I just bought my 5th car from them! 2 were financed, 2 were leased, and 1 in cash. They also sold 2 of my cars and we got rid of 1 leased. I love it! That's why i keep coming back and i always get a fair deal and the best advice. We are working with Brandon and he is super helpful, by giving us financial insight and the best move considering interest rates and all the numbers that are impossible to understand. Nick was helping in finding the cars - not only on the lot but also nationwide.And i also discovered how the tires are way cheaper ordering from their service department, rather than Discount Tires! It is super easy rolling in, buying tires, ordering roof racks or any parts, and they will do everything for you.

I have to say, I just purchased my second car from this dealership and I absolutely had to come and make a review. The guys who helped me out from sales to finance and even service were outstanding. Shout out to Andre, Moe, Rosendo, and Jacob for taking care of me. They would keep me updated with options and always put me first with each step of the way. I really appreciate the work the Golden team puts into their clients! Definitely going to stay in touch with them. 10/10 experience.Aaron J

Just purchased a Jeep Rubicon 4xe from AutoNation. It was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had!! From the moment we walked on to the lot to the moment we drove away in our new jeep was an enjoyable, stress free experience. Our sales person, Nick, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable! He and the sales manager, Taylor, worked with us to get us to a price that we were happy with. Throughout the process, I had a million questions about the operation of the vehicle and the purchase of the vehicle. Nick was so patient and if he didn't know the answer, he would research it and immediately get back to me with an answer. I truly couldn't have asked for better service than I received and I look forward to many years of doing business with AutoNation.

Walk in, directly ask for Roberto. Roberto is honest, a fantastic listener, and someone with a truly good heart. He wasn't pushy and basically laid it out so I could buy...not so he could sell. He respected my time, my interests, and made me feel valuable. If you want a Jeep, go here and ask for Roberto. The finance guy, Rosendo, was also easy to talk to, respectful, efficient, and kind. Alex, a manager, was calm and respectful also. I was blown away that car salesmen like these men still exist in the world. I will refer every Jeep lover to these guys from here on out.

Just purchased our first 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xE. We worked with Aaron Mitchell and he was AMAZING. After spending the entire day at different dealerships haggling, we were burnt out to say the least. Aaron and his team were professional, understanding and MORE than accommodating. The best experience I have ever had! I recently needed to get a service on my Jeep Cherokee. I first called the Parts center and was so amazed that they were so knowledgeable and friendly and hallelujah the part was in stock!! He transfer me to the service center to see when they could get me in-I couldn t believe they were able to get me in the same day. I showed up for service and there was no waiting and the cost was very reasonable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. When it can toto pay, again friendly and personable. So happy, I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.

Disclaimer: I know most reviews are only for outlying situations, and this is no different. This review only pertains to the used car purchase department.I was looking to sell or trade my vehicle, got multiple offers and this dealership was highest. Brought car in to confirm automated offer and we agreed on a slightly higher price after the appraisal. Confirmed with purchase agent the offer was good for three days or 500 miles. NO other contingencies.Brought car in two days later with keys and title and another set of all season tires to close the sale. Purchase agent says the extra set of tires have low tread so now they can pay 93.4% of the original offer.Definitely felt like a last minute bait and switch. Should have just traded my car in elsewhere to avoid additional sales tax on my purchase (and this headache).Grown adults should keep their word, and professionally organizations should stand behind their offers.

I highly recommend this service team!! Marek took the lead on solving our Jeep problems. We came in with what we thought was a minor issue, but his team investigated and found it was a much bigger issue (luckily all within warranty). They were incredibly thorough, very accommodating for our convenience, and fully transparent. We will absolutely come back to them again in the future.

AutoNation West has always taken great care of me, we've been utilizing them for about 10 years now. Previously I had worked with Steve Kern but he's since moved and left the area so I worked directly with Andre and Aaron to lease my most recent vehicle and they took fantastic care of me! I couldn't recommend them more. I've now financed/leased 5 or 6 vehicles here and they've always worked to give me a fair deal and answer any questions. Canin the Finance Manager was also awesome and went above and beyond! I don't plan to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend :)

Roberto Aguilar from Autonation Chrysler Jeep West made finding and buying the perfect car for our family's needs stress-free! We have two little kids under the age of 3, and he was so flexible, kind, and attentive not only to us, but to our kids! He even brought out toys to keep them occupied while we talked! We have car shopped twice prior to having children, and of the 3 experiences we have bought a car, this was the least stressful experience while bringing the kids along due to Roberto's expertise, friendliness, and help! We also loved Taylor, the manager, he explained the process thoroughly and helped us make a decision within our budget. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and warm. I want to begin with how helpful and considerate the team was, I work a ton and this Auto nation location has been absolutely incredible and patient with me even with such a lengthy work schedule, all my thanks and gratitude goes to Alec Creasey, the gentleman is very patient and on top of everything at all times he s far past the normal bounds of customer service he exceeds the expectations and standards of anyone I ve ever met when it comes to car dealing, the gentleman will be there prepared regardless of the time, he is very knowledgeable and resourceful but most of all he is admirable, in the world of car dealing thing seems dull but Alec will make you change the way the experience is expected to feel and give you an experience that consistently delivers quality and care. AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West is absolutely the best Auto Dealership!I was greeted, by my name, immediately by Steven, the Service Manager. I received a text right after I got there stating that if I had any questions, Steven would be able to answer them, and he did. This was my Jeeps first check-up after the initial purchase of of the EV HYBRID. Every question was answered. I could tell I was talking to an expert who explained everything thoroughly. Steven is polite, courteous, kind and knowledgeable!The service was performed within a reasonable time and I was good to go!Kevin Ramer is the Shop Manager. Kevin is the best of the best.He spends the time needed to make sure everything is completed to the customers' satisfaction. The Service area is always spotless. And the best thing is Kevin and Steven are in sync, they work together as a flawless team!Between Kevin and Steven I learned so much more about the EV Hybrid. They treat the customers like family!Thank you AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West! I love to bring my vehicles in for service because this is by far the best dealership ever!!!

This was by far the easiest and best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I worked with Roberto and he was not only extremely professional, but also an all around great guy. I gave him my expectations and not only did he meet them but he went above and beyond. I will never go to any other dealer and I will definitely be going back to work with Roberto again!

I am having issues with my steering damper on my Wrangler. I work and live in the Golden area and wanted to take it to Auto nation Golden for service. The man I spoke to Samuel was uninterested and not helpful at all. I explained it is under warranty but the issue is with a settlement over the steering damper. He said, "I don't know what you are talking about, there is no such recall." I let him know I have taken it in to Larry H Miller in Thornton before because they had faster availability but the issue is still happening and this location is closer to me. He said, "We will not work on a vehicle that you already took to another dealership." Wait? What? I should be able to take my Jeep anywhere I would like. At the end of the day, he made me feel like he did not want my business and that is fine. I told him, never mind, he was absolutely no help and I hung up. Also, my family has bought and owned Jeeps my entire life and I will find another more caring dealership to buy from next time.

Daniel Rubio literally saved my life. If there were 10 stars I would give him all 10. His customer service skills were exceptional. I was having care troubles 12 hours away from home with no friends or family anywhere near, I literally had to have it towed 2 times until I ended up here. After a clearly very emotionally and physically exhausting day he made me feel so taken care and that I was getting the best treatment possible. I can not express enough how much a guardian angel he was to me today. GET THEM MAN A RAISE. I will be returning with any future car troubles specifically to him, no one could do it better truly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the guys at Autonation Chrysler Jeep West in Golden. After driving a couple of cars that fit my criteria, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. After I got home, I started suffering from Buyer's remorse. I felt like I had bought a car that had features I would never use, and lacked features I really wanted. So I brought it back. They found a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (upgraded package) and did a straight across swap for a vehicle, same age, lower mileage. I'm pleased to say I am now happy with my beautiful new Jeep. I would recommend doing business with these guys.

$799 dealer fee for a vehicle with a failing transmission. Salesperson was nice but same old thing you get at most large dealers. Ran my credit without notifying me then left me a voice message acting like they didn't run my credit. Not the best experience overall, I do not recommend this dealer.

UPDATE: My husband and I just leased another Jeep Wrangler (4xe this time) from this dealership. I still highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The fact that I returned to this dealership, says it all! All the employees are awesome. If you like the typical hard sale, non-responsive car buying experience, then this place is perfect for you. We were in the market for a fully loaded Jeep Rubicon and the rep was responsive at first, then just ghosted us. Then along came the sales manager (via email) with his hard-sell approach and passive aggressive insinuation that we could not afford the Jeep. We went to Groove Auto in Breckenridge and wrote a check for an $84,000 Rubicon. Go somewhere else and get a proper, low-pressure experience.
