Just had major work done on my Yukon here and the experience was top notch! From being honest about the timeline to communicating frequently during the process, I was very impressed. Even when there was a bit of a setback, they were upfront about it and it ended up not really impacting the timeline. When I got my car back it was impeccably clean - both inside and out. I would definitely return if I ever needed any work done.

If you're wondering about the service department at Christopher's Dodge Ram, they're fantastic. I've been there a couple of times and each time, I worked with the service advisor, Larry Workman. The guy's a gem. Always picks up the phone or gets back to you super fast if you leave a message. And it's not just Larry everyone there is just so nice. You know how some dealerships can feel a bit cold, especially the big corporate ones? Not this place. They make everything easy and comfortable. It's like they actually want to help you, not just shuffle you through the system. The work they do? Top-notch, really professional. They do exactly what they say they're going to, and they get it done quickly. But what I really love about them is how friendly they are. They treat you almost as if they're taking care of their own parents' car.If you need your car serviced, I'd definitely recommend them. They take care of their customers and they seem to actually care about doing a great job, which is pretty rare these days at a dealership.

Purchased my Ram 2500 and was happy with the price. The truck ultimately had some recalls so I brought it back for work/repair. One recall involved the re-torquing the windshield wipers. The dealer told me the repair was done, I have paperwork saying the work was done. Yet during the next snow storm my wipers came loose on the road and nearly wrecked the truck. Other issue I had is the fuel pump recall (CP4). When they replaced the fuel pump they forgot to reconnect the valve cover vent tube. I didn't notice until 6mos later after my entire engine bay was covered with oil and soot. Now my engine with 20,000 miles on it looks like it has 200,000 miles on it and an oil leak. This dealership really let me down.

Waste no time with any other Dodge or Jeep dealer in Colorado. They're the best for Service or purchasing a new vehicle. Wonderful staff and always a fair price. I TRUST them!I purchased my 2023 Durango there and they also take awesome care of my Jeep Wrangler. I'd recommend servicing your Jeep there also as well as any Dodge vehicle.I went in to get my oil changed on my Jeep and found out that I get a FREE tire rotation because I bought my tires there. Something for nothing from nice people at a fair price?I can't say enough nice things about them. It's like they're part of my family, or am I part of theirs?

My husband & I reached out to Christopher's Dodge in search of a new vehicle for our expanding family. We had the pleasure of working with Ron & Llyod who were attentive, knowledgeable & just fun to work with on this new purchase. If you are looking for a new vehicle, this is the place. 10/10.

No honesty, and they sell your information. This dealership tried to send me a price over text that was around $6k higher than they had the truck marked online. Screenshot the the online price, sent it to them, and they said the owner dropped all the prices this morning, how crazy . Lies, I saw the price the previous day when I was doing research on multiple trucks. Looked at one truck with the check engine light on and a couple hours after my test drive I get a call saying the truck is fine, mechanics said the check engine light was on for no reason More lies. I m no mechanic, but pretty sure some code has to be thrown for the check engine light comes on. Even if it s something super small like a gas cap, just tell the truth about it Finally, after having the truck a couple weeks I get 4 your warranty is going by to expire! pieces of mail, you know the ones. Text the salesman asking if they sold our info (which they clearly did) and got a nah, don t worry about that response more lies. In an industry surrounded by lies and being shady, this place is no exception. Only reason I m giving 2 stars is because my salesman was pretty cool.

Will never buy a vehicle here again. 1st was quoted a price in the phone, when we arrived the price was different and had to argue to get the quoted price (even though the person admitted to the quote). This dealership must not even have a mechanic look at the vehicles. A couple of days after purchase, the vehicle started acting up, the computer wasn't attached to the firewall. Fast forward, the vehicle has had nothing but issues and warning lights. This place sells lemons and lies. Worst dealership experience ever.

This review is for the collision center. I don't have any experience with Christopher's Dodge Ram's sales or service departments.Back story: I bought a 2022 Ram with about 5,800 miles on it, so I would say it was new-ish. It came from an out of state dealer, so obviously I could not inspect it in person. Once I took delivery, I noticed some misalignments on the multi-function tailgate and the left rear door. I took it to a dealer near my house and they suggested I take it to a dealer with a body shop, so that brought me to Christopher's Dodge Ram.I stopped by one day and was told by the staff that this is something the manager, Dan, would have to look at. He was out of town or otherwise not in, so I made an appointment to come back. When I returned, Dan was not there, so I ran some errands for 40 minutes or so and then came back. Dan came out and looked it all over, took photographs, and we generally had a nice chat. I was feeling optimistic. At the conclusion of my appointment, Dan said it would probably take a week or so to get any answers and that he would be in touch. I did not hear from him, so I called and left him a voicemail about two weeks after my visit. I did not receive a return call. I called and left another voicemail about a week after my previous voicemail. I did not hear back, so a week later, I left another voicemail. Over a three week period, I left three voicemails.I call once more and I asked the receptionist who Dan's manager is and how I could get in touch with them. She was doing her job as a gatekeeper (which I do not blame her for) and asked me questions about why I was calling and what I needed. I explained the situation to her and she took my info and told me she was going to put a message on a sticky note on Dan's computer. And guess what, I never heard from Dan. I am not great with voicemails or listening to them, so I was fine with extending a little grace. However, it became very evident that I was being ignored and that Dan was getting my messages and choosing to not call me back. Dan is the manager of the collision center and if the leader of that department does not have the courtesy or professionalism to return multiple phone calls, I cannot imagine he is doing a great job of leading his team, at least not as far as customer service.EDIT: Thank you for responding to my review. If you are sincere about making this right, please feel free to give me a call you have all my contact info. I would not know whom to ask for if I were to call in.

Over the years, I have purchased many cars from John Maes. When my adult son needed a new work truck, John was of course the first person I thought of. The truck we drove from Greeley for, per John, was not a very safe option. He spoke with his manager, and John was able to sell my son a year newer truck, with 70,000 less miles, and wasn't much more than the truck we drove in for. In the future, my family/friends and I will be back. Thank you John, Thank you Christopher Dodge for getting my son into a great new vehicle.

I wish I had as good of an experience with Christopher Dodge as all these other glowing reviews. We bought a 2011 Nissan Murano 6ish months ago only to find out that it needs a transmission replacement and I can t trade it in for even a third of what I bought it for. Super disappointed.

Short story, this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend you find somewhere else.Long story, to start they quoted me a price that was over $1,000 more than what was posted online, so be sure to check them on that. I ended up buying a used truck from them and when I picked it up, they tried to give me the truck with the gas light on! I had to ask several times for them to fill up the gas before I took it, and they finally took it to a gas station and only filled it up 3/4 of the way and tried to tell me that the gauge would move to full as I started driving, which they knew was a lie. Also, they had agreed to replace the windshield on the truck because there was a crack across the entire windshield. They had the truck for a few days and did not replace it while it was at their lot and said they work with a mobile company who would come to my house. I took it because I needed to use the truck that weekend. Well turns out I lived too far away for the mobile company so I had to set up a time for them to replace it, and then I get a call at 10am that day that they actually couldn't replace it that day and would have to set up another time. The company that they work with is a small company and only has 1 person installing windshields, they don't have a shop and on Google it says they are temporarily closed and they are very hard to get a hold of. It is ridiculous for a large dealership to rely on this one company. I ended up having to wait almost another week to get my windshield replaced. The manager that I was working with did not seem to care and only gave me a few oil changes after I complained. They tried to make it sound like it was a special thing that they were doing, when after talking with a service employee it turns out they usually give people free oil changes and offer an oil change package at the time of purchase, which was not done at all when I purchased my truck. There was also zero follow up to see if my windshield was actually replaced and if I was happy with it. The people at this dealership do not seem to care about the customer at all and are just focused on money and trying to gaslight you. It is like dealing with a toxic ex and I would recommend you find somewhere else.

I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could. My wife and I are very impressed with the customer service here. We will continue to buy vehicles from them and we get all our personal and business vehicles serviced here. We are grateful for the service from the sales team, we have worked with Chase, Tyler, Randy, Hai and even Darren the owner. I have not experienced one person who goes out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Jason, Nicky, and Durand. The parts department Don has been very kind and getting parts we need. I think the mechanics deserve credit as well because I feel they do things right and that matters cause I don t feel comfortable taking our vehicles anywhere else.

Wow. Just wow. Excellent service here. I'm from out of town and was having some issues with my truck. Brought it in and they got me taken care of right away. Just excellent service, would have no hesitation bringing my truck here again. Rick and his crew are just awesome.

My Winnebago Travato, which is on a RAM Pro Master frame, is making a funny sound when I make a slight right turn. I called to make a service appointment. The technicians are booked many weeks in advance and I'm leaving on an 8,000 mile trip in a month. The Service Director, Rick, was exceptional and said if I could bring it in he would make the time to listen to the noise and advise me. Rick is truly going above and beyond.

I spoke with dealership before I took my truck in for 2 recalls it had. They told me I had a warranty and those 2 recalls and would get it taken care of. My vehicle wouldn t start, so I had to tow it to them. They called me a week later and said my truck started right up for them. They did the software update recall but said they didn t, it was done previously. The kicker is this update can only be done by a dodge dealership and they were the only one I took it to after the recall came out. It then turns out they did a full diagnostic test without asking me. And came up with 12 other issues that cost over 10k but it so happens none of them were under the warranty. They tried charging me over $300 for my drivetrain communication not working, when I looked under the hood they had removed the 30 amp fuse that powers my drivetrain/4x4, So not only did they lie about the recall, they also caused damage to my truck then tried charging me to fix it. Horrendous people and company. Stay away from all dodge vehicles because they continually have recalls coming out and will not fix them. They are losing money on these issues and will tell you they will fix it free of charge then make up a story or cause damage to still make money.

Bought a car that was one of the mechanics sons car I was told. Many issues which they must ve known about being from him including covered up paint issues and water leaks inside the car which wasn t noticeable until it had rained. The guy that helped me (Ron) purchase the car backed the car out and drove it out but could not drive a manual very well and was burning the clutch while moving it. Not only that but when I went back to get some keys for the car I was treated completely different by him. When I first bought I was told a couple things would be fixed. When I brought the car back in for those issues to be fixed they ordered the wrong parts. Instead of letting me know they were the incorrect parts the car sat there all from 9AM-3PM and they didn t hesitate to call. I finally showed up there thinking the car would be ready to be told the parts were incorrect and I could bring it another day. I d highly recommend looking at other places before going here. Will update with water damage pictures later.

Let me start out by saying that this could have easily been a 5 Star review, up until I received our truck!!!We live in Texas and found this truck from Christopher's Dodge for our 16 y/o son that fit all the wants that we wanted on the truck. Of course "Murphy's Law" was in full effect since we could not find one locally.I contacted them and asked via e-mail, text, and over the phone is there were any signs of dents/dings/scratches/curb rash on the wheels and if there was any signs of pets/cigarette smell/torn fabric/etc inside the truck. All three times the answer was no, it was a perfect vehicle and no issues. It is a 2014 Ram 1500 with 20K miles on it and also Ram Certified, so I felt they were telling me the truth. Plus the pictures looked great, but none were up very close. We agreed on a price, I had it shipped down, and was so excited to give it to our son until I started going over the inspection report with the car hauling company that delivered it.Now I was not expecting this to be a brand new truck with perfect paint. I can understand a couple small spots on the front due to debris from driving that maybe chipped the paint. Common things that happen and would be found on a vehicle that had 20K miles on it.But to find large dents under the rear window, on the roof, on both rear quarter panels, large 6 to 8 inch scratches that were filled in with some sharpie or paint pen, both wipers were toast, and multiple rock chips on the front windshield was not what I was expecting nor what I was promised!!!Plus I almost ran out of gas on the way to fill up!!!Then when I checked under he vehicle, it looks like they took off the running boards, as there were still a few bolts left hanging in the mounting holes. When I contacted them about all these issues, they responded that there was not enough profit built into the sale to fix anything. We all know that is BS!!!All I was asking was some help with fixing the dents! Not asking for a full paint job or to even make it look perfect. Just for like a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) guy to pull them out. Maybe costing them a few hundred bucks!!!I was going to take care of all the other issues.I thought that was more than fair since I was completely lied to and promised a truck that was not suppose to have any of these issues. We use to live in the area where this dealership is located and plan to come back. I will be sure to let everyone I know and come across in the future, the experience I had...

Long Story Short:Been here 4 times in the past 3 years. We've ordered parts for our Jeep and Ram to pick up from here. 3 out of the 4 times we've been here it's been just pure frustration. It was a bad first experience, so we gave them another chance it was a good experience but the following experiences here were just as bad as the first if not worse.Long Story:45-minute wait to even be asked if you need help or why you're there. Dudes just kept walking by in and out without thinking, "Maybe this person is here for something?", "Why are they still standing there?", "Has anyone helped them yet?"NOBODY acknowledges you when you walk in or while you wait. The only helpful person is a lady who works there but she seems overloaded with work and she is not always available. The ONE time it went well, it happened to be a time the lady was available. The other 3 times they never ordered the part or then they ordered the wrong part so we drove to the dealership to pick up nothing after receiving a call it was ready for pick up.It really makes you not want to come back at all.

I have taken my charger to Christopher s Dodge for any service that it needed and they have always been awesome with communication and they get my car fixed in no time. The air conditioner went out at the end of summer and I took it in and the gentleman I worked with (who is no longer there) recharged it to diagnose the problem without telling me that I would have to pay for that out of pocket, also he did it before he told me he was doing it. I have an extended service plan with no deductible so there should be no charge. When I was contacted about the fact that it was finished I was told that it would be roughly $800 and I was furious. I told Jason (the service manager) the situation and he charged me nothing. I generally deal with Nikki and she is awesome!Today I started my car and the heater blower is not working, I called before they were open and talked to Rick, he was the best, they are booking after Christmas and because we are expecting a bad storm he is getting my car in on Monday before the snow. Thank you guys for always doing what is right, I will never take my car anywhere else!

Consistently rude service desk, like this dealer wants to avoid servicing RAM safety recalls. Have called twice about scheduling; each time the woman manages to be incredibly smarmy yet completely uninformed and unorganized. Doesn't schedule, will just "put you on a list".Contrast that to another dealer a little further away...isn't hostile as soon as you mention "recall", checks the computer for parts, schedules an appointment. Not that hard!

We brought our Dodge Ram ProMaster 2500 in for a service appointment we thought we scheduled the night before with the automated text scheduler. They didn't have us in the computer, but Durand gave us a quick diagnostic anyway, and he clearly explained every idiosyncrasy of our transmission. He promptly gave us confidence that nothing was wrong and cleared the dash code so we could carry on with our road trip through the steep mountains of I-70. I just want to thank him for his professionalism and for being kind enough to serve us in spite of the service schedule being backed up for months.

Matt and his guys went so far above and beyond to take care of my truck very impressed. Starting with insurance (I was hit by another driver) CDC continued to press the other company after they would not approve certain repairs and costs. When this process drug out and we had issues finding matching replacement flares the team pulled through with a new model of whee flare and even suggested a matching black Cummins logo. To top it off they repolished almost the entire truck for the inconvenience. Highly recommend these guys. Truck came back better than I left it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a great experience with this dealership. I am from Utah but flew to Denver to pick up my car because they made me a better deal than any dealership in Utah. They knew that I had to drive home the same day so they had all the paperwork ready and it only took 15 minutes to get the keys and drive off. Fastest dealership experience i've ever had. Tylor Torres did a great job. He was very responsive and was able to work up the deal I wanted. They also went out of their way to have their Lot Manager, Danny, pick me up from the airport. Fantastic above and beyond service from everyone. Very pleased with my experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Dodge or Ram.

At first, we were very excited to do business with Christopher Dodge after coming through a very difficult bankruptcy, however, we purchased our vehicle via the Internet and when it was delivered to us it was cold and icy out and the vehicle was very dirty so we asked if we could wash off all of the dirt and ice at a local car wash.Sure enough, we viewed the vehicle yet failed to closely look at the roof. Thinking everything was fine we proceeded to sign all of the paper work. An hour or two later after much closer inspection we discovered very extensive hail damage on the roof.We called the dealership and they denied that their was any hail damage so we sent them photos of the hail damage and they said since we signed the paper work and accepted the vehicle "as is" there was nothing they would be willing to do to resolve our concerns. We replied, "Your dealership said that there was "no hail damage on this vehicle"--they never revealed that there was any hail damage in their advertising either. This was an Internet deal and it seems reasonable that you would go the second mile with folks who entrusted their remote purchase to a professional business--this response is NOT professional even though it may be legal. It is unfortunate that you have chosen to treat new customers in this manner with no regard to excellent customer service! We understand what "as is" means, however, it does not infer that honesty and respect should be completely disregarded.Developing customer loyalty means earning customer trust as well--we now know where we stand with your dealership. It is regrettable, but we will not be doing business with you in the future and we will be sharing our experience with our family and friends (please be warned)."

Called yesterday (24 November) around 09:30 about issues I m having with my 2020 Charger- the power steering is out and I have a notification to service shifter. Anyhow, the gentleman said, and I quote, Don t you have a boyfriend or something that can look at it? . I was astounded. I can only imagine buying a car from here as a woman, or even getting any maintenance done here.. you should be ashamed.
