Mr. James or "Jimbo" is outstanding. Was already having a rough day when my Jeep decided it was going to make the day worse. Jimbo's kind demeanor, humor and know how alleviated quite a bit of my tension. He and the staff helped me out and got me back on the road. Thanks Jimbo and Advanced Auto Parts.

one time I was late to an 8AM chem lab and I didn't have safety glasses but then I saw AutoZone and I pulled in but they were closed! But the lady behind the counter saw me looking pitiful and let me in early. She's a real one and thanks to her I didn't get kicked out of lab

I went in to get replacement headlight bulbs and decided to change them at the store since I live 45 minutes away. Thank goodness I did, because the part didn't match. Raul S helped me figure out the problem and change the bulbs to make sure I was safe. Great customer service and Raul S made what could have been a very frustrating experience fun (there was a lot of laughing).

I went into the store to research a hard-to-find part for our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The store didn't have it but the store manager and another employee took the time to find the part on-line and then kept searching to find the lowest price. Great service that will bring me back to this store. Nice people.

I was driving nearby this store and realized that the grille and headlights of my newly purchased (used) vehicle had come loose and were dragging on the road. I'm clueless about cars and didn't really know what the issue was that had caused this to come loose. I stopped in and asked if someone could come take a look. The employee (didn't catch his name unfortunately) was very kind, patient, helpful, and non-judgmental, which I especially appreciated since I was a little embarrassed about being so clueless. The only thing that could be done at the moment was to zip-tie the grille back on, but the employee gave me great advice about how to go about a permanent fix and about how to advocate for myself with the place that had sold me the vehicle. His time, expertise, and respectful attitude were very appreciated.

I love autozone, but I've noticed it between Advance Auto Parts O'reilly's and then they volve gone up in prices just a bit, but they are very helpful.

Traveling from Grand Junction to eastern slope, fuel filter needed changed throwing codes. Stoped in here to get stuff, Jim helped us with everything we needed plus turned a stressful situation into laughs. He's was kind, funny and super knowledgeable! Thank you for all your help Jim !

WOW!!! The prices are outragous.I paid $7.00 for two simple light bulbs ( I only needed one but couldn't get just one).Walmart wants $3 for the same bulbs.

I was in a bind the guys there help me out and got me out of it. They also charge my battery it looked a couple things up for me because my phone was dead. Decent people helping another guy just trying to get by.
