Gina is the best. When I call to inquire about a car that I wanted she had told me the one I wanted was still being built and no other dealership around had anything like it on their lot.I asked her to put a hold on the car that I wanted to purchase it and if needed I'd put cash down on it.Gina kept me updated weekly for about a month until my car arrived at the dealership.The same day I came down with everything Gina told me and had already prepared with insurance and money for the down payment.On arrival I was greeted with extremely friendly staff and got right down to business.The process went very smoothly due to the fact that I was prepared and knew what to expect.Thank you again Gina and finance team.I have told everyone I know about the smooth process of the transaction of my Subie.

Great car buying experience with AutoNation Subaru West in Golden! The entire team provided a friendly, honest and no pressure experience.And I really appreciate the personal and dedicated attention from Kevin, Dan and Mitch.The entire process from the initial test drive, car selection and through to the final signed paperwork was very relaxed (yet professional). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru!!!Even after driving my Subaru home, they followed up to ensure everything was good. They really make to feel part of the Subaru Family!

It's nice to see that there are still places that care about quality customer service! I actually have a person to communicate with and a direct line to call for service. The people I've met there so far are all really friendly and helpful. It's one of the few places that still has the option for a loaner car when needed for people like me who live far away and have a difficult time staying there all day for bigger services.

AutoNation Subaru is an excellent dealership with the highest standards in customer service. I got the exact car I wanted with some extra bells and whistles and with better financing than I expected. Employees are knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and helpful in every possible way. While this scale only goes to 5, I would give the sales department a 10 if possible!!

Overall great experience. Never fun trying to negotiate a deal on a car but it boils down to people. We ve had a great connection with our service manager Cole K. and when I needed to replace my vehicle I took his recommendation on who to discuss buying options with. We were impressed with Jonathan K. Who had no pressure but wanted to help us out in our situation with empathy and compassion. Jonathan worked with on options and we were able to settle on a good deal. He settled us with others at closing that were able to tweak it even more. We even were treated great with additional sales in accessories by the head of parts. The culture and experience made us happy with our choice.

I've been coming here for years and several of the service folks have worked at Subaru West since I've been a customer (2007). I believe it speaks to their positive work culture. Since remodeling the service space, it only took it up more notches. Very comfortable waiting area space, with continued professional, kind and genuine customer service.

I took my Outback in to have its rear brakes replaced. Jennifer at the service counter, who checked me in for my appointment, was very friendly and she's knowledgeable. I asked for a time frame the replacement service would take. She approximated 2hrs. I decided to wait and was amazed when about 1 hr later she told me my car was ready. She said the service techs are running smoothly (on a busy Sat morning too). She even accepted my very expired coupon to discount my total cost significantly. It's always great to have these guys work on my car.

Buying a Subaru at AutoNation Subaru West was a very enjoyable experience. Allen Sziklas made the entire process easy and we felt as though we were dealing with a friend who had our best interests in mind. There was never any high pressure kind of sales technique as at other dealerships and the way everything was presented confirmed that we were making the decision to buy our 2024 Subaru Forester of our own free will. We absolutely love this car!

I have been taking my Subaru to AutoNation Subaru in Golden for about the last 2 years. I have never had a reason to be unhappy about the service.I am usually in and out without a couple of hours and have never had a complaint about the quality of the work they perform. In fact, there were a couple of times I asked them to look at something minor, and they either did it for free (example, reattach a piece of fender panel that had come loose) or completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price.Like all repair shops and dealerships, there is the usually a "hard sell" on some repairs - e.g. warning that you MIGHT get a ticket because your tires are too worn - but if you decline they accept your answer. And, if you tell them you have a budget they will work with you and not push the more expensive repairs.I have not found any reason to go elsewhere.

Incredibly easy! I walked in and they had the exact car I was looking for. After a test drive where Austin showed me all the functional controls, we went back and easily negotiated the price to my satisfaction and I left with the car! Austin was great and everyone else was terrifically helpful as well! I love my new car!

We had a great experience with Don! He made choosing and buying our new vehicle easy, and genuinely cared about the needs of our family. The finance process was also smooth, and they even arranged for someone to give me a ride back after returning our rental car. They really went above and beyond. The facility is clean, and they have some of the best prices and selection we found along the front range.

I ve taken my vehicle to Auto Nation a handful of times now and each time has been a positive experience. It s extremely easy to schedule online, the staff at Subaru West is very friendly and always willing to assist, the facility is very clean and inviting plus, the coupons that you can receive in the mail really help out when you have something big that needs to be worked on or even just an oil change. I will continue to use Auto Nation Subaru West as my go to repair center. Also, if you re looking for a specific rep to work with I d highly recommend Cole! He is great to work with, extremely helpful, friendly, prompt responses, and goes the extra mile for his customers!

Disappointed. I have used this dealer for service over the past, when I felt a vehicle had an important enough issue that required a Subaru specialist to diagnose even though I knew it would be more expensive than my regular mechanic. I had previously had good experiences with this dealer. This time was different. I had an issue with my 2013 Outback intermittently shaking, but it was inconsistent so hard to pin down the cause. It had also been showing an intermittent P0420 code, indicating a possible issue with the catalytic converter. However, it did not have any issues with power at higher speeds, which would be the case with a failed catalytic converter. The dealer diagnosed a failed catalytic converter as the issue, probably based solely on the P0420 code, and recommended replacement, which I did at a cost of $3700. This did not resolve the issue. In fact, it seemed to be worse. They later diagnosed a misfire, and recommended replacement of one coil pack and all of the spark plugs. The cost for this was exorbitant at $1400. This was within my own capability to perform, which I did, replacing all of the coil packs and spark plugs. This fixed the problem easily, and the car runs great now. I feel that the dealer should have diagnosed this issue first, as it was less expensive and more likely, but instead they recommended the most expensive repair first, which was not the issue. I have now lost confidence in this dealer to make future repairs to any of my vehicles.

This is no longer a good place to get parts! Or service! when you buy your car you re supposed to save 20% off parts ! This is my second Subaru and the parts manager told me they only do 10%I was waiting in line I heard him give somebody a 20% discount! On partsI brought my car back car back from getting the front brakes and rotors done some huge technician got out of my car he kicked my door open with his foot save yourself, a headache and the trip back-and-forth to this place due to them, not having the parts on hand, even though you scheduled the service a week out and told them what parts specifically would be needed

``from the moment we entered the dealership we were treated with great respect . In the service dept. Shane listened to our need and brought us to the receptionist because we were 3 hours early . . She took our names and said she would notify Travis , the technology wizard , that we were already there and would see if he could take us early . Within 15 minutes he came over and heard our questions about our new Subaru and went to the vehicle with my wife and I . In a 40 minute time span he went over the entire system and explained it thoroughly in a way that we could understand . We left the dealership with a new appreciation for the dealership and our new Subaru Ascent

I am so nervous when it comes to car buying as I had a terrible experience last time I went to a dealership. Jay absolutely changed that! He was so helpful and provided us with all the options possible to purchase my vehicle. He answered all my and my husbands questions, took us on the best test drive to see what our new car could do, and was patient while I took all the pictures and videos of our new vehicle. Overall and AMAZING experience!!

Auto Nation Subaru in Golden was great to work with. Just needed an oil change. Although they offered other services, they didn't push them. Car was done on time and brought right back to the service bay when I was ready to check out. Now, if only they would run your car through a car wash. I'd be a customer for life!

I have been a customer at AutoNation Subaru West for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect when I go there. There are never any surprise charges on my bill when they are through servicing it. If they find something during their inspection that they feel needs to be addressed, they come to me and explain very thoroughly what they found, and what the additional cost would be for them to proceed with talking care of it. They are so easy to work with! I will always bring my Subaru to them for service.

Dear GM Brian Murphy-Just wanted to let you know we are getting ready to buy another new Subaru, but we re NOT BUYING IT FROM YOU! You have lost all of our future business due to your failure to be honest and do the right thing. Just accept responsibility and fix your mistake, and we d be happy to do business with you again.In case you forgot your service department forgot to plug in the cooling fans after replacing our condenser, which caused our Forester to overheat and blow a gasket. We had to pay $5000 to fix your mistake! And then you and your lawyer blew us off and ignored us. But it s not too late, Brian! You can still do the right thing reach out and offer to cover the cost of the repairs that your guys caused, and we would be happy to come back to your dealership for all of our future purchases, maintenance, and repairs! You would certainly recoup the costs within a year or less, and then the next 20 years you would have our loyalty back!C mon, Brian, please do the right thing. Call me, let s work this out.

I would highly recommend the AutoNation Subaru West location. We were there to trade our current vehicle and were warmly greeted by the Sales Manager and then introduced to Kevin Gleason, Acquisition & Sales Consultant. Kevin reviewed several models and took us for test drives in three so that we could evaluate which one we preferred. He was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful throughout our transaction and I would definitely recommend giving him a call when you are ready for a new or leased car. A very satisfied customer!

Before arriving at Autonation I had been to one previous dealership that wasn't a great experience. When we arrived Don was outside and he greeted us and helped us right away. Don was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! He knew so much about the car even though it was a Kia not a Subaru and he really helped the experience be great! They really want you to love the car and aren't just pushing you to buy one. Chris in finance was also great and thoroughly explained every document that I was signing. I couldn't have picked a better place to buy a new car.

My initial experience was great. The sales rep I worked with was helpful and informative, as was the finance department. I left with a new (to me) car that I loved. But then the problems started. First, I had to drive back to the dealership a few days after the sale because they forgot to have me sign some of the paperwork. Ok. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Then, more than sixty days after the date of purchase, I get a UPS letter from the dealership. It's the bill of sale, which they said I hadn't signed. Side note: I have a copy of a signed bill of sale in my paperwork, they just lost it). But that means they hadn't submitted the paperwork to the DMV to request a title. Ok. I sign the bill of sale and return it. Then wait. And wait some more. Still no title. I finally call the dealership to find out what's going on, and they take an attitude with me, telling me the paperwork was submitted. The day before I called. One hundred and thirteen days after the sale. Seventy three days after it was legally required to be submitted. Oh, and by the way, while the dealership claims they submitted the paperwork, the DMV doesn't have any record of it. So now I'm driving with an expired temp tag, probably having to pay late fees for the registration, all because this dealership failed to timely file the right paperwork.

I had an excellent experience working with Kevin Gleason, first via text and then in person. He and the sales manager worked to locate a vehicle that met my specs and were able to trade another dealer for it and get it here promptly at a reasonable price. He offered upgrades but didn't engage in high pressure sales tactics, which I greatly appreciate (I've walked away from dealers for that).Kevin had some good features tips during the test drive. When I had a question or two he couldn't answer, he pulled in Travis whose job is to answer questions for new owners, and got it figured out. Kevin also followed up with me after the purchase and found answers to additional questions.I'd happily recommend Kevin and AutoNation Subaru West to others interested in a Subaru.
