This place was great. I ve been to a lot of Harley dealers and this one hands down was where I ve been treated the best. When I first walked in I was introduced to Josh. He started off by giving me a full tour of the store. I had a specific bike in mind when I walked in. Josh took the time with me so I could compare different bikes including having myself and my wife sitting on them to ensure we were both comfortable. After deciding, I then work with Isaac for negotiating. He listened and worked with me down to a number I was happy with. Lastly was Bob, this guy was great he explained everything in detail even look at all the payment options getting me the best. If your shopping for a new bike go here talk to these three you will not be disappointed.

Great experience starting with Amber at reception when I checked in. Her cheerful greeting and friendliness to myself and my dogs did not go unnoticed. She's an absolute gem! Chris and Seneca were absolutely essential in the making of my deal and their enthusiasm and attitude were exceptional. Alex in the service department was very helpful in helping me select accessories and Jensen made sure everything came together. Bob in financing was easy to work with and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, the staff go above and beyond... great group of people!

I bought a 2021 CVO Street Glide Special and worked with Josh Mastache! We were pulling up in the parking lot Josh was walking out and we asked him about the bike in front. He stopped what he was doing to take care of us and answer our questions about the bike even though he was busy doing something else. The entire process was fairly painless and actually the quickest amount of time I spent ever purchasing a vehicle of any kind. Great experience love the bike.

Beware of the warranty. Anything you do, even adding a windshield will void the warranty. Dean and Jeffrey sold me a bike without a windshield and said they would mail it to me. I installed it, and the wind blew it off, because of its design.I contacted them and the Service manager got really aggressive and defensive. Said he would look into it and call me back. Been a month now and nothing. It's been a real mess and they Dodge the request. Why offer a warranty if it's void to work on your own bike?Why say 2 year factory warranty on all parts???????

Considering a Harley? I gotta say this is the place to come! I had the pleasure of working with Jeff from the internet sales at first who kept me informed and sent some options to get me excited. Once arriving on site I was paired with Lauren who was super friendly and educational! I then got to work with Isaac when we got to negotiations and it was a seamless experience. I hate sales, but this didn t feel like that at all and instead just talking about a common passion of riding. Lastly Bob wrapped it up with financing and this is nothing like car sales. I sincerely hope that at some event I run into these dudes again! Thanks Avalanche Harley for a top tier service! Excited to have the perfect motorcycle to ride for miles to come!

Avalanche is a huge Harley Davidson store with tons of inventory. I go in often to buy riding gear. Every one is super friendly. There is a sales guy named Dean that always remembers me and always goes out of his way to say hi. When the wife and I decide to finally pull the trigger on a new Roadglide he will be our first call

I had a great experience from start to finish with Anthony, my sales rep, and the rest of the staff at Avalanche Harley. I went in just shopping around not really looking to purchase that day, but I was open to the idea. Sure, being at the dealership and doing the whole financing thing takes time, but I knew that, and Anthony took me around to the different departments to introduce me to people and let me explore options so the time went by quickly. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market.

I have been a rider for 10 years now and it is so refreshing to come in to a place and speak to someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the product. Alex was able to quote me accurately and quickly on every accessory I was looking at. I bought every part and I am confident I won t have any issues with knowing if it was correct. I will be sending all my friends to him for the foreseeable future.

I recently visited Avalanche Harley Davidson and had the pleasure of meeting Mason. Despite not making a purchase during my visit, I was thoroughly impressed by Mason's exceptional service and knowledge in the realm of motorcycles. Mason s professionalism and passion for his work were truly commendable, as he patiently answered my questions and provided valuable insights without any hint of pressure to make a purchase. Overall, my interaction with Mason at Avalanche Harley Davidson left a lasting positive impression. Even though I did not buy a bike on this occasion, I would highly recommend seeking out Mason for a top-notch experience if you are in the market for a motorcycle. I got to say this group knows how to give a good time while you buy your next ride. I had an older Street glide but saw a 2023 Road Glide Special that had upgrades I wanted and called to get some information. Meredith took my call and provided information I was looking for and set me up with a demo/test ride 45 minutes later. Josh M. and Isaac O. greet me at the door and were amazing throughout the process. Caydan heard my wants and was extremely fair with my trade in. Bob made the last part with payment and add on s coverages super easy and extremely fast. Walked downstairs with Jukebox Hero blasting. 5 star service all around! This guys were amazing! I will be back for my next ride.

Went in for a tour before starting my basic riding course and got paired up with Markuz. He showed me around the dealership and showed me a few different bikes similar to what I was looking for. Ended up buying my first bike with his help. 2024 Nightster Special, I feel he did a wonderful job pairing me with the right bike. Put about 120 miles on it so far and I don t think I would ve picked such a perfect bike for me without the help of Markuz. I will be asking for him again when it comes time for another bike.

Markuz at Avalanche HD provided me a wonderful sales experience today! As a woman, I can be discounted: not seen as a serious rider. But Marcuz was neither pretentious, condescending, nor pushy. He was just the opposite: he was humble, affirming, and simply pleasant and available as I needed for information and assistance. He gave me space to roam about, and he checked in on me to answer questions along the way. I test rode two bikes and purchased one. I feel like he was a friend from start to finish. Ask for Markuz Mitchell when you go in!

Meredith, Dean, Issac, and Bob were all knowledgeable and great to work with. Came over from New Castle to look at a used one, and with their abilities, we were able to buy a brand new triglide. Was a great experience at a great dealership. Would highly recommend this dealership. Can't wait to ride!

Meredith and Markuz did a great job for your company. Markuz is real pleasurable person to work with. Whatever you pay him isn't enough. Kayla, the CXI specialist is a great add to your dealership. She keeps me and I'm sure everyone else up to date on all the things happening at Avalanche HD. Kenneth in service was so helpful with letting me know when my order was in and was very friendly and helpful. Great job guys.

This was my first Harley Davidson and first bike I have ever owned. To start with the experience I received at Avalanche Harley Davidson was overwhelming in a positive way. I had a VIP appointment and it felt that way! After a long drive I was greeted at the sidewalk and walked in to the receptionist. Kindly met with Seneca and was placed with JP (Josh). Very kind and patient we looked at all the bikes a lot of bikes at this dealership! JP set me up with a test rider Mark (or Matt maybe I forget I was so excited). Went out on a used Street Glide and switched to a 2023 Street Glide during the ride. Super fun and Mark is very knowledgeable about the bikes. Unfortunately I did not fall in love with a bike that day but Seneca, JP and Cayden made things very tempting. Best Dealership experience I ve ever had!

Our salesman today seemed very knowledgeable, respectful, and straightforward to your face. The sales manager was another story. It's an easy sale when you correctly identify and satisfy a potential customers wants and/or needs. When you persistently and disrespectfully try to upsell to satisfy your own prerogative and/or that of your company, it feeds into the negative stereotype many have with buying from a dealership. Don't assume every customer is an idiot. If you're gonna buy from these guys, do your homework and don't let let them screw you over, stand your ground.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership so far. Made an inquiry online and spoke with the greatest sales rep I ve spoken to in a very long time. Yesenia from the internet sales department helped me set things up in a matter of 20 minutes. This is my first time purchasing something other than a four door sedan and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She even went as far a giving me some first time rider tips on how to navigate the process with financing and approvals. If you guys need someone to help you purchase your first Harley, Yesenia is the person you NEED to talk to. You will not be disappointed. To the manager that hired her, you need to give this girl a raise and a promotion. She made this whole process as easy as humanly possible. Need more people like her working for your business.

Yesenia helped me today and didn t make me feel any less bad just because I didn t purchase a bike today. I loved this location . They have excellent customer service and the friendliest staff .. I went in and was greeted by Kayla . She was extremely friendly and patient with me. I ended up purchasing a purse and some boots and I even sent my friend there to buy a bike because of the good feel and vibe this location has. I ve gone to many Harley Davidsons and this one by far was the best. They had a lot selection and Kayla was awesome . I recommend this location .

Always a great time at Harley Davidson my dad an I had an awesome experience buying the 2023 Ultra Limited with you guys. Chris, Seneca, Bob and John stayed after hours helping us get the best deal. We bought a 2011 Road Glide Ultra on Saturday March 16, 2024. We worked with Chris.M, Seneca, John.S, Bob.M, & Jeffrey.C. They all are an Awesome team to work with.
