Friendly and reliable service. Would of been 5 stars but the waiting for just an oil change a little longer than expected. The great thing that sets this dealership apart is the fact that do an additional overall health check of your vehicle to keep it safe and on the road. They checked the breaks and also gave any future recommended services to keep our SUV in tip top shape. I appreciated the short video of the service tech showing us the inspection and think this is a cool feature of your dealership service. I will continue to use this trusted business and keep my family safe on the road.

DANNY IS THE BEST!! Had been trying to get in touch with the service manager for help diagnosing a problem. Several calls and no response, I decided to head to the service center and see if I could get help quickly. Pulled in, met Danny and he calmly, and so kindly helped me even though they were fully booked with vehicles and other appointments. Described my issue and what was originally thought to be a $475 battery replacement to fix, he was able to diagnose the actual problem and send me on my way after paying nothing. I truly truly cannot express the depth of my gratitude for Danny being honest and helping me out. The problem ended up being a loose connection that he was able to quickly tighten and send me on my way. With no knowledge of that, I could have been charged for a new battery and would have been none the wiser. Danny really saved the day and the weekend. Thank you Danny!!

Purchase a Gladiator in October. I was first introduced to Andre the GM who is a nice guy and will help you. Then Andre got me with Jesus who is sales top guy as I was told. Jesus was decent at first listened to everything I was wanting. So we found a gladiator everything was good until they parked it in the sun to show me the vehicle. The rocker panel had a dent. Okay no big deal we can make a deal around it so they agreed to have it fixed to my liking. Few weeks go by I call Jesus up to get my vehicle scheduled and they got me in sometime after. I received a phone call saying my vehicle is done so I arrived to the paint chipped and told that was the best they could do. Well they said it was up to my liking and I didn t like that so that s when Andre got involved again and said he will personally take care of it which Andre did. I called Jesus while my vehicle is still at the dealership asking to have the fluid checked since the coolant was low and power steering was low. They said no big deal. So I show up to pick my vehicle up to nothing actually being checked and being lied to saying they checked it all and there s no issue. Well coolant just doesn t disappear nor does power steering fluid. So I knew there was an issue. Moral of the story is it s a dealership who just wants your money and could seriously careless after the sale. Take your Vehicle down to broadway and let them take care of you.My Gladiator ended up having a lower radiator hose leaking and a small power steering leak. Really why I m writing this is for the people who don t know cars and will drive it until it s too late. Then you re stuck with a bill for something that was truly not your fault. Just be careful with these guys

Overall I was very happy with my service at the Jeep Service Center. The employees are courteous and clearly explained the service status for my jeep. An issue was found with my struts which my warranty covered and Ryan was very helpful with getting the service setup and doing the warranty paperwork.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Autonation Jeep West and I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received, particularly from Matt Click. His attention to detail, friendliness, and promptness truly made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, Matt went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my service was taken care of. After waiting several years for a recall part to become available when I called Jeep West they informed me the parts finally were available. I got appointment scheduled timely, received two reminder notifications of my appointment and on the day of my appointment followed up timely to keep me apprised of how the repairs were going. Danny, my service advisor was professional and texted me twice during the day as to progress and then a call to tell me work was completed. Very happy with service.Bob

Unfortunately, I m using a walker and they took my comfort to a new level. From the minute I walked into the bay. They let use the employee entrance so I wouldn t have to go up the stairs and carried my coffee to the waiting area.The cashier brought me my bill so I wouldn t have to walk to the counter.Then they had my car delivered to the front door and I had help getting to my car safely.They were all very helpful.I also appreciated the water and snacks.

Matt & Kevin are Rock Stars. The way they manage their work is amazing. They are both very competent at what they do & are both key staff for Todd. The whole experience from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave is great. Awesome staff all around. Only place I go to for service for me & my family!

I called around to just about every dealer in the area and finally reached a salesman who was kind and extremely helpful. Aydin greeted me with a warm welcome at the front door when I arrived, the sales manager came and introduced himself and Aydin went right to work on finding me the exact vehicle I had my heart set on. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. I had the best experience with the whole team. Each of them will have my loyalty, respect, and kindness always. I love my new Jeep!!!

I would give 0 stars if it would let me.Scheduled an appointment for a suspension noise and recall over 4 weeks in advance. Drop it off leave the keys for no one to touch if for 2 days.I called at the end of both days since the advisor didn t feel the need to keep me informed. And at the beginning of the second day informs me they didn t have the recall part. I asked if they could at least put some air in the tires since one was low. Their response was there was no tech available that could do it. Well they found someone and they put 50psi in my tire and parked it out front for me to pick up. The staff didn t seem to care that they couldn t service my car and this seemed like a normal occurrence to them. I purchased my car from the Chevy north location last year and received terrible service from them as well so tried this location with the same results. Why purchase their extended warranty if their shops can t even perform the work?

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!My husband and I recently just bought a car from AutoNation January 9,2024 . We had it for about two weeks before we noticed it was shifting hard. So we took it in for an oil change so they could check all of our fluids. They said they it had a leak, which would explain why it was shifting hard. I called AutoNation right away to see if there was anything they could do. Joe wanted to argue about taking it in for an oil change, saying, it didn t need one . But the sticker that was placed on the windshield clearly showed it needed to be done as it was a couple months past due. It was like pulling teeth for them to help us. They finally took the car and kept it for about three days, said they flushed the transmission 3 times which sounded strange to me since it still shifts hard. But they say that normal for the kind of car. Fast forward to February 29 ,2024 I turn my car on let it warm up for about 10 minutes hope out and hear a knocking in the engine. So to the shop we go again. If you plan on buying a car from here make sure you re ready to spend more time at the auto shop. Then you are driving the car. Also Don t even bother with the warranty as it covers nothing .Next car is definitely not coming from this place. Biggest mistake by far to buy any car from here. (Update the car will end up needing a new transmission and the warranty they sell covers nothing. This place is a JOKE! Thanks for selling a lemon to my family!) These clowns should of seen the transmission was leaking when they flushed it.

I'm writing this review so that someone can benefit from it, even if it's just one person. If you get the free oil change package when you purchase your vehicle then I would highly suggest ONLY letting this service department perform the oil changes. I would not let them touch or try to talk you into diagnosing any other issues, go to your local mechanic instead. My tire light kept coming on even though I knew the tire pressure was good. Common sense would be that there is an issue with the sensor. They wanted $100 to diagnose yet when I asked upfront if they could tell me what replacing a sensor would cost me, they refused to do it. That should of been my sign to tell them no to the diagnostic fee. Turns out I need two sensors replaced and with the diagnostic fee they wanted to charge me $750 to replace two sensors. Of course I declined but now I'm out $100. I absolutely dread coming to this service center every time for an oil change, they will scam you for whatever they can. By the way, discount tire will replace your tire sensor for $65 with free installation. Beware.

Andre, Michael and team were amazing! The experience was great. We got more car than we expected and they helped us understand the key difference in what we were looking for. The whole process was much faster than we expected too. We will definitely go back again for our next car.

Danielle is the #1 reason why I go here!Her customer service always exceeds expectations.She communicates throughout the process, and breaks the information down for me at the end. I never question if I m getting the best advice or if I should take my vehicle somewhere else - even for things as simple as an oil change.10/10 would recommend.

Shopping here was OK. Didn't seem to have all the ducks in a row. Bought one and had a light come at delivery and declined that car.They did give me a very nice loanerwhile they looked for another car. Didn't like that I had to pay for new tires at purchase. Got one from them and this caused a total of 6 hard hits on my credit report. Still need to get it back for an alignment check. As I said they need to get their ducks in a row.

The service at this dealership is great, nice comfortable waiting area, very efficient and always go the extra mile. The last time I received my scheduled maintenance, my service advisor Daniel had my wheel lug nuts and the key replaced because for some reason I couldn t find the key at no additional charge! I m always very impressed.

AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West Service Center has fixed our 2012 Jeep since we bought it used from them in 2018. We keep going back because they always do a good job and keep us informed of the status of the repairs. They also worked with the warranty company, sometimes asking them to come back a couple of times so that they paid for the repairs.

I brought my new Jeep 4xe into JEEP WEST in early November because of a Hybrid issue. While the dealership was booked until January 3 she spent time doing a diagnostic on the Jeep at that time. When I returned in January for the repair they gave me a rental and she kept me appraised by texts as to it's repair status. Danielle was very professional and I have had no problems since.

Paul helped me by finding out I had a warranty they got my ac and oil leak fixed for only 100 bucks which a warranty I didn t know I had. I love how all my fluids were topped off and they made my tires even.

We are always pleased with the service at Autonation. This last time though we had to wait 4 whole weeks for a part to arrive for our Jeep Cherokee s 4 Wheel Drive. Our service advisor was very good and kept us informed but we have never had to wait that long for a repair.
