Bought my car here so I figured it would be a good place to have service done. Was getting my 12 month service done which includes a tire rotation. I came in knowing I had a slow leak and a screw in my left front tire. I had put a couple pounds extra in that tire knowing it would leak. The car's display tells me tire pressure. When I left, I noticed that tire was still a couple higher. I kept driving knowing that the pressure can fluctuate with temperature changes, but when I made it home I took a look and saw that the screw was still in the left front tire. So the tire rotation which was listed as about $40 didn't get done. Left me wondering if any of the other services were done. So I had to come back the next day so they could hopefully do the services I paid for. Took about 2 extra hours out of my day twice to get service. Checked my oil before I came in for my second service and it didn't look bad so I thought well maybe they got that at least. I checked again after the second visit and it was clearer. So it appears maybe that didn't get done. They didn't do anything extra to make it up. Just didn't charge me extra. So. They wasted an extra 2 hours of my life and didn't even care to make it sting less. No coupons, no apology from management. But hey they did offer to sell me a new tire. No discount was mentioned, of course. So at least the time I wasted the second time gave me time to write most of this review. I'd suggest double checking their work if you decide to give them a chance.

I love this dealership! I bought my Outback here brand new. Sales was awesome. What I love even more is the service department. They are always friendly and professional. Cole was great in my recent service. They don t try and take advantage of you and are honest which builds trust in continuing to use this business. Thank you!

The last time I was at your facility the massive remodel project was underway. Last week, when I took my car in for servicing, the remodel had been completed, and I want to tell you that I think they did a fantastic job! As an elderly, balance risk lady with a cane, I especially appreciate that the waiting area is only a few steps away from the service area, and it is also very tastefully decorated (so the wait time seems to go by faster). In addition, there is one improvement I would suggest: all charges and fees could be more clearly spelled out when one is setting an appointment.Also, your employees are friendly and helpful; the training you are providing SHOWS! I came in without an appointment when my recent service wasn t effective at higher speeds on the highway. Shane goe me in and taken care of the same day. Much appreciated- I remain a satisfied Subaru owner/ customer of 4 decades!

Friendly staff, What I did not like is after my most recent visit for an oil change. The tech recommended a couple of additional items to be serviced. I did not have the time and asked for it to be added on my invoice as a recommendation for future appointment. I have been taking my car to this location for 11 years, it is where I purchased my car, it has never been an issue to add recommendations. I was informed he could not do that, he was going to remove the items from the invoice and told I could call them because it would be saved in their system. The only logical reason for the change to me seems they do not want me to shop around or compare costs with other mechanics. If it is their policy now to not list recommendations so be it. I just prefer to have the information easily accessible for planning purposes and it seemed a little odd.

I can't recommend AutoNation Subaru West enough. From the purchasing process to the service center this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Despite my car only being 6 months old, bough it new, I ended up at the service center. There was a software update needed but, instead of the car providing that notification, the buttons and screen just stopped working. That part could be improved but, Shane in the service center was very helpful. I had booked an appointment through the Subaru app and call to see if I could change the time. When I explained the issue he informed me that the techs who would best be able to diagnose that issue would not be available the day I originally booked. So, he was able to quickly change my appointment date/time. When I arrived, Shane recalled our conversation, had my paperwork available and informed me throughout the diagnoses process. Estimated time was 2 hours but, the whole service only took an 1 hour. Highly recommend taking your Subaru to AutoNation Service Center.

I had a positive experience at the Subaru dealership and I was impressed with the new remodeling in the car service dept. The staff was very helpful and so was the sells person in the parking lot. The only thing I was like to know is if you could specify your miscellaneous charges. For example, miscell. supply fee for paper printing. I would think that would be beneficial also to you for audit purposes. Other then that, great job! - M. Miner

I dropped off my car for routine maintenance. Service advisor Fidel was very kind and friendly and pointed out a safety concern immediately my tires were worn beyond safe traction laws. I had just taken my vehicle to Costco and they had recommended I wait 6,000 mi longer to replace, despite my complaint that I was sliding around on minimal snow, and had been terrified driving down from foothills. I am very happy to have purchased tires through the dealer. They finished mounting tires , alignment and oil change in 2 1/2 hours. I was late getting back , and they were able to have keys and paperwork waiting for me at the sales reception desk! I am very happy with the service I received!!

I recently purchased an Outback from AutoNation Subaru. Due to an engine issue, I had it taken in for repairs. I was quickly dealt with and was given a rental car. The experience was pleasant, but there was very little visibility in the repair process itself. I was called after ~8 hours of my car being in the shop to say it was still being worked on. I agreed to getting an additional 60,000 mile service, but asked for an itemized receipt to understand where my $1,300 was going towards; I was told that would happen and I would be called before work was done on the car. The next day, I expected a call before work was done, so I waited until noon to reach back out. Upon my surprise, I was told the work had been done already and I could pick it up. It is frustrating to see a bill for $550 in parts and $750 in labor without having been consulted on what was happening. The original member of the team was not there that day, so I am assuming he neglected to follow-up on our conversation.

Best customer service from Shane. He's happy to help and really goes above and beyond to bring value to the Subaru brand. Facilities are clean. Staff is attentive. Seriously though give Shane a bonus.

I was a little disappointed with my last visit for a routine servicing.I was delayed in leaving by about 20 minutes, due to my paperwork being misplaced and not in the hands of the service tech who assisted me.And the next morning got a low tire pressure warning on a rear tire after having them rotated. The pressures on all 4 tires were way off from they needed to be. Don't believe they were even checked properly after rotation.I have prepaid for the routine service and now a little skeptical the next time I go back.I will be watching them closely. Work on vehicle should be taken seriously and can become a safety issue.

First class service. Shane Harper met me, explained everything clearly and concisely. Told me what to expect and took me to the clean comfortable service waiting room. Once car was evaluated provided a ride home and kept me informed of what was going on and when service was complete processed me quickly. Every thing was professional but relaxed and everyone I dealt with was great.

Great experiences! Both Cody McNeese and Cody Coffey are great salespersons, they helped us to the maximum effort and answered every questions related or non-related to the vehicle. They even gave us gifts upon purchases! I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Subaru to this dealership.

I appreciate that AutoNation offers coupons and ways to save on services. I was in recently for an oil change and a brake check. I feel like the service specialist was trying to upsell me on expensive services I didn t have to have. I m sure the specialist thought they were doing me a favor to keep my car running, but I don t appreciate this kind of treatment.

Subaru west has been great. I have taken my Subaru outback and now my ascent to them. Fast service always pleasant and they do good work. Not pushy if I want to wait on a maintenance item because I do them myself.

Wow talk about a face lift at the service drive! Its looks great. The advisors are knowledgeable & friendly. Jen is my absolute favorite. The technicians are fast & the valet people are welcoming. I stay by the airport so coming here is a drive but it s worth it for the service you get. 10/10 recommend & 12/10 if you ask for Jen when you get there.

Service advisors are excellent! Communicate well, courteous, everything you want with a dealership experience. The service techs however leave a LOT to be desired. Took the vehicle in to have the radio replaced, under warranty, and additional oil change and tire rotation. When getting the vehicle back, none of the dash trim around the radio was put back into place and multiple areas are damaged from what looks like a screwdriver used to pry the panels off. In addition to the damage to the interior, the vehicle now smells like its burning every time we run the engine, obvious that oil was spilled all over the engine compartment and is now burning off. Unfortunate experience.

Best in town is an understatement. The service center has been so professional and Above and Beyond. I'll be buying and servicing my vehicles here! I drive in from Taos to Golden so I can be treated like someone who really matters, not just a number.Amen to great customer service.

My service advisor Shane was awesome. He went over all the service points that were on the appointment and then asked what else I was concerned about and if I felt anything else was needed . I was in and out in an hour and my car was serviced and the dashboard and console was cleaned!!

It took a while and they just seemed understaffed and busy. but they were super communicative and were knowledgeable about my warranty coverage. They already had to remove my engine for an issue so decreased the cost of another service that required that.

This was my first time bringing my Subaru in for service at AutoNation Subaru West. They were kind, punctual, and attentive to the details of my service. I felt taken care of and walked out of there with all of the information I needed. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Having to take my vehicle in for a repeat problem, Luke, our Advisor, said they couldn't quite figure out why the sensors came undone! However, they fixed the problem again and did not charge us, except for the diagnostics. We've always had a good experience with AutoNation! Thank you!

Everyone was extremely friendly! The gentleman who greeted me early Tuesday morning was so nice. He is a great greeter! Annisley was very good at explaining the service that was done. She is very efficient and knowledgable. She provided me with a Lyft ride home and back which really helped me with my plans that day. My tires need replacing soon and she gave me information pertaining to my possible purchace with Subaru. The new facility is beautiful and inviting.

Purchased a new vehicle from AutoNation. Had some issues with the vehicle which needed fixed, no overall issues there. However, there was a huge lack of communication multiple times. They said the part would take two weeks to come in, it took 2+ months and we were left in the dark once we drove off the lot unless I reached out. Once we dropped off the vehicle to get work, it was supposed to take a day or two. It ended up taking 6 days. I understand issues come up, but the broken communication is unacceptable.

Bought my outback here and have gotten all service done here since. Car was priced better than consumer reports indicated I should pay, and the service department is efficient with no games or attempts at upsells. Great service center.

We had a repair that went through insurance. Our insurance adjuster was so hard to get ahold of and not super helpful. Luke at Auto Nation, on the other hand, was very responsive and worked with us throughout the entire process! Because of the insurance aspect, it took awhile, but I had confidence it was done well.
