SCARIEST and WORST experience with a person of a business. Chris did not complete the job he said he could. So my partner and I approached him if he would work on it further, he fearfully screamed at us, cursed at us and called us names. He got in our faces multiple times, pointing his finger in our faces and said we were on his turf . We both felt attacked by this man. I have never experienced so much anger from a stranger, nonetheless someone I was paying to work on my car.He apologized via text hours later and said his mother would be ashamed of his behavior and said he would fix everything once the last part came in. Months went by with unanswered texts and my part not coming in yet so I texted him I will have to go somewhere else due to our poor interactions and miscommunication, he said the part came in but he did not want to continue business and already sent it back without notifying me.Go somewhere else. He is unprofessional and has anger issues and won t finish or fix what he promised. I ve waited to post this because I was actually scared he would harass me.

Great at first and could get us in faster than others. The claims adjuster called us today to say Chris had been swearing at them on the phone and unwilling to work with the insurance agent. So now we re a month behind and having to find another body shop.

My Business uses only C&C to handle all of our refinishing on Metric Motorcycles. Chris will ALWAYS go out of your way to make sure you love his work. Honest Business, Honest owner, great work. I am lucky to be in business with them.

Took car in after a hit and run. Chris and Geoff were able to take it in same day and start work. Did an excellent job! Couldn't even tell where point of impact was. Went above and beyond by servicing tires and cleaning car. Fantastic experience. Will be taking car here from now on. I took my car in due to an accident. It needed quite a bit of work on the front bumper, hood, and passenger side doors. They fixed/replaced what they needed to and now it looks like new! Thank you C&CService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
