Glen killed it on my service visit today. Gave me all the issues firsthand, allowed me to advise on what I wanted done or delayed as well as providing some always needed helpful hints on being an RV owner. Thanks Glen!!

They are booked out for weeks/months. Even when they mess up to get an appointment took over 5 weeks!Took my RV in for extended warranty work last Oct. it was in and out of the shop multiple times because they don t want to store it and they can t finish the work because if missing parts, labor issues, or need approval from the warranty company (a subsidiary) In March (yeah 6 months later) I ended up taking matters into my own hands and Conferenced to warranty company and service technician to finally stop the finger pointing (that took 3 hours to get everyone on the phone at the same time) - all approved and they fixed my slide and defective lights.Then after using it 2xs the slide started coming apart. They stripped the screws when reinstalling it apparently. I called with in days of picking it up only to be told they couldn t get me in for over a month!?It s hard to get a service person on the phone. They say we ll call you back but days go by and you end up calling them.It s disappointing that Camping world as a whole is spiraling down hill, yet they keep buying the competition so you have no choice but to put up with it.Very hard trying to run a RV rental business with trade partners like this.

So glad they moved away from the camping world on colfax. That place was a nightmare! Trying to get a trailer service anymore takes a long time at any service center in the Denver area, the if there is a special order required...The folks there are friendly and upfront on pricing and time to do the repair.

Customer service is below decent. You can never get ahold of anyone. In the event that you do talk to someone, they don't know anything and then they tell you they'll call you back but won't. I've called several times in the past several months to schedule a winterization for my rv and I've gotten 2 phone calls back and have yet to actually talk to someone for scheduling.

Albeit the process can be slow due to Thor's supply chain issues, Andrew and his team are great!
