I highly recommend this Goodyear location. Great job, folks!

I brought my truck in and had 4 new tires put on. They had it done early then expected. They also put my spare back underneath the truck, thank you and the new tires look great!

Skyler D. and Cat really saved me with their more than above average customer service! I highly recommend this shop for any issues related to your cars tires, brakes, suspension....all of it! This shop gets you in and out worry free! They deserve ten stars!

These guys are AWESOME. We were passing through from out of town and had a brake issue (the caliper piston was seized and one of my pads was completely worn to nothing). We had to get halfway across the country the next day. We showed up at their office like sad puppies, and they completely took care of us. They were extremely busy, but fit us in to do a COMPLETE rear brake job on my Tundra (pads, rotors, calipers, bleeding, EVERYTHING). The kicker was that they did it SAME DAY. I can't recommend these guys enough, the ENTIRE team. If you're in the area, you need to go here for any automotive needs. THEY'RE HERE TO HELP YOU!!

I've been going here for 20+ years and have always found them to be very reasonable. They don't try to upsell you if you know what you want. They've swapped my winter to summer tires (on separate rims) for minimal charges (sometimes for free!). They will patch a tire that pucks up a nail, again for a reasonable cost. I strongly prefer and recommend them over Discount or BigO.

Cossonie Baum was prompt nice and very polite. Also calming me down that I was to late to get work done. Also full component to the technician, I've never had anyone previously reset my computer reminder.

I recently had a vehicle problem, my alternator failed. I was also on my way to an appointment. My vehicle happened to limp into the Goodyear lot and discovered I was unable to get it started and moved. I went into the office to speak with Goodyear and spoke with Bob. He helped me to figure out my problem and a temporary solution. He also helped me to get to my appointment in time. Although I had my vehicle serviced at the dealer I highly recommend this Goodyear service center. If Bob is representative of the high quality of customer service this will be the first place I go if I need any non dealer work. Thank you Bob!! You saved my day.

When I damaged my rim driving through a canyon I had to be towed since I was foolishly without a spare. I went to Goodyear and even though I found out they did not stock rims, Cat was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction for a rim and spare. Her quick thinking saved me time on my day off and I got my rim replaced in the knick of time so I could return to work early Monday morning.

Yesterday I spent $1100 on some off-road tires for my Xterra. I made an appointment online for 8:30 AM, and when I got there the guy at the desk said it would take "a couple of hours" to install them. I asked if they could check the shocks and struts while they had the wheels off, and give me an estimate for replacing those. He said sure. So I walked over and hiked on Table Mountain, and came back 2 1/2 hours later.The car was sitting where I left it, still untouched. So I went in and asked how much longer it would be. The guy said about 1 1/2 hours later. So I walked around Golden, ate lunch, etc, for that amount of time. Then I went and sat in the waiting room for another hour. Finally, the car was ready a little after 1:30. Five hours later.As I was cashing out, I asked what they had found with the shocks and struts. He didn't know what I was talking about. If they had explained that they were short-staffed that day, or offered some similar explanation, I would have understood. But they didn't, and weren't remotely apologetic about anything. The guy did walk out to the parking lot, look at the suspension there, and give me a guess what that job would cost. But somebody else will be getting that business, because I'm not going back there.

We limped into this Goodyear with a badly leaking tire on our rental car around 4 pm. There was only one mechanic and he was busy working on other cars. The service manager and mechanic promised to work on our tire even after closing time. The mechanic showed us where other tires on the car were very severely worn. He showed us that our flat tire was due to a poorly done patch. He was able to remove the old patch and do a proper patch on the tire. We want to thank the service manager Zach Clark and mechanic William Borys for their exemplary service and outstanding work. They saved our vacation!

Getting new tires and an alignment couldn t have been any easier. The service manager Zac was awesome, very helpful and well informed. Also, I think it s great they support the EMS community. Thanks again guys.

Wish I could give 10 stars! The customer service was above and beyond, we will be taking our car here for everything in the future! The staff showed immense kindness and understanding during one of the most difficult times and fixed an issue with our car caused by another business. Truly grateful for both Joe s skilled work on our car and the kindness of the woman working the front service desk- I wish I could remember her name. Wonderful business, excellent service! I ve been telling everyone I know!

Zach, Goodyear Golden s Service Manager was very helpful & friendly. We had 2 flat tires. He was able to order 2 replacements from his local warehouse and install them the same day before 3pm. Now we can continue our travels. Thanks so much Zach! Mary & Tony

I was very impressed today with the service I received at Goodyear Auto Service in Golden. I had 2 flat tires with various pieces of metal in them. Zach and his team were professional, helpful, and timely in getting me back on the road. I would highly recommend!!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all for an alignment or service. We had new tires replaced and they told me they couldn't perform an alignment on our car due to a previous issue with the car. We went on a long road trip (which was why I got new tires) and then found out from my long time reliable auto repair shop after we got back that Goodyear had left the adjustment points loose. Big safety issue. The steering wheel drove at an angle the whole time.

Fred and his team are fantastic! We had a blowout on Sunday and needed service pretty quick, and they fit us in on Monday despite being booked up. Tire wasn t fixable, so I needed a new one. They sold me one replacement despite the fact that I happily would have bought four had they recommended it due to tread wear differences. That s honesty and integrity right there. Can t recommend them highly enough!

I brought my 2019 Honda Odyssey in for a brake check. They have been very squeaky. I figured I needed new pads and rotors. Dropped it off, and later they called me to tell me that the brakes were fine, didn't need servicing. They could have replaced them and I would have just assumed they needed it...Charlie took me out and showed me what he found and his honest was well appreciated. Very good experience. I'll definitely be back.

Cat and Zach were beyond helpful. They went out of their way to give me honest feedback and not just a list of things to fix. I felt they cared more about me as a mom with kids than as a potential customer. I often feed used or taken advantage of at car shops but they were wonderful

All of the folks we dealt with combined to take a bad situation better. In particular Zach helped us by getting us the correct tire the next day. He even helped a couple of old schoolers through the process of getting set up with Uber for a ride home. Outstanding service!

Very Honest and straightforward! I took my car here for a really bad oil leak and the issue ended up just being a damaged oil filter causing the leak. They easily could have lied and said that the issue was something was worse (and more expensive) and I probably would have believed them because it seemed bad going in. I really appreciate how honest they were even though I am sure they could tell I did not have much experience working on cars. I will definitely be taking my car here again if I have issues in the future.

Scheduled an appt for an oil change and it took 4 hours and when they were done my car smelled like it was burning so I had to take it back and they had accidentally messed up part of my brakes. They serviced the mistake for free. The lady Cat who works up front is awesome and really kind and the only reason I m not leaving one star. Charlie made me uncomfortable with his rude commentary and seemed very frustrated that I existed.
