As a local small business owner, I love to find and support other local, Golden businesses. At Salzano Electric, we dispatch our fleet from our Golden location and Big-O-Tires is right up the road. Kurtis and his team are fantastic. Not only are they conveniently located, they are professional and very competitively priced. (Kurtis, I was so sorry to hear about your Rottie...)

Got a flat tire on a Saturday and expected my local Big O to be extremely busy. They told me to bring the car right in and took it back right away. I had no other transport and my two young kids with me. I was so grateful for the quick service, the thoroughness and helping me out. They made it easy and I felt like they went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule without an appointment.

Don't take chances, go to a real mechanic. I had my oil done and tires rotated last October of 2023. A few weeks later my tire almost fell off. I had to tow it to my mechanic and the tire wasn't secured properly and I had to buy new struts. Not only did the manager avoid calling me back after I let him know. . . he pretended to check into it and said he would get back to me. Well, after about 8 phone calls later no one EVER got back to me as promised. Not only did they not care they made a mistake they refused to even acknowledge that they made it. My tire almost fell off and thank goodness, I got home okay and that I got it towed so it didn't. That's the last service they will ever do for me. Mistakes happen, but to ignore me and avoid getting back to me is another.Updated with response 4/12/24:This is not accurate. No one got back to me. . . even after calling for months. No one offered me any kind of credit or asked for documentation. In fact, no one EVER returned my calls. I kept calling and no one responded as you say here that they did. This is an out and out lie. I will not be utilizing any kind of credit because I won't trust even free work to be done because my life is more valuable than that.

Mr. Trever Schuler is an excellent Manager at Big O Tire in Golden, CO. He's always been forthright & honest with me, and has never over-charged me. He has a lot of responsibility there, and handles it well. My wheels were all missing a lug nut which I discovered a few days later, and he happily replaced them. He made sure I had a ride to and from home while he had my car since I live nearby. And his staff are all very friendly. I highly recommend Big O in Golden because Trever & his staff are friendly, trustworthy, and do good work!

Came in a 5:42pm with a nail in my tire. That close to closing time, I figured they wouldn t help me. I was very wrong, the fixed my tire and had me ready to drive off right at 6:00pm. They mentioned a $25 fee, but they waived the fee for me & I walked away with no cost! Great experience, and great customer service.

We share the same sentiment that most of the negative reviews show, especially those where women and others feel they were taken advantage of. I wrote a whole paragraph but its too long and what's the point...they're just going to response with "call us" so we can explain or defend -- in most of these cases, that was the problem to begin with. If you have to explain or defend what you've done, then it probably wasn't the right thing in the first place. Big O - you owe my son $40 for a false upcharge on an oil change. That's the only thing I will discuss...

Came here for the first time today after having a flat and they quickly patched up the puncture and sent me on my way. Trevor offered very clear options and was all around helpful. I ll definitely be back for my seasonal tire swaps.

I was having trouble with one of my tires going flat and I was able to get an appointment here fast and easy. Gaboric helped me get it patched and back on the road in very good time and was excellent at communicating through every step of the process. Would definitely go back.

Had an appointment to get my snow tires on as the Evergreen location is always hard to get in to. They got me in and out quickly - within 1.5 hour. And, they made me aware of a few important maintenance issues with my vehicle - which I appreciated.Watch the pothole in the road out front - the road is managed by city and Big O said they have put in lots of calls to get it fixed so out of their hands but it is sure to give a flat tire - luckily Big O is right there to help.

I recently visited Big O to have a screw removed from my tire. The staff was friendly and professional. The technicians removed the screw and patched the tire quickly, and I was on my way. I recommend Big O for fast, friendly, and efficient service.

I love having this amazing service spot in my neighborhood. Everyone is so professional and kind and courteous. They are knowledgeable and help me out without any time delay. Daniel topped my tires with air when my light came on in the cold weather and it was quick and free! Thanks to this whole shop for serving this community so well.

This Big O Tires deserves more than 5 stars. They have incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. I brought a tire into them that another tire place refused to attempt to patch and just tried to sell me a $350 tire. The guys here had it patched, holding air and back on my truck in no time. I live 40 minutes from Golden and have half a dozen tire places closer but I'll be making the drive here anytime I need tires or service in the future.

One of the worst experiences I have had with customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. I was told it would take a few hours for my vehicle to get my Big O Tires rotated. 8.5 hours later, still not done, I was told my truck would be next. Not only that, I was told unless I showed them paperwork from my purchase, they would not do the free rotation and balance because I bought the Big O tires from a different store. Horrible customer service. I will not be going back to this store!

I needed to find a replacement tire for one that was damaged on the road. I worked with Dallas at the Golden, CO store. He provided me with some of the best old fashion customer service I've had, anywhere, for a very long time. Great job Dallas!

I want to shout out to Zach who has been helping me fill air in my tires. I been going there to fill a tire of mine that's losing air fast but don't have the funds to get new tires. But Zach has been so kind and understanding of my situation. Honestly everyone there is so very kind. Their customer service is amazing. When I'm finally able to get new tires I'm going straight to them. Thank you for all your hard work.

I cannot say enough about Kurtis (Curtis) and the team at this Big O. They have been so patient and generous with all the issues that have come up with my car. They have been taking the best care of me for the past year. They problem solvers that treat their customers with care. Nervous because my flat tire light was on, but none of my tires looked low. Jaden Philp was calm, confident he could fix whatever was wrong. Eased my apprehensions, explained what he was doing, invited me to return if the issue wasn't resolved. Got me on my way--feeling confident that my car's issue was addressed. Truly 5-star service. Yay, Jaden!

Took my car in to have two new tires put on. Sebastian broke a stud and I had a missing lug nut. Sebastian didn't even put my hubcap back on correctly. While I was driving home, my hub cap came off and rolled down Colfax avenue. I went back to Big o tires and told them what happened and they told me they would buy me a new hubcap and then told me that they did not break the stud or forget to put one of the lug nuts back on. I told the manager you did break the lug nut because I just had all my lug nuts replaced by my mobile mechanic. The next day they went to Big O'Reilly's and bought a pack of four hubcaps that were not Honda manufactured. The hubcaps did not fit my wheels and were falling off after they put them on. The other three Honda hubcaps they took off my car, they tried to keep. That is stealing! I told them that if they're going to replace my Honda hubcap they needed to get a Honda manufactured hubcap not cheap fake hubcaps from O'Reilly. I had to open up a dispute with my bank and a claim with Big o tires corporate just so they could fix the damage they did on my vehicle. Take pictures of your studs, lug nuts and hubcaps before having your car serviced at this location. I will never ever go back to this corporation or location. Horrible service and if I was a man they would have treated me completely different. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.

Had an old set of wheels and tires I needed to recycle and these guys helped me out a ton. Gaboric was very informative and helped me get my new tires filled up and aligned. Highly recommended!

A little while ago I went into Big O Tires, and a nice young man named Vitaliy looked at my car. He figured out that my tire pressure light was on because my two back sensors were dead. It was a huge relief to hear that I didn t have a flat. Vitaliy went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong. Excellent job!
